We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead, oversee, and coordinate stormwater/water resources infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and civil engineering principles, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, preparation of technical drainage studies, stormwater infrastructure design and the development of construction documents, with a focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in local design, zoning codes, municipal ordinances, and jurisdictional approval processes, and is comfortable guiding projects through the full entitlement and permitting lifecycle.
