About the role:
Join Dashlane as a Director of Engineering and take part in a mission to create a beautiful and scalable application with global impact. As the most senior engineering leader in the Lisbon office, you will establish clear ownership and accountability across the organisation, anchor the team culturally and technically, drive delivery predictability and team health, and accelerate AI adoption across the engineering organisation.
Location:
You will be based in Lisbon, with English as your working language. At Dashlane, you will:
Coach and grow engineering managers and individual contributors through candid feedback, structured career conversations, and a commitment to building teams people want to stay on;
Systematically improve ways of working — including accelerating AI adoption across the SDLC — by introducing new practices that measurably change team behavior;
Actively build Dashlane's technical brand in the local engineering community through thought leadership, event participation, and network development, turning visibility into a long-term recruiting advantage
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software engineering
5+ years of experience in people management (ideally in a distributed environment)
3+ years of experience in managing managers and senior technical ICs (ideally in a distributed environment)
Fluency in English

Ability to articulate how to measure AI impact and define the transition metrics that matter;
Experience with a company at roughly Dashlane's size and scaling up;
Experience working in a distributed team across multiple timezones;

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Checkout Pod. This team is responsible for the most critical conversion point in our marketplace where a traveler moves from browsing to successfully booking their experience.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Velocity & Strategy: Own the end-to-end testing cycle for the Checkout Pod. You will define hypotheses, launch A/B tests, and iterate based on results to drive checkout conversion and post-booking engagement.
Lead the Roadmap: Create and deliver a comprehensive product roadmap for checkout and post-booking experiences, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and strategic value. You will be responsible for measuring and reporting your pod’s impact to the business.
Work Across Surfaces: Lead checkout and confirmation flows across web and mobile app platforms (iOS/Android). You understand the unique nuances of different surfaces and how to create a cohesive, high-trust experience across them.
Navigate Ambiguity: Comfortably operate in situations where technical, regulatory, or business constraints are evolving. You are willing to take bold steps, making data-backed "pivot or persevere" decisions in a high-stakes transactional environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Payments, Fraud, Loyalty, App, and Brand teams. You are able to communicate product performance and vision clearly to senior leadership while advocating for the needs of our travelers.

Responsible for the development and deployment of lifecycle trigger automations, adhoc promotions and engagement campaigns to ensure the business is positioned to drive long-term customer engagement and retention.
Work cross-functionally with product, product marketing and sales to translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic (sometimes pulled from other tools), and dynamic content requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Experience Site Manager role is responsible for end-to-end management of our experience site in Lisbon, which will feature unique experiences housed within the same venue. You will be the business owner and accountable for ensuring world class operational execution, exceptional customer service, and financial efficiency.
Based in Lisbon, the Experience Site Manager will sit within the local site Management Team and report directly to the Fever Originals Local team. A virtual guide becomes your partner in this exploration, revealing historical and cultural details with precision and captivating storytelling. The role will see them working closely with the Associate Director and wider team to drive revenue growth.

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Organic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our organic social presence across various brands and global markets. Multi-Brand Content Strategy
Develop, plan, and schedule high-impact organic content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
Adapt visuals, copy, and concepts to fit different brand identities and diverse global market trends.
Ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and tailored to the specific platform it lives on.
Manage multiple posting calendars simultaneously, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
Global Community Management
Monitor various social channels and engage with our global communities through active moderation and interaction.
Act as the frontline for the brands, escalating customer-service-related issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Analyze community sentiment and identify emerging global topics or "viral" opportunities.
Trend Research & Innovation
Stay at the forefront of global social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Identify opportunities for real-time content that can be scaled across different brands or regions.
Conduct competitor benchmarking across the global iGaming landscape to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and deliver comprehensive reports.
Use data to identify what works and propose improvements that can be applied across the portfolio.
Run A/B tests on formats and captions to optimize organic reach and conversion.
Collaboration & Brand Integrity
Work closely with design, brand, and paid social teams to ensure a cohesive 360-degree marketing approach.
Support various marketing initiatives and product launches with strategic organic amplification.
Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring that each brand maintains its unique voice and visual identity regardless of the market.
Experience working within the iGaming domain (mandatory).
2 years of experience managing organic social media channels in a professional capacity.
Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a significant plus.
Strong ability to switch between different "brand voices" and tones quickly.
Basic design or content editing skills (e.g., Canva, Buffer, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
Excellent creative writing skills with an eye for digital storytelling.
High adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and brand focuses may change.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable creative ideas.
