Smartsheet is seeking a dedicated, experienced Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Senior Analyst to join our Risk team. • Lead end-to-end Third Party Risk Assessments for new and existing vendors, including vendor tiering, scoping, questionnaire management, and findings documentation.
• Own the ongoing monitoring and tracking of vendor risk across Smartsheet's third-party portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up on remediation activities and risk acceptance decisions.
• Evaluate vendor security documentation including SOC 2 reports, penetration testing results, ISO certifications, and other control attestations — and translate findings into clear, actionable risk summaries for stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the TPRM program, identifying opportunities to scale and mature the program through better tooling, automation, and workflow design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, and business stakeholders to ensure vendor risk considerations are embedded in sourcing and renewal decisions.
• Leverage AI tools (including Claude and Microsoft Copilot) to increase efficiency in vendor reviews and documentation — while applying sound judgment to review, validate, and take accountability for AI-generated outputs.
• Contribute to broader risk program activities including risk reporting, policy review, and program documentation as part of a lean, high-performing Risk team.
• Support the development of TPRM metrics and reporting to provide leadership with meaningful visibility into the organization's third-party risk exposure.

You have

• 5+ years of experience in third party risk management, vendor risk, GRC, information security, audit, or compliance — with direct experience conducting vendor or third-party risk assessments.
• Practical knowledge of one or more risk or regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COSO, COBIT, AICPA SOC/TSP, PCI DSS, or similar.
• Familiarity with vendor security questionnaire frameworks, including SIG (Shared Assessments) and/or CSA CAIQ.
• Demonstrated ability to review and interpret SOC 2 reports, penetration testing summaries, and other vendor security attestations.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving Legal, Procurement, and/or Engineering stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical risk findings into clear business language.
• Effective critical thinking and judgment — able to assess risk materiality, prioritize competing demands, and escalate appropriately.
• Comfort working with and evaluating AI-generated content, with a clear understanding of the need to verify outputs before relying on them in risk decisions.

• Support EHS with facility-level compliance with BAAQMD air permits, Silicon Valley hazardous materials, wastewater discharge, and building/fire/life-safety codes; manage relationships with city inspectors and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Partner with EHS to enforce safety standards (LOTO, machine guarding, gas detection) and lead corrective action on facility and equipment safety issues.

Material Handling, Security & Workplace Systems

• Own the material handling fleet (forklifts, telehandlers, lifts, cranes, hoists, tuggers) and rental relationships; ensure operator certifications and PMs are current.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

THE JOB

As a Sonographer, your focus is on ultrasound support for VEG hospitals and training facilities. This means working closely with our emergency doctors to provide same-day ultrasound scans for pets when they need it most. You’ll deal with a variety of patient types and scans, so being comfortable adapting to new scenarios and willing to learn new techniques and think outside the box are all part of your day-to-day. You’ll also assist in coordinating education opportunities and overall ultrasound training for your home and regional hospitals, inspire and motivate your fellow VEGgies to grow their ultrasound skills, and be ready to pitch in at the hospital whenever and wherever needed.

• Perform ultrasound studies and facilitate ultrasound training at your home hospital and regional hospitals

We are looking for a Go To Market Enablement Post-Sales Methodology & Coaching Manager to join our team. The Post-Sales Field Coach will be responsible for designing and delivering programming, content, and training that enables our Customer Success floor to effectively sell, drive adoption, and retain clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Coaches Revenue team members on our core Revenue Methodologies and best practices for effective customer retention techniques; utilizes conversational analytics tools to uncover trends in customer conversations and partners with Revenue Managers to refine our conversations with customers
• Facilitates engaging training sessions in a live, hybrid, or remote environment
• Designs and delivers impactful learning programs focused on core customer success skills that scale to a large audience.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Strategy, and Revenue Operations to ensure all training materials reflect the latest post-sales initiatives; provides proactive recommendations on new customer marketing materials or competitive intel materials required for the Revenue team.
• Partners with peers, such as the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager - Product Pillars and the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager - Tools & Systems Pillar, to develop and maintain content within Seismic and company newsletter.
• Evaluates the impact of their enablement programs using the Kirkpatrick Model and proactively identifies areas for improvement.
• Creates eLearning material in Articulate 360 and Docebo LMS
• Solicits ongoing feedback from cross-functional partners and revenue teams in order to drive improvements to Enablement programs and internal processes
• Support various Enablement department projects such as Revenue Kickoff, and other Revenue-wide initiatives.

• Certified in one or more sales methodologies

• Demonstrated ability to design creative and effective customer success collateral, including: presentations, one-pagers, infographics, LMS courses, asynchronous video, etc. 
• Revenue tool administration: Gainsight, Gong, Articulate, Seismic, Docebo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Preferred: prior closing experience in a Sales or Customer Success role

Experience:

The ideal candidate has a combination of the experience below:

• 2+ years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or Sales/Post-Sales Coaching within the Financial Technology industry or related industry
• 2+ years in B2B Sales (Customer Success or similar closing role)
