• Entry-level Repair and restore vacant, unoccupied apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in. 
• Conduct light checks around the community and replace breezeway light bulbs as needed.

• Experience working in a design-to-order or custom engineering environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with low voltage switchgear, panelboards, utility systems, or the power industry is preferred.

Responsible for the Electrical Design Engineering team based in Jacksonville, FL driving excellence in the development of custom electrical switchgear solutions. This role is responsible in bridging design and manufacturing, ensuring that engineering outputs—primarily dual-purpose customer submittal and production drawings—meet the needs of our local manufacturing facilities.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for implementing quality control systems designed to ensure our products meet applicable industry quality standards. Quality Control Inspector responsibilities include making certain that the production and manufacturing processes are performed to meet quality standards, performing inspection of equipment and components at various stages of the production cycle, and maintaining ISO 9001 required documentation as well as regulatory listings and markings.

IEM is currently seeking a Quality Engineer - Customer Account Manager for our Jacksonville, FL or Surrey, B.C offices and will report into the VP of Quality & Reliability. As a Quality Engineer – Customer Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the Customer and Commercial Teams about quality-related issues. Collect root cause analysis data and provide corrective feedback due to quality issues. Responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to. Ensure incoming materials meet required quality standards. Support new product introductions to ensure the robustness of product. Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements. Manage the customer specific requirements and coordinate technical support. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results impacting on project completion. Work mostly independently under general supervision, reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, working relationships with customer and in-house commercial teams to ensure complete and transparent communication and support.

Switchgear Applications Engineer

As the Technical Program Application Engineer with the Commercial Enterprise team, you will report to the Technical Program Manager and work closely with both the commercial and engineering teams.

In this role, you will serve as the key technical review and product point person, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clean orders.

It is the primary responsibility of this position to coordinate and manage the customer ordering process. This includes but is not limited to creating order acknowledgements, posting signed order acknowledgements and payments to individual orders, communicating with customers on deliveries and backorders, and answering general order/material questions. Summary

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload. The Case Manager will assist the attorney in developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic.

Role and Team

• As a Security Guard, you will be an integral part of the Security Team executing processes at our facility to ensure our associates, customers, and assets are protected.   At our gates, you will be the face of ADESA to our customers, vendors and associates.  You will play an active role in ensuring our Inventory Control procedures are followed.  You will be adept at utilizing ADESA technology.  You will support vehicle location research when necessary.  This position is hourly and reports to the Operations or designated manager. • Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.

• Using a handheld device, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, owner identification, vehicle options, repair orders and any other pertinent information.

As a Mechanic Tech in our high production mechanic shop, you will support the mechanic shop by performing assigned diagnostic repair or maintenance on customer vehicles.  This position reports to the Mechanic Shop or designated manager.

• A/C & Heater - Operate the system and recognize if the system is cooling or not, perform basic system checks such as power to compressor, visually inspect condenser, belt tension, etc., Identify Freon and oil leaks.

• Cooling Systems - Check and adjust coolant levels, antifreezes (and requirements), Visually inspect system for leaks, Make minor repairs such as hose replacements, fan shrouds, fittings, Pressure test, Flush and refill systems.
• Starting/Cranking System – Inspect/ test batteries, cables and motor, clean battery cables, connections and starter. Check, charge and replace batteries, Repair/replace defective cables, Read wiring schematics.
• Lighting System and Electrical Accessories - Repair minor wiring problems, replace bulbs, lenses and simple light assemblies.  Adjust/replace sealed beams, Install/replace accessories (heated mirrors, fans, spotlights, etc.).
• Drive Axles - Inspect housings for leaks, change oil and filter and clean breathers.
• Driveline - Lubricate drive line, Inspect components for wear or damage.
• Gas Engines - Check and adjust oil levels, identify unusual noises, and oil leaks.
• Fuel Systems - Replace and prime fuel filter, Check gas and diesel fuel system components such as fuel lines, pickup tubes, return lines, etc. for proper integrity and condition.
• Preventive Maintenance - Proper lube techniques, Minimal tire inspection, Brake check/applied stroke, Battery check, under vehicle check/lose components, Initial Fault code identification.
• Tire and Wheel Maintenance - Perform air pressure checks, Check tread depth, identify tires that need to be changed or repaired, perform tire Checks, replace tire and wheel assemblies, Mount/dismount and rotate tires.
• Track and record vehicle information following department processes.
• Assist in overall general shop duties such as cleaning, driving, organizing vehicle parking and staging, etc.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers. Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment.
• Practice and promote teamwork at all times.  Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.

Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Agronomist to join our team at Pivot Bio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, with a focus on crop production and nitrogen management. As a Commercial Agronomist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to guide on-farm fertility decisions and help deliver a world-class customer experience. 

Essential Functions:

• Build relationships and provide technical service to Pivot Bio distribution partners and growers within assigned territory to help ensure their success while utilizing our products. 

• Lead training events and deliver world-class fertility insights, with a focus on nitrogen management, to customers and the sales team. 

• Execute and manage on-farm product demo protocols to showcase product performance and support future product development. 

• Provide technical product knowledge, stewardship, best practices recommendations, and product performance results throughout the commercial organization. 

• Help create and communicate nitrogen education initiatives to industry partners, growers, and consumers. 

• Develop and deliver innovative nitrogen management plans to enhance agricultural efficiency. 

• Support sales efforts by promoting Pivot Bio products at farm calls, trade shows, and field tours. 

• Collaborate with Product Development Agronomists to transfer knowledge of new products and technologies to sales organization and customers and assist with their research with Universities and other partnerships. 

• Promote sustainability program through grower education on program details, implementation, and data requirements. 

Competencies: 

• Expertise in crop fertility, agronomy, crop physiology, and soil science. 

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.  

• Ability to work independently and build efficient weekly schedule 

• Understanding of the relationship between on farm fertility practices and soil biology. 

• Fluent in understanding and ability to educate on nitrogen and nitrogen management. 

• Experience with crop modeling, precision agriculture, and data analysis tools.

• Adapt and maintain agility in a rapidly changing environment.  

Work environment:

• Home office based from within the assigned territory 

Travel required:

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to client locations

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field required. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agronomy or crop consulting.
