About the Team

As part of our Content Platform team you join a small group of highly skilled engineers, that own significant responsibility in crafting, developing and maintaining our large-scale backend systems, data pipelines, storage, and processing services. We provide all insights in regard to all content on Roku Devices.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with vast experience in backend development, Data Engineering and Data Analytics to focus on building next level content platform and data intelligence, which empowers Search, Recommendation, and many more critical systems across Roku Platform. This is an excellent role for a senior professional who enjoys a high level of visibility, thrives on having a critical business impact, able to make critical decisions and is excited to work on a core data platform component which is crucial for many streaming components at Roku.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with product management team, content data platform services, and other internal consumer teams to contribute extensively to our content data platform and underlying architecture.
- Build low-latency and optimized streaming and batch data pipelines to enable downstream services.
- Build and support our Micro-services based Event-Driven Backend Systems & Data Platform.
- Design and build data pipelines for batch, near-real-time, and real-time processing.
- Participate in architecture discussions, influence product roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility over new projects.
We’re excited if you have
- 8+ years professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in Java/Scala/Python.
- Deep understanding of backend technologies, architecture patterns, and best practices, including microservices, RESTful APIs, message queues, caching, and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.
- Experience with Micro-service and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Apache Spark and Apache Flink.
- Experience with Big Data Frameworks and Tools: MapReduce, Hive, Presto, HDFS, YARN, Kafka, etc.
- Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tooling for ETL.
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS (preferred), GCP, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- BS in Computer Science; MS in Computer Science preferred.
- AI literacy and curiosity.You have either tried Gen AI in your previous work or outside of work or are curious about Gen AI and have explored it.

About the team
A reliable, privacy-safe, and scalable data foundation is critical to Roku’s rapidly growing advertising business. The Ad Data Activation organization builds the identity systems, device graph pipelines, audience platforms, insights tooling, and data collaboration capabilities that power targeting, measurement, and reporting across Roku Ads.
We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help drive intelligence across these systems. You will work at the intersection of large-scale data platforms, applied machine learning, and generative AI — building capabilities that make Roku's advertising data more actionable for internal teams and advertisers. This includes building core generative AI platform features for Roku Advertising, while also applying traditional ML techniques to improve accuracy, automation, and decisioning across the ecosystem. About the role
In this role, you will design, build, and productionize intelligent capabilities that combine agentic Gen-AI systems with conventional ML pipelines across identity resolution, audience modeling, attribution, and optimization workflows. You will work with massive datasets, develop pipelines that transform raw signals into actionable features, and partner closely with product, data science, and platform teams.
What you will be doing
- Develop scalable and effective ML models and data pipelines to power identity, graph enrichment, audience segmentation, and campaign performance intelligence
- Design and run experiments, measure impact, and translate results into product decisions and customer outcomes
- Build and productionize agentic, generative-AI features — including reporting and insights agents, campaign-monitoring agents (with human-in-the-loop controls), and a semantic layer for reliable, natural-language analytics
- Improve automation, reliability, and scalability across model training, feature engineering, deployment, and monitoring frameworks
- Work closely with software and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions from data ingestion through downstream systems
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape ML and Gen-AI strategy for Ad Data Activation — identifying the right problems for AI, ensuring safety, and driving advertiser productivity.
We’re excited if you have
- 5+ years of experience applying ML or data science to real business problems at scale
- Master’s degree (or higher) and 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field
- Strong CS fundamentals and ability to design efficient algorithms and production systems
- Experience with ML approaches used in large-scale data problems (e.g., regression, classification, tree-based methods, embeddings, sequence models, or basic NLP)
- Strong intuition for defining KPIs, objective functions, and evaluation frameworks for ML-driven systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Scala/Java, C/C++, or similar
- Experience working with large-scale data platforms (Spark, Presto/Trino, feature stores, data lakes, etc.)
- Experience building or integrating with LLM/Gen-AI pipelines (prompting, evaluation, retrieval, safety) is a plus
- Prior publications, patents, or open-source contributions are a plus

About the team
The FP&A Systems team at Roku is responsible for building and continually improving financial forecasting models, with a strategic focus on automation and simplification of manual processes. We are looking for an exceptional Master Anaplanner with demonstrated hands-on-keyboard experience implementing new financial forecasting models from requirements gathering through go-live and support phases. The Manager, FP&A Systems reports to the Senior Manager, FP&A Systems and will lead the Bengaluru-based delivery team and also work closely with our implementation partners and greater FP&A team. This person will be critical to meeting Roku's Anaplan roadmap and providing best in class support to our end users.
About the role
Roku is seeking a Manager, FP&A Systems (Master Anaplanner) to join the Corporate FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A Systems and Reporting, the person in this role will build new financial forecasting models, including revenue and COGS models for the Devices and Platform businesses. This person will lead and mentor a team of solution architects and model builders and provide ongoing model support to the broader FP&A team and will build enhancement features for all models as required.
This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many changing and competing priorities. The candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for financial reporting and modeling. As a delivery team lead, the person in this role will work closely with both internal team members and our implementation partner to gather requirements, design and build scalable models focused on automating the financial forecast process. In partnership with Roku’s broader FP&A team, this person will also play a key role in developing standardized and scalable reporting solutions.
The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of Anaplan and hands-on experience building complex models, from concept to delivery in the finance environment. The candidate will have a proven track record of partnership and delivering results and will be passionate about enabling financial processes, modeling, reporting, and analysis through BI technologies.
What you will be doing
- Serve as expert modeler for new models and act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and support with existing models to the broader FP&A team
- Own the resource planning and roadmap for Anaplan
- Maintain data integrity across systems to ensure the FP&A planning tool is accurate for actuals, data lists and hierarchies, cost centers, product codes, general ledger accounts, etc.
- Create reporting templates, dashboards, etc. using source data to provide visualization to the end-users and their business partners
- Participate in data integration solutions with other Roku systems
- Understand the FP&A team’s current reporting system and identify areas of improvement and simplification
- Develop and support ongoing user training and materials to ensure all end users understand the application capabilities and leverage its capabilities to deliver an optimal end user experience
- Ad hoc modeling, analysis, and reporting, as required
We're excited if you have
- Minimum B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or another relevant field
- Progressive Anaplan model building experience, with focus on financial planning and analysis use cases is required
- Master Anaplanner certification is strongly preferred
- 3+ years experience leading an implementation team
- 1+ years of developer experience with Tableau or similar BI tool is preferred
- Keen understanding of core FP&A processes
- A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills

About the Role

About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead a Software Development team with day-to-day technical leadership responsibilities. Working closely with other Development teams, this role executes the company's technical, architectural, and commercial product initiatives by taking an active role with the team. The Manager will be responsible for both technical roadmap/design and people management.
A successful candidate in this role would assume leadership in delivering customer outcomes with a focus on building modern delivery pipelines in a high-availability platform. Responsibilities
- Lead by example: Hands-on in design, coding, and shipping high-quality software using Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, and Java (back end) on AWS services like Lambda, EC2, S3, and SQS.
- Strong foundation in Spring frameworks and data layers like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, etc.
- Champion and educate the organization on Agile best practices, new frameworks, processes, architectural standards, design patterns, and solutions.

