THE WORK:
The Creative Program Manager will be the central coordination point between Ripple's Brand Design Team, Events Team, and design agencies; managing the end-to-end execution of all physical and digital design assets for sponsored and hosted events, including our flagship annual event, Swell.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations, this role sits within a centralized project management organization within the Brand Marketing & Design team and is directly responsible for ensuring all event design deliverables—from booth architecture and signage to collateral and premium swag—are executed on-brand, on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards globally. This is an ideal role for an experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about brand execution, and excels at stakeholder and vendor management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a unified design production calendar and roadmap for an estimated 10-15 sponsored global events and the Swell annual conference (1,500+).
- Define project scopes, set critical path milestones, and manage complex interdependencies between the Design Team (Visual, Web, Media), the Events Team, external agencies, and internal stakeholders (Executive, Marketing, Comms).
- Champion and enforce efficient project management processes, leveraging tools like Asana and the Google suite to standardize event design workflows across the organization.
- Own and consolidate feedback across the creative review process, Marketing, Legal, and Executive reviewers, and enforce clear decision rights to keep timelines intact.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve bottlenecks related to creative capacity, content handoffs, budget constraints, or vendor capabilities.
- Directly manage and track the budget for all event management, design production, and fabrication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external production and fabrication agencies. Manage RFPs, negotiate SOWs, and hold vendors accountable for quality and delivery against established deadlines.
- Partner with the Design Operations lead to help forecast design resource needs based on the events calendar.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6+ years of dedicated project/program management experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology company, creative agency, or large-scale event production environment.
- Proven track record of managing creative production for physical environments (trade show booths, conference signage) and print collateral.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency with project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at multiple levels (Brand Design, Marketing, Legal, Executive).
- Direct experience managing production budgets, negotiating contracts, and leading vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with design methodology, processes, and design collaboration tools (Figma)
- Experience in the web3, finance, or tech industries is a plus.

What you’ll do
We're looking for an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team and be the primary technical owner for building out new capabilities with Privy's most important customers. Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their technical and operational objectives, scope requirements, and prototype and propose software solutions
- Design, code, and launch features that improve and innovate on Privy’s core product using tools like Typescript, React, and NextJS, and fully owning end-to-end development
- Drive product deployments, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Champion customer success, ensuring customer feedback and pain points are understood, prioritized, and pursued by the team

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to join our team. SoFi is building out a new team to develop crypto products and services for our members. Recent developments made a path for SoFi to begin to re-enter the space and expand on our product offerings with intuitive, secure and fully featured products across crypto Investing, Transfers, Payments, Custody and beyond.

Key responsibilities
- Write production-grade, scalable backend code using Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and modern frameworks.
- Debug and resolve complex systems issues in high-scale, real-time services.
- Build high-quality, scalable systems with a focus on performance, security, and reliability in crypto products.
- Shape the technical architecture across SoFi’s crypto stack — wallets, custody, trading, and beyond.

What you'll need
- 8+ years programming experience, with significant experience in modern day languages and familiarity with AI tools.
- Expert understanding and hands-on experience building and operating large-scale fault-tolerant distributed systems, workflows, databases and mobile/web applications
- Expertise with Java / Spring / Kotlin / PostgreSQL / AWS. Expertise with any modern Java frameworks, REST APIs, and relational databases
- Deep understanding of code release, deployment orchestration / rollout mechanisms, logging, instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting in a microservices environment.
- Experience with public cloud infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and working with stakeholders across disciplines
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and distributed ledger technologies
- Familiarity with digital assets across major chains (Bitcoin, Etherium, …)
- Hands-on experience with smart contracts is a plus
- Familiarity with custody, settlement, and clearing of crypto transactions
- Experience with security and best practices for wallet management
- Exposure to crypto trading platforms, market data, and DeFi protocols

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field required.
- Insurance Domain Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a broker, underwriter, or risk professional with a deep understanding of insurance coverage, policy structure, and contractual requirements. In-house risk management experience is preferred.
- Carrier Engagement: Familiarity with major insurance carriers and market dynamics sufficient to critically evaluate broker recommendations, hold the broker accountable to performance standards, and ensure coverage strategies align with business needs.

