FIGS is hiring a Manager, Brand Social to manage and grow our organic social media presence! This person will be connected to Social Media culture and contribute to building our incredible community on organic social. This individual will report into our Director, Brand.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the FIGS social media lifecycle, through conception to execution
- Drive the FIGS social media calendar across channels, including Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and Youtube
- Ideate and pitch new content formats and styles in order to continually evolve the FIGS brand visually, while still staying true to our community and core values
- Work closely cross functionally with Creative, Growth, Ambassador, Legal and Production teams to ensure that marketing objectives are met
- Identify unique and relevant marketing opportunities, including trends to take advantage of, and be able to act upon those opportunities quickly
- Managing one to two direct reports on the FIGS Social Team
About you:
- 4-7 years of experience in Marketing and Social Media, with at least 2-3 years experience managing social for a large brand account
- Strong understanding of social media, social media management tools, as well as a proficiency in the newest features and formats popular on Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube
- A great sense of humor and wit and the ability to translate that into relatable content.
- Experience working in Asana (or similar project management software) to manage calendars and projects
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to translate the FIGS voice into TikTok-popular formats
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $95,000 and $110,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.

FIGS is looking for a 100% awesome, capable, and experienced Part-Time Community Hub Associate. In this role, you’ll represent the FIGS brand, blending customer service with back-of-house operations to create a seamless and memorable shopping experience. Reporting to the Store General Manager, you’ll work both on the sales floor and in the stockroom — supporting customers, elevating the in-store environment, and living out our mission every day.
What you’ll do:
- Customer Engagement
- Greet and assist customers, offering product knowledge and guidance on FIGS’ styles, colors, and sizes to meet their needs.

- Report potential issues or inventory concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail and/or stockroom experience with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to lift 5–50 lbs, unpack and organize inventory, and walk an average of 12,000 steps per shift.
- Basic computer skills, retail math knowledge, and experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred).

FIGS is looking for a Part-Time Community Hub Lead (Key Holder). You will provide FIGS’ customers with an awesome and memorable in-store shopping experience, while also assisting with all aspects of store operations. This role will report directly to FIGS’ General Store Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Experience
- Welcome and engage customers in meaningful conversations about FIGS’ brand and mission.
- Educate customers on products, highlighting fabric, fit, and function.
- Assist customers with finding the right style, size, and color, suggesting complementary products.
- Anticipate customer needs and deliver an exceptional FIGS experience.
- Support all cash wrap activities (purchases, returns, exchanges).
Store Operations
- Assist with opening and closing the store.
- Maintain store appearance: keep merchandise organized, sales floor stocked, and store clean.
- Participate in inventory management—from cycle counts to sharing replenishment insights.
- Track sales to ensure daily goals are met.
- Support planning and execution of in-store events and initiatives.
Leadership & Oversight
- Team Support: Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members, providing real-time feedback and fostering a culture of growth and positivity.
- Operational Oversight: Serve as Manager-on-Duty when the Store Manager or ASM is not present, ensuring smooth operations and timely problem-solving.
- Safety & Security: Uphold all safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide store leadership and HQ with feedback on sales trends, customer insights, and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of retail sales experience.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English required; conversational Spanish a plus.
- Basic retail math and computer skills; Shopify POS experience a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

Join our growing Mobile Engineering team to expand and scale our ever-evolving e-commerce platform. We are looking for an exceptional Mobile Engineer who can help us drive our app roadmap forward. You will help build critical enhancements to our iOS mobile app and have significant influence in how we build out a robust roadmap this year to engage our customers and drive revenue. Our current platform uses a combination of Shopify, Contentful, and custom built APIs to deliver a world-class web-based experience. - Create compelling in-app experiences that will reach thousands of users globally
- Collaborate with product manager, engineers and design team to influence the roadmap and product development

About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience or education
- 3+ years working on mobile applications for iOS
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Extensive experience with Swift & Swift UI
- A preference for TDD-style development over YDD (YOLO driven development)
- Experience building adaptive user interfaces using SwiftUI
- Experience working with REST and GraphQL backend service layers
- Awareness of common security vulnerabilities and how to avoid them
- Demonstrated ability to architect scalable and maintainable applications

What You’ll Do:
Embroidery Operations
- Read, interpret, and complete embroidery orders accurately.
- Set up embroidery machines (design loading, thread selection, hooping, trimming, packaging).
- Track and communicate order status with the retail team.
- Inspect merchandise against order specs; perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Steam and prepare garments for customers.
Workflow & Quality
- Workflow & Scheduling: Oversee embroidery workflow by prioritizing and assigning jobs to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor embroidery quality standards, ensuring consistency across all products and catching issues before they reach customers.

As a Senior Technical Designer, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to execute premium medical apparel products from concept through pre-production stage. Technical Design is responsible for communication with the apparel vendor base, developing garment fit, construction, grading, and maintaining data integrity with the PLM system. - Prioritize and execute daily workload in alignment with GTM deliverables & development timelines.
- Lead fit sessions & presentations: measure, evaluate fit and construction execution, present style history, advise necessary fit and construction corrections for assigned styles.
- Analyze and communicate the outcome of review and fit sessions, artwork reviews, and construction reviews with internal cross functional and external vendor partners.
- Manage daily communication with vendor partners.

- Exceptional eye to identify fit issues and recommend fit solutions for men’s and women’s product while mindful of bulk production constraints and costing
- Must have cut and sew woven and knit experience

- Prioritize and execute daily workload in alignment with GTM deliverables & development timelines.
- Lead sample review sessions & presentations: evaluate fit and construction execution, present style history, and advise necessary fit and construction corrections for assigned styles.

FIGS is seeking a skilled Part-Time Suture Specialist (Embroidery Machine Operator) to manage the embroidery operations at our Rice Village Community Hub. This role involves handling in-Hub embroidery orders, maintaining and cleaning machines, and ensuring the quality of finished garments. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage multiple projects within deadlines, and possess a solid understanding of various embroidery machines. This position reports directly to the Store General Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Embroidery Operations
- Read, interpret, and complete embroidery orders accurately.
- Set up embroidery machines (design loading, thread selection, hooping, trimming, packaging).
- Track and communicate order status with the retail team.
- Inspect merchandise against order specs; perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Steam and prepare garments for customers.
Workflow & Quality
- Workflow & Scheduling: Oversee embroidery workflow by prioritizing and assigning jobs to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor embroidery quality standards, ensuring consistency across all products and catching issues before they reach customers.
- Training & Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate embroidery team members on machine operations, safety, and customer service, fostering a culture of skill development and accountability.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety protocols related to machine operation and embroidery production.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with store leadership and HQ teams (VM, product, supply chain) to share embroidery trends, machine performance, and customer feedback.
Maintenance & Organization
- Perform minor machine repairs, cleaning, and oiling to ensure optimal operation.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and third-party servicing as needed.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Manage embroidery supplies, storage, and assist with inventory checks.
Team & Store Support
- Assist store leadership with non-embroidery tasks, including sales, operations, and café support.
Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple embroidery orders simultaneously.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting embroidery machines (Barudan experience a plus).
- Experience with single-head embroidery machines.
- Technical proficiency in embroidery software (Wilcom, Pulse, or equivalent).
- Proficiency with computer software for editing designs.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and ability to coordinate third-party servicing.
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot both machine and workflow issues under tight deadlines.
- Bilingual skills are beneficial but not required.
- All employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis

FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- This role's hourly rate is between $14 and $16. Actual hourly rate is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