The Role
As Director, AI Data Operations, you will own the people and operational backbone of a 50+ person team that powers data operations for AiDASH’s proprietary models — across model quality control for customer deliveries, training data generation for AI models, and multi-modal imagery sourcing. We are looking for a Staff Threat Researcher to join our Threatlabz team. This is a hybrid role based in Mohali,reporting to the Senior Manager, Threat Research. We're seeking a Head of Machine Learning to own and scale the ML function at Prodigal. This is the senior-most ML role in the company — partnering directly with the CTO as a peer technical leader, defining the multi-year ML vision, building and leading a world-class team, and translating cutting-edge research into production systems that move the needle for over 100 customers and millions of consumers. Responsibilities:
- Own the ML function end-to-end — vision, roadmap, team, delivery, and measurable business impact across classical ML, NLP, GenAI, and Agentic AI
- Partner with the CTO as the senior ML leader to set company-wide technical direction and shape the long-term roadmap for Prodigal's Intelligence Engine
- Build and lead a high-performing ML organization — hire, mentor, and develop ML engineers, applied scientists, and tech leads across multiple pods
- Translate research into product — drive the application of LLMs, Agentic AI, the modern NLP stack, recommendation systems, and classical ML into production systems serving 100+ customers
- Set technical standards for model development, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and experimentation that scale across the org
- Architect data and ML infrastructure in partnership with the platform and engineering teams to support large-scale training and reliable, low-latency inference
- Communicate strategy and outcomes clearly to the founders, board, customers, and broader engineering organization
- Represent Prodigal externally — at conferences, in research collaborations, and as a senior voice in the consumer finance AI community
- Stay at the frontier of ML and GenAI research, identifying where new techniques unlock product and business advantage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, GTM, and customer success leaders to ensure ML investment ties directly to revenue, retention, and customer outcomes
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning and software development at a tech or product company, with 4+ years leading ML teams (managing engineers and/or tech leads)
- Proven track record of shipping ML products in production at scale with measurable business impact
- Deep technical fluency across classical ML, deep learning, and the modern NLP/LLM stack — you can still go deep in design reviews, not just review at the surface
- Strong coding skills in Python. Hands-on with PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, and Spark
- Demonstrated success hiring, mentoring, and growing ML talent — including team leads and senior engineers
- Strong executive communication and the ability to set technical direction with founders, peers, and the board

Role Overview
The Associate Director will co-manage the Research Partnership hub, reporting to a Director. You will be part of a collaborative global team, working alongside experienced researchers and contributing to the delivery of high-quality research across a range of projects.
What you'll be doing
- Your role will be to oversee project teams and the delivery of quantitative research projects and ensuring high-quality outputs across all stages of the research process.

The Scripting Senior Manager role will report to Associate Director based out of India. Position Summary

Role Overview
The Commercial Analyst supports recurring reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence efforts across Inizio Ignite. This role focuses on compiling month-end reports, updating dashboards and data models, and supporting teams with accurate, well-organized data. - Support month-end reporting, including MFR (Monthly Financial review) and Monthly KPI deliverables, by pulling data, updating Excel files, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Help respond to follow-up questions and ad-hoc data requests that come out of monthly reporting meetings.
- Support company-level reporting, including preparing bi-weekly PowerPoint updates using data pulled from Power BI.
- Support Power BI data models by uploading revenue forecasts by account and sales forecasts by month.
- Calculate and update weekly pipeline metrics and help ensure the data remains accurate and consistent.
- Maintain Account mapping file (in excel) to help keep Account-level data organized across reporting tools.
- Update and maintain Power BI dashboards, including making quarterly updates to reflect revised timelines. Support updates related to fiscal year changes and other routine reporting adjustments.
- Help troubleshoot common PowerBI dashboard and data refresh issues.
- Assist with dashboard improvements and help build new reports as needed, with guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with IT and log ServiceNow tickets for data issues that arise

