The Manager of Indirect Purchasing Services and Materials is responsible for sourcing and managing contracts with external service providers for Scout Motors' Indirect Purchasing teams. This includes information technology, marketing, engineering services, & commercial operations commodity groups with an annual procurement budget up to $1 billion. As the manager, you will oversee a team of buyers, developing strategies and policies for procurement. It is important to have a strong understanding of the business concepts, practices, procedures, and goals of each business area. Your role will involve extensive planning and goal accomplishment, requiring experience and judgment. You will lead and direct the work of others, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. The role offers considerable flexibility and the opportunity to make strategic decisions.
Lead a team in developing and executing compliant purchasing strategies in cooperation with Scout business units to maximize negotiated outcomes in areas of Information Technology, Marketing services, engineering services, commercial operations, and other non-production requirements.

As our Learning Technology Sr. Specialist, you are the strategic and operational owner of the learning technology ecosystem supporting the Commercial Organization. You’ll administer the Business Unit’s LMS end‑to‑end, and you’ll also own adjacent platforms that plug into or stand alongside the LMS—specifically our AI Role‑Playing/Simulation tool, Sales Enablement Platform (e.g., Cornerstone, Mindtickle, or a bespoke solution), our Knowledge Base, and Content Management System.

Overview
As a Talent Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting the right people, for the right roles, at the right time. As we build our company and manufacturing site from the ground up, you’ll help translate our employer brand, employee value proposition, and values into compelling storytelling and campaigns that support the hiring of both corporate and production roles.

About the Opportunity
Our commercial team is growing and looking for a Clinical Account Manager based in Nashville/Raleigh

Overview
The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels such as events, digital, social, paid media, and nurture programs. Campaign Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Oversee campaign performance throughout the lifecycle, conducting A/B testing and regularly analyzing campaign metrics and conversion rates. Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Proven success in managing multi-faceted marketing programs from planning to completion in a fast pace environment.
Effective at project management, with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects at once and deliver within deadlines. Experience using project management tools, such as Workfront.
Experience using key marketing reporting tools such as Salesforce and Google Analytics.
Strategic understanding of marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot/Marketo, lead scoring strategies, and the marketing funnel stages (MQL, SQL, etc.).
Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize campaigns, and ability to deliver feedback on best strategies to drive demand.
Writing skills appropriate for demand generation (email, web, social, and campaign ads).
Communicate effectively on a regularly scheduled cadence between stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Comfortable presenting virtually and in person, both internally and externally (webcast, user conferences, etc.).

We are currently seeking a Construction Administrator to join our Wilmington office. You are passionate about design, construction and devoted to quality. You possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines, a thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends, a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage teams, and foster and nurture Client relationships. In this role, you will play a role in design processes, working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to bring visionary architectural concepts to life. You will administer multiple Owner-Contractor Agreements concurrently and travel to project sites throughout the Carolinas.

About the Role:
The Vice President, Sales Americas (VP Sales Americas) is responsible for developing and executing the sales roadmap for the Americas, including commercial and public sectors, and in turn, achieving revenue and profitability objectives. The VP Sales Americas leads the Account Executive and Account Manager teams to build and expand relationships with new and existing clients. The current compensation range (including base salary and annual commission target) for this specific job is estimated to be between $400,000 - $475,000. Job Summary:
