What we’re looking for: 

Nexamp is looking to hire a Senior Construction Superintendent (SCS). This role is a critical leadership position empowered to make independent decisions that directly impact the safety, performance, and operational success of a portfolio of solar construction projects. The SCS serves as a critical decision-maker in matters of jobsite compliance, team deployment, subcontractor performance, and adherence to construction standards and policies. 

In this role, you will support solar projects in the Springfield, IL region. You will report to the Regional Construction Manager. 

What you’ll do:  

• Directly supervise 3–12 contingent Construction Superintendents (CS) across active solar project sites, in coordination with agency partners. Assign site leadership roles, monitor CS performance, and provide coaching and feedback. 
• Exercise discretion in identifying and responding to safety, quality, and compliance issues. Empowered to stop work, redirect resources, or mandate changes without prior approval. 
• Evaluate the performance of subcontractors in the field and provide recommendations that directly inform contract renewal, termination, or future engagement decisions. These evaluations materially affect vendor relationships and project outcomes. 
• Interpret and enforce company policies and OSHA, SWPPP, and site-specific standards in dynamic field conditions. 
• Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of site-level superintendents and field personnel. 
• Work with the Regional Construction Manager on staffing strategy, including hiring, reassignment, and termination decisions for contingent CS roles. 
• Monitor project progress and risks; recommend changes to staffing, scheduling, or scope to meet objectives. 
• Hold final responsibility for review and close out compliance documentation, QA/QC reports, and inspection logs within Procore or other systems of record. 
• Serve as a subject matter expert on solar construction methods, compliance, and site logistics. 
• Advise senior leadership on operational performance, training standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Represent company interests with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site stakeholders.
• Participate in and significantly influence staffing decisions, including hiring, deployment, and performance feedback.

What you’ll bring: 

• 3+ years of construction management experience, preferably in the solar industry, with a successful track record in project management.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, and various other construction management tools 
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 10 is a minimum requirement 
• Maintains professional licenses in trade (i.e., CSL, NABCEP PV, etc.) 
• Procore experience is a plus 
• Understanding of medium voltage systems and equipment is a plus 
• Willingness to travel

Compensation 

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $105,000 - $125,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. The Construction Manager will oversee multiple construction and CAPEX projects. This will include capital improvement projects, retrofits & renovations, and new builds. • Manage planning and execution of capital construction projects
• Responsible for the financial management of assigned projects that can be in excess of $10M
• Play a critical role in formulation of construction budget; develop RFPs, negotiate terms and conditions with professional entities.
• Manage review process of all project design documents (drawings and specifications)

Your Opportunity

The Scion Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Procurement and Purchasing Compliance to assist with the development of purchasing compliance standards across Scion’s portfolio of resident communities. This individual will participate in the development, implementation, and enforcement of Procurement compliance programs to ensure alignment with Scion’s policies, contractual obligations, and applicable legal and ethical standards. As Procurement activities increasingly impact cost control, risk exposure, service quality and consistency, this role will be vital to maintaining the integrity and performance of the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement function.

This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Scion’s Procurement, Operations, Capital, and Legal teams, as well as directly with suppliers to operationalize compliance frameworks, standardize purchasing behavior, and track results through advanced analytics tools in the Coupa P2P platform. Scion communities procure products and services spanning construction, renovations, property operations, and other recurring services. The role is critical to promoting supplier and product consistency, adoption of policy, operational efficiency, safeguarding company assets, and minimizing organizational risk. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental and deep knowledge of procurement strategies, risk assessment, compliance standards, documentation and policy management.

Your Responsibilities

PURCHASE COMPLIANCE

• Refine and maintain corporate procurement and purchasing compliance policies and frameworks.
• Develop and implement internal controls that govern PO issuance, contract approval workflows, and vendor engagement.
• Build and manage compliance dashboards using Coupa Advanced Analytics.
• Monitor managed vs. unmanaged spend to ensure policy adherence and highlight areas for improvement.

Summary: Onbe is seeking a Third-Party Risk Coordinator who will support the day-to-day execution of the company’s vendor risk management program, serving as the primary point of contact for low-risk vendors and ensuring onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing oversight are completed in a timely, consistent, and audit-ready manner. This role coordinates the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including document collection, purchase order alignment, and system record management/maintenance, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established processes.  The coordinator also assists with contract risk review, manages vendor communications, maintains accurate records in the TPRM platform, and prepares reporting on vendor activity and KPIs.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of vendor management, third-party risk, and procurement processes.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our partners’ trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for partners with Via by championing for new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each partner’s service size and scope. 