Gemini is seeking a dynamic self-starter to lead our broker dealer and future commission merchant compliance program. This role requires deep expertise across federal securities and commodities regulation, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and NFA, with hands-on experience building and running compliance programs at a retail-facing brokerage and FCM. The ideal candidate has
strong command of supervisory and surveillance operations across listed securities and derivatives, financial and segregation reporting obligations, and familiarity with digital assets. This role will report into Gemini’s Global Chief Compliance Officer.
This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compliance advisory and support to the broker-dealer business and oversee the development of the broker-dealer compliance program
- Oversee the FCM compliance program, including the firm's risk management program and annual CCO report
- Oversee daily customer segregation computations and related financial and regulatory filings across both the broker-dealer and FCM
- Supervise trade and market surveillance across the firm's securities and derivatives products
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FINRA, NFA, SEC, and CFTC exams and inquiries
- Maintain the firm's AML program covering both broker-dealer and FCM activities

Who You Are:
Galaxy's data center business is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an Analyst to join our Growth & Development team. The team sits at the center of all things commercial within Galaxy’s data center business and is responsible for site origination, leasing, market research, and corporate development.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling skills combined with exposure to at least one of the following verticals: real estate development, data center markets, infrastructure finance, or power development. You will work directly with senior leaders on high-impact transactions and will be expected to operate with significant ownership and judgment from day one.
What You’ll Do:
Deal Origination & Site Evaluation
- Identify and evaluate data center development opportunities across target markets, coordinating with power and land teams to assess power availability, fiber infrastructure, and permitting timelines.
- Conduct site selection analyses incorporating energy access, cooling infrastructure, geotechnical and environmental considerations, and zoning requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of development opportunities, tracking key milestones and market dynamics.
- Create and manage database of existing and previous site opportunities
- Develop relationships with brokers, landowners, utilities, municipalities, and regional development authorities to source off-market opportunities.
Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments across the data center and power ecosystems.
- Analyze hyperscaler demand signals, colocation market supply/demand dynamics, and power infrastructure constraints to inform site prioritization and investment thesis.
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, analytical quality, and decision-making speed.
- Manage database of all relevant data center transactions and report market insights regularly to executive team.
Financial Analysis & Underwriting
- Build and maintain financial models across the full project lifecycle, from greenfield feasibility through stabilized operations and exit, incorporating project-level debt, joint venture waterfalls, and return metrics (IRR, MOIC, NPV).
- Underwrite customer contracts, conducting deep-dive revenue, cost, and return analysis at the asset level.
- Evaluate capitalization structures utilizing conventional and alternative financing sources, including construction lending, sale-leasebacks, preferred equity, and infrastructure fund capital.
- Analyze power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, development services agreements, and ground leases, with attention to key economic terms and risk allocation.
Deal Execution & Transaction Management
- Support end-to-end transaction processes including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, deal structuring, and closing logistics.
- Prepare investment memos, feasibility studies, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership and Investment Committee review.
- Coordinate third-party diligence workflows across legal, environmental, engineering, and title workstreams.
- Assist in preparing offering memoranda, data room materials, and investor outreach packages to support capital raising efforts.
- Manage RFP processes for general contractors, engineers, and other vendors.
What We’re Looking For:
Required
- 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following: real estate development or acquisitions, infrastructure finance, data centers, investment banking (real assets/infrastructure/utilities coverage), private equity, or power and utilities.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Experience or ability to learn how to analyze and interpret real estate and infrastructure documents: LOIs, PPAs, DSAs, development agreements, operating agreements, and due diligence reports.
- Ability to manage multiple active workstreams simultaneously with strong ownership, judgment, and execution habits.
- Proficiency in using AI to build custom tools and accelerate workstreams.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; capable of preparing executive-ready materials and presenting to senior leadership.

