The Account Executive role is responsible for navigating a primarily greenfield geographic territory, top of funnel activity & prospecting while effectively managing a complex sales cycle (approximately 6-12 months) to a successful close.

The base salary for this role is between $125,000-$225,000 per year and represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer.[If applicable to position: Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a commission plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

About the Role:
The Presales Security Architect provides education, guidance and thought leadership on emerging security technologies to regional clients. The Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) will create and develop relationships with professional dealers, End Users, distributor personnel, Regional Landscape Accounts, and large end users such as municipalities, educational facilities, hospitality, etc. with the purpose of selling Greenworks Professional Outdoor Power Equipment and raising brand awareness within the commercial OPE segment. The Technical Sales Specialist will report to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and work closely with the local Distributor Territory Managers (TM) by developing opportunities to pursue new relationships to establish new commercial sales and expand our professional dealer base. The Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) will play a key role in the growth, development, and sales within the Professional Products category at Greenworks Tools. This position will work closely with their assigned Distributor Sales Team and serve as a liaison and resource for the Distributor Territory Managers and authorized Greenworks Commercial Dealers within their assigned geography.
The successful candidate will have strong industry knowledge of the professional handheld and wheeled outdoor power equipment business. Candidate should have good understanding the channels listed within the job requirements and the necessary sales skills to be successful within these customer bases. Candidate should have experience understanding the independent servicing dealer and their role within the channel.
The ability to work independently and maintain relationships with business stakeholders will be critical to the success of this role.

Job Description
The Team Lead, in our Market Operations group, is responsible for running the local Carvana hub and everything that comes with it, including (but not limited to); market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement and effectiveness and, of course, the market’s ongoing success. We are looking for someone who is a big picture thinker with the ability to manage the employee and customer experience. A Team Lead not only crushes daily operations, but they have the savvy to assess business trends and proactively create solutions to potential roadblocks. JOB SUMMARY
The Code Enforcement Officer II is a journey level position on the CSG Code Enforcement career ladder that allows the incumbent to further learn and develop a more advanced level of knowledge in code enforcement and abilities as a Code Enforcement Officer. Under general supervision, incumbents perform a variety of office and field tasks to ensure compliance with State and local codes and regulations in support of a jurisdiction’s local code enforcement program. Officers will learn, reference, monitor and enforce a variety of applicable ordinances, codes, and regulations related to property maintenance, zoning and land use, nuisances, housing conditions, building and fire codes, health and public welfare, safety concerns, inoperable vehicles, business compliance, blight, graffiti, water waste, environmental or other neighborhood-related improvement issues, and other matters of public concern. They will serve as a resource and provide information on regulations to interested parties including property owners, tenants, businesses, the general public, other departments and divisions, and perform related work as assigned. Incumbents will conduct inspections, apply jurisdictional policies and specific methods, hone techniques of inspection and code compliance work, all in alignment with industry standards. Employees at this level are expected to perform with the same independence of discretion and judgment on matters allocated to the journey level.
This position requires the ability to work independently and address a larger range of code enforcement duties, and successfully manage assigned code enforcement tasks. Lumos & Associates is currently seeking an accomplished Water/Wastewater Project Manager to help lead our growing team of water/wastewater design professionals. This position requires a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to help build, direct, and advance this technical focus group in northern California. This position will work out of our Roseville, California office.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting projects for our water and wastewater clients throughout our current service territory. These projects will include water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, booster pump stations, lift stations, storage facilities, master plans, water/sewer modeling, and water/wastewater treatment facilities.

Our team of experts – nurses, physicians, psychologists, economists, sociologists, data scientists, and public health experts – advance evidence and save lives by leading rigorous research and evaluation; results-driven technical assistance and training; and leading-edge data science and technology tools.
This Principal Researcher will contribute to large-scale implementation and monitoring initiatives for federal health agencies. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in monitoring frameworks, analytic design, alternative payment models, and federal program operations—particularly Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the CMS Innovation Center (CMMI).