What You'll Do

• Own the success of advanced transportation systems in our partner’s cities, acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to our partners, helping to convert their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities for Via
• Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners by identifying partner pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for service growth and revenue generation
• Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide partners with actionable recommendations that improve their services’ quality, efficiency, and growth
• Negotiate multi-year and highly complex contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue from each partnership

Who You Are

• You have minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client facing experience, including (but not limited to) consulting, consultative customer success, or success at a high growth company
• Entrepreneurial relationship builder who remains calm and collected when faced with highly complex, politically sensitive situations
• Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy; you may not be a SQL expert, but you enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and synthesizing raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations

About the Market Management Department

The Market Management department is the core commercial engine of Gotion Illinois New Energy, established and led by the Head of Market Management (Business Development). The department encompasses sales and business development, BESS power station deployment, Virtual Power Plant and peak shaving programs, commercial EV charging, backup power applications, utility and contract negotiations, government and public affairs, construction and union coordination, and strategic advisory services. This role requires a commercially minded professional who can navigate complex federal and state funding landscapes, build relationships with government agencies and economic development organizations, and translate Gotion’s business strategy into compelling funding applications and investment proposals. The position works in close collaboration with the Head of Market Management, legal, finance, and project development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Sourcing & Capital Strategy

• Identify and pursue equity, debt, and project finance opportunities for Gotion’s BESS power stations, solar, EV charging, and backup power projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, clean energy funds, development finance institutions, and strategic partners.
• Support the structuring of investment vehicles including SPVs and joint ventures for energy storage and clean energy projects.
• Prepare investment presentations, financial summaries, and due diligence materials for potential investors and financing partners.
• Track and evaluate financing market trends, tax equity structures, and emerging investment vehicles relevant to clean energy assets.

Government Grants & Public Funding

• Lead identification, pursuit, and management of federal and state grant programs, including DOE, IRA, CHIPS Act, EPA, EDA, and SBA programs relevant to clean energy manufacturing and storage.
• Manage the full grant lifecycle — from opportunity identification and eligibility assessment through application, award management, compliance reporting, and closeout.
• Engage with federal agencies, state economic development offices, and elected officials to advance Gotion’s funding priorities.
• Track legislative developments and new bill structures at the state and federal level that create funding or incentive opportunities for the company.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with grant terms, reporting requirements, and audit obligations.

Tax Incentives & Regulatory Compliance

• Manage the identification and application of federal and state tax incentives including ITC (§48E), PTC, manufacturing credits, and other clean energy incentive programs.
• Coordinate with external legal and tax counsel on FEOC compliance, SPV structuring, and ITC eligibility requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting investment eligibility, FEOC designations, and clean energy incentive programs.
• Support negotiations with utilities and government entities on financial incentives tied to infrastructure development.

Government & Legislative Affairs

• Support the Head of Market Management in government relations efforts, including direct engagement with elected officials, regulatory bodies, and economic development agencies.
• Assist in the development and advocacy of legislative positions that support clean energy manufacturing, energy storage deployment, and workforce development.
• Represent Gotion Illinois New Energy at public hearings, economic development forums, and government-sponsored events.
• Maintain relationships with local, state, and federal government contacts to advance funding and policy objectives.

Business Development Support

• Collaborate with the Market Management team on sales and business development initiatives, identifying funding mechanisms that make Gotion’s BESS, EV charging, and backup power solutions more accessible to customers.
• Support customer-facing proposals by identifying available incentives, grants, or financing options that strengthen the commercial case.
• Contribute to the development of Virtual Power Plant (VPP), peak shaving, and community solar business models by identifying applicable funding and incentive structures.
• Assist in preparing strategic advisory materials for customers evaluating clean energy infrastructure investments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: government grant management, energy project finance, commercial banking, business development, economic development, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and secure funding, capital, or business opportunities — whether through grants, loans, investment, or commercial channels.
• Strong relationship-building skills with government agencies, financial institutions, elected officials, investors, or business community stakeholders.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000.00 – $220,000.00, plus eligibility for 15% bonus and benefits. We are looking for a Project Manager I to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with technical know-how and a passion for seeing projects through from concept to completion. A Day in the Life

As a Project Manager I, you’ll support project delivery from start to finish under the guidance of Senior Project Managers. You will assist with project budgeting, scheduling, and tracking key milestones to ensure everything stays on time and on target. You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners to keep communication clear and tasks aligned.

You'll help maintain project documentation, manage permits, and support compliance efforts while gaining exposure to evaluating and managing project risks, scope, and changes. You'll participate in team meetings, review plans, and contribute to collaborative problem-solving across disciplines. Project management software will be a key part of your daily toolkit, helping you stay organized and connected.

From time to time, you’ll also get out in the field—visiting project sites to monitor progress, support fieldwork, and see firsthand the impact of your efforts.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $156,000 - $242,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Position Overview

The ESS Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of utility-scale and commercial energy storage system projects. This role requires strong coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet contractual and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ESS technologies and project lifecycles, with experience managing international production and logistics workflows. 

Key Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle Management

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from pre-sales support through contract negotiation, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, commissioning, and post-sales service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the project execution phase.

Planning and Execution

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and budgets.
• Drive on-time delivery of milestones by coordinating with sales, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Facilitate collaboration between U.S. based teams and overseas production facilities to ensure alignment on build schedules and delivery timelines.
• Support U.S. legal, sales, engineering, and finance teams in contract development, review, and execution.

ESS Pipeline and Production Alignment

• Collect and regularly update the S. ESS project pipeline in collaboration with the U.S. sales team.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the renewable energy or energy storage industry.

Industry Knowledge

• Familiarity with battery energy storage systems (BESS), grid-scale ESS architecture, UL certifications, domestic content requirements, and applicable interconnection/utility standards.

Skills and Competencies

• Project Management: Strong organizational and execution skills with experience using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin/English bilingual proficiency strongly preferred.
