We are looking for a Senior Finance Associate to drive priorities across strategic finance, corporate development, and FP&A as Lightning AI scales. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape unit economics, advise on deal pricing, and guide investment decisions. You will support GPU financing, fundraising, and investor relations to help Lightning AI acquire and allocate capital effectively. You will also build an operating cadence for P&L management, reporting, forecasting, and planning, turning data into decision-ready insights for leadership.

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The Showroom Maintenance & Warehouse Associate (SMWA) assists in carrying out the maintenance, merchandising, and warehouse functions for multiple store locations while providing an amazing guest experience. This role plays a vital part in keeping our showrooms and warehouses clean, safe, organized, and visually appealing.The role includes eligibility for the FDE G3 Profit-Sharing Program, rewarding team members based on company and store performance outcomes.
Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior showroom, warehouse areas, parking lot, restrooms, common areas, floors, windows, etc.
Perform dusting, vacuuming, custodial work, and trash removal
Receive and process products from trucks, handling all products with the utmost care
Assemble furniture using work instructions and various tools, following quality and safety guidelines
Inspect in-store furniture for damage and perform repairs/restoration as needed
Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies, promoting workplace safety
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse to optimize space utilization
Perform facilities maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing repairs and carpentry updates
Paint showroom walls for presentations, store upgrades, and upkeep
Collaborate with the Visual Team to ensure the showroom meets visual merchandising standards
Maintain showroom track lighting for optimal product presentation
Participate in product placement, preparation for floor moves, and store sales events
Create a positive, seamless guest pick-up experience by verifying order details and following SOPs
Resolve guest concerns with collaborative and effective communication
Support management in maximizing special events, such as VIP nights and Grand Openings
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Overtime during peak periods as needed
Schedule may change according to business needs
Travel may be required to assist with regional stores and new store openings
Education & Experience Preferred:
High school diploma or GED
Prior warehouse experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of maintenance and warehouse experience in receiving and assembling furniture
Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions

Your Role: Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing the performance of the sales team. You will create a culture of accountability and success, focusing on driving KPIs, guest satisfaction, and overall store performance. You will lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring team engagement and alignment with company goals and values. You will have a designated 'Home Store' at one of our Hudson Valley locations; Poughkeepsie, Yonkers, Middletown, Kingston, Mohegan Lake - with the expectation for you to be flexible in working location according to meet the business need.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Coaching
• Lead and execute FDE’s seven critical sales leadership processes
• Manage team staffing levels to align with traffic and sales volume
• Support the onboarding and development of new team members
• Coach and performance manage associates to achieve sales excellence
• Oversee consistent execution of the Ashley Proven Sales Process
• Guide prospecting and follow-up to build a strong pipeline of customers
• Ensure sales practices meet company compliance and quality standards
• Maintain a consistent presence on the sales floor to coach and support staff (Position to Impact)
Leadership Development
• Apply leadership tools and best practices in daily management
• Attend required training including leadership development and product/vendor sessions
• Mentor future leaders including Assistant Managers, Coaches, and Managers-in-Training
Daily Operations and Motivation
• Lead energizing morning huddles and coaching scrimmages
• Assign team opportunities and participate in guest interactions
• Review and manage staffing-to-traffic ratios and store KPIs
Sales and Performance Metrics
• Achieve store sales budgets based on store tier
• Improve sales KPIs including close rate, sales per guest, and average ticket
• Monitor and drive success across categories such as protection plans, sleep products, and financing
• Track Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Total Piece Exception Rate
Operational Excellence
• Ensure all activities align with the company’s mission, values, and operational standards
• Participate in weekly “Perfect Store Visit” meetings to review store readiness and performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready showroom environment
Schedule Requirements
• Full-time, minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends
• Availability during holiday periods and business-critical dates
• Two scheduled days off per week, with exceptions during peak periods
• Regular, in-person attendance at the assigned store location is required
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).
