The Role 

As a Client Strategy & Ops Manager, you’ll own strategic relationships across Finster’s largest enterprise and institutional clients. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, expanding partnerships, and serving as the connective tissue between our clients, product, and go-to-market teams.

• Drive Client Impact: Lead engagement with senior stakeholders across institutional asset management and capital markets firms to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and measurable outcomes. 

• Expand Strategic Relationships: Identify and execute opportunities to expand platform usage and revenue across existing clients, partnering closely with sales and leadership to scale enterprise accounts. 

• Champion the Client Voice: Translate client feedback into actionable insights for Finster’s product and research teams, helping to shape roadmap priorities and long-term product vision. 

• Operationalize Excellence: Develop playbooks, dashboards and analytics that improve visibility, efficiency, and impact across the commercial organization. 

• Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership on cross-functional initiatives such as pricing strategy, enterprise support models, and client impact reporting.

Role Overview  

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner (UX) to lead the translation of strategic product vision into user-centric, high-value outcomes. You’ll be responsible for owning the product backlog, driving UX prioritisation, and maximising value delivery through collaboration with product design, engineering, and business stakeholders. You’ll act as the voice of the user within the product team and ensure that experience decisions align with long-term goals. 

As a Senior Product Owner (UX), you will; 

• Translate product strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap focused on user value and experience 

• Act as the primary owner of the product backlog, prioritising items based on business value, user needs, and technical dependencies 

• Collaborate deeply with design and engineering to refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria 

• Use data, research, and quantitative feedback to make informed prioritisation decisions 

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives 

• Clarify user stories, break down complex features, and ensure development teams have what they need to deliver with confidence.

Who You Are 

• 5+ years as a UX Product Owner with proven experience owning and prioritising complex product backlogs