Who You Are:
Working as part of the derivatives engineering team, you are an expert on data pipelining and API development. You have knowledge surrounding common derivatives pricing frameworks and inputs for different tradable assets, and how these inputs are derived. The Role: Senior Software Engineer (Mobile)
As a Senior Mobile Engineer on the Predictions team, you'll own the mobile experience for Gemini's CFTC-regulated prediction markets exchange. You'll build and ship trading interfaces for event contracts — from order entry and position management to real-time market data — within Gemini's React Native app. You'll work closely with product, design, backend, and compliance to bring new contract types (binary, range, combo) to market on mobile and drive activation and retention for a fast-growing product line.

The Data team is responsible for designing and operating the data infrastructure that powers insight, reporting, analytics, and machine learning across the business. Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of data infrastructure and pipelines, spanning both batch and real-time / streaming workloads
- Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines using languages and frameworks such as Python, SQL, Spark, Flink, Beam, or equivalents
- Work on real-time or near-real-time data solutions (e.g. CDC, streaming, micro-batch) for use cases that require timely data

In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving our enterprise-wide risk management program to bridge the rigor of traditional financial services risk practices with the dynamic, fast-evolving landscape of digital assets and cryptocurrency markets.
You will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, Technology, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure that risk is identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated in alignment with regulatory expectations and organizational strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Risk Framework
- Design, implement, and continuously mature a comprehensive operational risk framework tailored to the unique risk profile of a cryptocurrency exchange
- Establish risk appetite statements, risk tolerance thresholds, and key risk indicators (KRIs) aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain the enterprise risk register, ensuring risks are properly categorized, owned, and escalated appropriately
- Lead periodic enterprise-wide risk assessments and translate findings into actionable risk mitigation strategies
- Cryptocurrency & Digital Asset Risk
- Conduct and oversee specialized risk assessments related to cryptocurrency operations, including custody risk, smart contract risk, liquidity risk, and counterparty/exchange risk

The Role: Principal Data Engineer
The Data Engineering Team owns the ingestion and transformation of data from production databases, streams, and external data sources into our data warehouse. As a Principal Data Engineer, you will set the technical direction for how data is modeled, processed, and delivered across the organization. You will partner closely with product, analytics, ML, finance, operations, and engineering teams to move, transform, and model data reliably, with observability, resilience, and agility. You’ll lead by example through design excellence, mentoring, and technical leadership, ensuring our data architecture is scalable, governed, and ready for the next generation of analytics and machine learning at Gemini.
This is a senior individual contributor role — highly technical, strategic, and cross-functional — where you’ll influence the design of data systems that underpin key decisions and customer-facing products across Gemini.
This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the long-term vision for data architecture, modeling, and transformation at Gemini
- Establish standards for data reliability, observability, and quality across all pipelines and data products using languages and frameworks such as Python, SQL, Spark, Flink, Beam, or equivalents
- Partner with Staff and Senior Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Analytics Engineers to unify how data is produced, stored, and consumed
- Lead large-scale design initiatives that span multiple teams and systems, ensuring maintainability, performance, and security
- Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, and product teams to understand data requirements, define SLAs, and deliver coherent data products that others can self-serve
- Establish data quality, validation, observability, and monitoring frameworks (data auditing, alerting, anomaly detection, data lineage)
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues: root cause analysis, performance bottlenecks, data integrity, fault tolerance
- Mentor and guide more junior and mid-level data engineers: lead code reviews, design reviews, and best-practice evangelism
- Help recruit and onboard new talent, shaping the future of Gemini’s data engineering discipline
- Stay up to date on new tools, technologies, and patterns in the data and cloud space, bringing proposals and proof-of-concepts when appropriate
- Document data flows, data dictionaries, architecture patterns, and operational runbooks
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering (or similar) roles
- Strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline design, implementation, and optimization
- Deep expertise in Python and SQL writing production-quality, maintainable, testable code
- Experience with large-scale data warehouses (e.g. Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals, data structures, and systems thinking
- Hands-on experience in data modeling (dimensional modeling, normalization, schema design)
- Experience building systems with real-time or streaming data (e.g. Kafka, Kinesis, Flink, Spark Streaming), and familiarity with CDC frameworks
- Experience with orchestration / workflow frameworks (e.g. Airflow)
- Familiarity with data governance, lineage, metadata, cataloging, and data quality practices
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in recruiting, mentoring, leading design discussions, and influencing data-engineering best practices across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with crypto, financial services, trading, markets, or exchange systems
- Experience with blockchain, crypto, Web3 data — e.g. blocks, transactions, contract calls, token transfers, UTXO/account models, on-chain indexing, chain APIs, etc.

