The Office Coordinator for the a16z crypto team in New York will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a 12-week, in-person, NYC-based program. This individual will support weekly programming, manage office logistics, and help create a welcoming and well-run environment for participants, visitors, and guests. This is a 3-4 month temporary contract role based in New York City, NY. This role requires an in-office presence 5 days a week in our New York City, NY office.

The Program Manager for the a16z crypto team in New York will lead the planning and execution of a 12-week, in-person, NYC-based program. This role is responsible for overseeing weekly hospitality events, managing operational logistics, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in hospitality, events, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a 4-5 month temporary contract role based in New York City, NY. This role requires regular in-office presence Monday through Thursday, with additional in-office days as needed.