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Science Manager to join our team at Inizio Ignite. Role Overview
The Executive Scripting role will report into The Scripting Manager position. The role will involve working on the live projects as scripter, support the Scripting Manager to collaborate with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business.
What you'll be doing
- Review questionnaires for scripting feasibility and flag potential issues.
- Strong understanding of survey logic, variables, and questionnaire structures.
- Scripting and programming medium complexity online surveys using the Confirmit platform, incorporating logic, custom routing, and question validation to ensure seamless user experience and data accuracy
- Conducting rigorous testing of surveys before launch, identifying and resolving any programming or logic errors to ensure data integrity and smooth respondent experience
- Implement complex logic, routing, masking, randomization, validations, and loop structures
- Liaising with leads in the Team, advising on best practice, and assisting with problem solving
What you'll need
- 2+ years’ experience in scripting role within a market research agency (ideally healthcare but can be other market research sectors)
- Proficiency in using Confirmit’s scripting platform, including authoring, logic implementation, and deployment
- Solid understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing survey functionality and layout
- Experience working with survey data formats (e.g., XML, CSV), as well as knowledge of relational databases and data structure management.
- Understanding quantitative research methodologies, questionnaire structures, and healthcare market research best practices.
- Demonstrable experience of working with senior members
- Problem-solving skills (particularly relating to situations requiring analytical judgement and establishing best practice solutions)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication skills, particularly in the ability to explain technical points to non-technical people in an international environment
- High attention to detail and quality orientation.

Your primary role:
The Scripting Senior Manager role will report to Associate Director based out of India. The role will involve scaling and running the scripting function, working with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business, as well as managing more junior data processing staff and actual scripting. This will include:
- Delivery of the scripting work, working with a variety of senior stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest improvements.
- Implementation of new processes and policies, including preparing “the best practice” manuals and guides for Research and Project Management staff globally.
- Supporting a transition from an outsourced model to a blended in-house approach.
- Line management of 1-2 junior Scripting Executives / Managers, including training, mentoring and involvement in recruitment and selection.
- Scripting and programming complex online surveys using the Confirmit platform, incorporating advanced logic, custom routing, and question validation to ensure seamless user experience and data accuracy
- Conducting rigorous testing of surveys before launch, identifying and resolving any programming or logic errors to ensure data integrity and smooth respondent experience

About You…
Your skills and experience:
- More than 10 years of experience in a scripting role within a market research agency in healthcare sector

Project Administration and Staffing
- Update project resourcing and assignments in Financial Force (Certinia) system.
- Manage and review project schedules for accuracy, cross-checking against project paperwork.
- Assist in the administration of the staffing inbox and project launchpad queue, triaging and escalating inquiries and requests as needed.
- Log system incidents and improvements in ServiceNow and ensure they are resolved to completion in a timely manner.
- Send notification confirmations to assigned project teams.

Role Overview
The Commercial Analyst supports recurring reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence efforts across Inizio Ignite. This role focuses on compiling month-end reports, updating dashboards and data models, and supporting teams with accurate, well-organized data. The Analyst works closely with the Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead and Sr. Commercial leaders to help ensure reports are timely, reliable, and easy to use for decision-making.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Support month-end reporting, including MFR (Monthly Financial review) and Monthly KPI deliverables, by pulling data, updating Excel files, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Help respond to follow-up questions and ad-hoc data requests that come out of monthly reporting meetings.
- Support company-level reporting, including preparing bi-weekly PowerPoint updates using data pulled from Power BI.
- Support Power BI data models by uploading revenue forecasts by account and sales forecasts by month.
- Calculate and update weekly pipeline metrics and help ensure the data remains accurate and consistent.
- Maintain Account mapping file (in excel) to help keep Account-level data organized across reporting tools.
- Update and maintain Power BI dashboards, including making quarterly updates to reflect revised timelines. Support updates related to fiscal year changes and other routine reporting adjustments.
- Help troubleshoot common PowerBI dashboard and data refresh issues.
- Assist with dashboard improvements and help build new reports as needed, with guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with IT and log ServiceNow tickets for data issues that arise
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Interest in analytical work and comfort digging into raw data to understand details and trends.
- Willingness to collaborate across teams and work with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on keeping data accurate, clean, and well organized.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in commercial analytics, finance, or a related analytical role (2-5 years).
- Comfortable raising questions or flagging issues when they arise, with the ability to communicate clearly and constructively.