The Role: Product Design Intern
Gemini is looking for Summer 2026 Interns to work on our multi-functional product team that are interested in design, marketing and user experience. DRW is building out a dedicated prediction markets desk focused on platforms such as Polymarket and Kalshi. As a Prediction Markets Trader, you will develop, execute, and optimize high-conviction trading strategies in binary event contracts. You will manage a live portfolio, targeting consistent positive expectancy through market making, microstructure exploitation, cross-platform arbitrage, event-driven momentum, and statistical models. This role requires genuine, demonstrated passion for prediction markets, strong quantitative reasoning, and the ability to operate in thin, volatile, event-resolution-driven environments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor and trade active markets in real time across Polymarket (CLOB/Gamma/Subgraph APIs) and Kalshi (FIX/WebSocket/REST).
- Execute strategies including: market making with dynamic skew, microstructure arbitrage (order-flow and book-imbalance sniping), cross-platform arb, news/event momentum (sub-second reaction), and statistical pairs/mean-reversion.

Here’s the bit about the opportunity:
Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to drive the compliance program for our regulated payments infrastructure. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing components of the Fireblocks Payments Services’ Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”), Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), Counter-Terrorist Financing (“CTF”), and Economic Sanctions Compliance Program. The ideal candidate will bring regulated financial services expertise, experience in US money service business activities, strong leadership capabilities, and expert knowledge of either payments or digital asset services to scale this new business unit. This role will leverage board-based expertise in transaction and customer monitoring to design a risk-based compliance program for its institutional clients. A deep knowledge of the regulations, guidelines and industry-leading practices for BSA/AML/CTF/OFAC compliance will be invaluable to helping Fireblocks design and deploy an effective compliance program that will protect the Company and meet regulatory expectations.
This position reports directly to the Fireblocks’ Chief Compliance Officer. The position will oversee a small team while building out the program, but will grow as new regulated products come online. This role will be based in the US, with preference for candidates based near our NYC HQ, although qualified candidates from other locations are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance program components for a regulated money services business, Fireblocks LLC (e.g., Transaction Monitoring, Investigations, Governance, Customer Due Diligence).
- Execute the compliance operations as needed including, but not limited to, name screening, transaction monitoring, investigations, report filing, client onboarding and ongoing review, and governance.
- Be the responsible officer ensuring Suspicious Activity Reports meet requirements and are filed in a timely manner.
- Oversee the BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance program and report on operational risks and metrics to stakeholders, including the Chief Compliance Officer and Board of Directors for Fireblocks Payments Services.
- Drive updates to AML/CTF risk classifications and assessment of new products and services.
- Act as the point person for regulatory inquiries, including securing new licenses and managing renewals, and manage coordination of regulatory examinations, audits and independent assessments.
- Provide guidance on compliance-related matters to various internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the compliance programs through process improvements or technological solutions, with particular focus on enabling AI services.
- Tackle ad hoc projects as necessary to support the enhancement or operation of the compliance program at the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with regulated financial institutions in senior compliance roles with robust knowledge of BSA/AML and Sanctions Compliance Programs.
- Knowledge and experience with Payments, Banking, Correspondent Banking, Fintech, or Cryptocurrency organizations at a department level.
- Strong knowledge of relevant BSA/AML and Sanctions regulatory frameworks and leading industry practices for money service businesses or banks in the US.
- Experience designing effective controls and leading the execution of key components of a BSA/AML and Sanctions Compliance Program.
- Experience as a people manager with a preference for a player-coach organizational structure; a consummate team player.
- Growth mindset to tackle any problem and learn any skill that will support the evolution of the compliance programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including how to identify patterns of unusual or suspicious activity.

