・PlayStationのシステムソフトウェア領域の募集では、アプリケーション、SDK、カーネル、デバイスドライバ、ファームウェア、プロセッサのためのソフトウェアに至るまで幅広い部署で募集を行っています。
・それ以外にも、PS5,PS4,Win,iOS,Android,Macなど複数のプラットフォームで動作するアプリケーション開発や、サーバー機能開発、ネットワークインフラ、セキュリティや暗号化(コンテンツ保護)に関わる開発などもあります。

■担当領域とチーム体制
私たちの組織では、PlayStation Network向けクライアント機能の中でも基盤となる領域を担当しています。主にゲーム向けSDKおよびシステムソフトウェアの開発を行っています。
本組織は、複数のスクラムチームで構成されており、各メンバーが広い裁量を持ちながら、自律的に開発に取り組んでいます。サーバ開発チームやスタジオサポート部門と密接に連携し、仕様検討、技術サポート、不具合解析など多岐にわたるグローバルな協業を日常的に行っており、End to Endな開発経験を積むことができます。また、新たなゲーム体験を創出するために、新機能の企画・設計段階から関わる機会も多く、メンバーは日々やりがいを感じながら開発しています。
■職務内容
・PlayStationコンソールにおけるPSN基盤機能、SDKの設計・実装・テスト・保守
・ネットワークプロトコルおよびWebAPI/RESTを使うライブラリの開発
・ゲーム開発者や社内チームへの技術支援、ドキュメント整備
・C/C++による開発(案件によりC#やJavaScriptも利用)
・ビジネス拡大に向けた、PCなどの他プラットフォーム展開、クロスプラットフォーム向け新機能開発

Role
We are looking for a Specialty Sales Account Executive to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Japan, reporting to the Regional Director - Zero Trust Cloud within the Sales and Go-to-Market department. You will be part of a global group of professionals dedicated to demonstrating the power and agility of cloud transformation while cementing our position as the world leader in cloud security. Your mission is to nurture trusted partnerships and share expertise to lead customers toward a secure, cloud-enabled digital future.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Serve as the primary expert for customers, partners, and internal sales teams to drive revenue growth within the Zero Trust Cloud product portfolio
Partner with domain expert solution engineers to gather customer requirements, create compelling value propositions, and close business alongside the primary account team
Own the Zero Trust Cloud quota for your assigned territory by building and implementing account-based strategies to land and expand the portfolio
Support relationship expansion with top existing partners for the Zero Trust Cloud business unit
Engage and sell effectively to both executive-level stakeholders (CXO) and technical practitioners

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
8+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven track record of progressive selling experience engaging with accounts at the C-suite level
Deep understanding of and practical experience with value-based selling methodologies
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Established network of relationships with current and prospective customers in the industry
Direct experience selling Cloud Networking or Security solutions
High proficiency in strategic sales planning with a demonstrated ability to close net new logos

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

We are seeking a Marketer who will develop and execute HubSpot's Field Marketing strategy in Japan through high-impact in-person and virtual events that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement, in particular targeting the Small Business and Mid-Market segments. The Senior Manager, Customer Success - Japan will be responsible for leading and managing HubSpot's Japanese-speaking Upmarket and Scaled teams while driving strategic customer success initiatives across the JAPAC region. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep customer success expertise, and native-level Japanese fluency to ensure our Japanese customers receive world-class support and strategic guidance. The position reports directly to the Director, Upmarket Customer Success in JAPAC (based in Sydney) and is a leader of leaders.
This is a senior leadership role requiring an individual who can build and scale high-performing teams, navigate complex customer relationships in the Japanese market, and drive strategic initiatives that impact customer outcomes and business growth. This position brings strategic oversight, team leadership, and operational excellence to our most important Japanese customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success leadership within a SaaS company, with specific experience managing teams and driving customer outcomes in the Japanese market. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, making strategic decisions, and driving results through team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
This role offers the opportunity to directly impact HubSpot's growth in the Japanese market while building and leading a world-class customer success organization. You'll work closely with regional leadership, cross-functional teams, and our most important Japanese customers to ensure exceptional outcomes and continued business growth.
Language Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in Japanese is required. Strong English communication skills are also essential for collaboration with global teams.