Who You Are:
As Senior Counsel, you will join an experienced and collaborative Legal team to work on market and derivative related transaction matters. You’ll work alongside and report into our Head of Trading Legal and have the opportunity to work on a myriad of legal issues with room for growth beyond the current scope of the role. The ideal hire should have minimum of 4 years’ experience at a financial institution with additional experience at a top-tier law firm.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a strategic legal advisor for Galaxy with respect to ISDAs/ CSAs, confirms, prime brokerage agreements, lending and vendor transactions;
- Advisor on swap dealer related rules
- Focus on negotiating documentation with hedge funds, crypto native firms, investment companies, individuals, miners and other institutional clients
- Coordinate resources with respect to negotiations, including management of outside counsel engagement where appropriate;
- Collaborate with other functional partners and businesses to ensure appropriate awareness and escalation of issues;
- Assisting with implementing global regulatory and market changes affecting trading and documentation
- Draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements;
- Manage workflow in a highly dynamic and demanding environment while remaining highly responsive, reliable, communicative, and accountable to team leadership and other members of Galaxy; and
- Help with other special projects and such other activities as may be assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrable ability to produce quality work product in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
- Ability to apply traditional financial legal concepts within the crypto space to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and uncommon
- Over 6+ years of transactional experience reviewing various financial transaction agreements, primarily ISDA/CSAs, trade confirmations and prime brokerage agreements
- Product knowledge and transactional or regulatory experience within the OTC derivatives and swap dealer businesses.
- Experience traditional financial markets, preferable experience at a sell side bank supporting derivative desks
- Ability to work well in fast-paced business and evolving legal environment and to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Highly motivated, self-starter who takes initiative;

About the opportunity
As the Principal Account Executive, North America, you will own sales performance for the region, driving enterprise growth across three key buyer segments: marketplace platforms, TradFi institutions, and institutional blockchain networks. This is a player-coach role where you will lead and develop a small team, stay close to the region’s most strategic deals, and set the standard for execution.
How you will make an impact
- Own the North America enterprise revenue target and run territory strategy across exchanges and neobanks entering crypto, TradFi institutions moving into staking, and institutional blockchain networks.
- Close large, complex deals end-to-end, with full accountability for high-value opportunities.
- Help to mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives, setting the standard through how you sell and enabling the team to consistently hit their goals.
- Drive the TradFi segment directly, working with banks, custodians, and asset managers where you go deep on custody architecture, key management, and validator economics while leading the commercial conversation.

What you bring to the team

- Background in a crypto infrastructure company or a TradFi institution (e.g. prime brokerage, custody, fund administration, or digital assets at a bank), with a strong understanding of how these buyers evaluate and make decisions.
- Proven track record of personally closing seven-figure ARR deals with full ownership from end to end.
- Ability to operate deeply across custody architecture, key management, validator economics, and commercial terms within a single conversation.
- Experience managing a small team (2–4 people) while carrying an individual quota, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Strong network across the TradFi–crypto ecosystem, or the ability to build relationships with institutional stakeholders quickly.
- Comfortable navigating compliance, legal, and procurement processes within regulated institutions.
- Credibility in senior-level conversations across both global financial institutions and crypto-native companies, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations.

Compensation
One of Figment’s core principles is “Making the Invisible Visible” - ensuring transparency and information sharing in all communication. Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for.
Base Salary: The US base salary range for this position is USD $200,000 - $230,000. The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $200,000 - $230,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation, sales incentives or benefits. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!). The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US. You’ll be the face of our NY office; a friendly, proactive, organized, and professional presence who ensures the office runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for our people.
In this role, you’ll report to our Director of Workplace & Employee Experience and collaborate closely with our global Workplace & People teams. You’ll combine hands-on office operations with culture-building initiatives that support employee wellbeing and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for NY employees on workplace, culture, and employee experience matters.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations: vendor management, supplies, logistics, building access, and creating a smooth, organized, and safe work environment.
- Partner with global Workplace & People teams to ensure alignment across sites.

Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead a strategic initiative related to our regulated payments infrastructure. This role will be responsible for building and managing operational systems that support the movement of funds and digital assets between our clients and their customers. The ideal candidate will bring financial operations expertise, regulatory understanding, and strong leadership capabilities to help establish and scale this new business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of operational infrastructure for a regulated payments business, including banking relationships, treasury operations, and financial processes
- Develop and implement operational workflows, policies, and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting
- Manage financial performance, including P&L responsibility and budget oversight
- Work directly with state and federal regulators to ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable money transmission and financial services regulations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure and optimize operational performance
- Develop risk management frameworks and controls appropriate for a regulated financial services business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably in payments, money transmission, banking, or fintech
- Proven track record in building and scaling operational teams and systems in regulated financial environments
- Experience with treasury management, cash flow operations, and financial controls
- Understanding of money transmission licensing requirements and compliance frameworks
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience launching new business lines or entities
- Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally with regulators, partners, and clients
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets (deep technical knowledge not required)
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes need to be created from the ground up
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with money transmitter licensing and operations
- Background in payment processing, digital wallets, or similar financial services
- Experience at a high-growth fintech company or financial institution
- Knowledge of stablecoins and their use in payment applications
- MBA, CPA, or relevant financial/operational certifications

Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our "Core" team. This team builds the foundational infrastructure that handles crypto transfers, bridging logic, and network connectivity. Your initial mandate will be to aggressively expand Mesh's footprint by leading our integration strategy for Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) and Web3 Wallets.

What You'll Do
- Ownership: You are the execution engine for the Core team. If a process is broken, you fix it. If an engineering team is blocked, you unblock them. You take pride in sweating the details that others ignore.
- Expand the Network: Own the execution for expanding Mesh's coverage of external platforms. You will figure out how to integrate new crypto exchanges and standardize connections with self-custodial wallets.
- Architect for Scale: Partner with our Head of Core and senior engineers to ensure that as we add dozens of new connections, our routing logic remains standardized, scalable, and secure. You will write crystal-clear specs and map out edge cases.
- High Leverage & Efficiency: You ruthlessly optimize and automate your own operational workflows. You treat your time as the company's most valuable resource, utilizing modern tools (AI, scripts, automations) to scale your output so you can focus on high-impact problem-solving.
- Cross-Functional Velocity: Collaborate tightly with Engineering and Business Development to prioritize the right integrations and ensure our core connectivity meets the SLAs required by our enterprise clients.
Who You Are
- Experience: 3+ years of building and shipping hard things. Traditional technical PM experience is preferred but not strictly required.
- Intellectual Horsepower: You are a rapid learner who can quickly deconstruct complex systems (APIs, ledgers, financial routing) and explain them simply.
- Relentless Drive: You have a demonstrated history of working incredibly hard and caring deeply about the output of your work. You do not wait to be told what to do.
- Systems Thinking: You are highly comfortable reading technical documentation, discussing API payloads, and debating architectural tradeoffs with engineers. You don't need to write code, but you must be able to design systems.
The annual base salary range for this role is $186,000 - $241,000 in San Francisco and New York. The compensation range provided may span multiple career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on factors including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. For candidates outside of San Francisco and New York, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market and location-based pay band. The base salary range listed excludes commission (if applicable), equity, and benefits. The pay range represents the minimum and maximum target for new-hire compensation. Actual compensation may vary and may be higher or lower depending on individual circumstances.

In-Office Expectations
Employees based in our San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore hubs are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time (approximately two days per week).
