Summary: Onbe is seeking a Third-Party Risk Coordinator who will support the day-to-day execution of the company’s vendor risk management program, serving as the primary point of contact for low-risk vendors and ensuring onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing oversight are completed in a timely, consistent, and audit-ready manner. This role coordinates the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including document collection, purchase order alignment, and system record management/maintenance, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established processes. The coordinator also assists with contract risk review, manages vendor communications, maintains accurate records in the TPRM platform, and prepares reporting on vendor activity and KPIs.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of vendor management, third-party risk, and procurement processes.
This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Buffalo Grove, IL office location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Onbe’s third-party, low risk portfolio
- Coordinate onboarding and vendor due diligence of new vendors, as needed
- Management & oversight of existing low risk vendors
- Partner with cross-functional departments (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Legal) enforcing Procure to Pay processes
- Provide guidance and support related to Onbe’s Procure to Pay processes
- Review & approve purchase order requests
- Communicate with vendors regarding changes in orders and requirements for products or services, as needed
- Assist with contract risk review partnering with procurement and legal to ensure contracts include appropriate third-party risk clauses
- Update & maintain vendor records using Onbe’s Third-Party Vendor Risk Management platform
- Prepare reports for senior management on KPIs and vendor spend, as needed
- Support Third Party Vendor Risk Manager and Legal team, as needed
- Other assigned duties/initiatives, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in third party vendor risk management or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred or strong business acumen
- Ability to develop and maintain positive vendor and business stakeholder relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly detailed oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology (e.g. Third Party Vendor Risk Management, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Life Cycle Management)
The base salary range for this position is between $62,460.00 to $68,250 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. Summary: The Client Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for developing strategic relationships and managing the overall program health for a defined portfolio of clients. To be successful, the CSM will gain an intimate understanding of their clients’ programs, competitive landscape, and business goals. The CSM will have a positive relationship with client contacts and decision-makers. The CSM must balance being an advocate for the client and Onbe. A successful CSM understands Onbe's strategic direction and effectively identifies new opportunities within existing clients, and knows when and how to collaborate with Sales.
This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.

• Serves as subject matter expert on the account to defend revenue and support the growth of
the existing account.
• Review key reports and metrics related to the program, analyze the data, and discern any
issues or opportunities.
• Participates in the annual client budgeting exercise and reviews numbers monthly for
variances to actual analysis.
• Conducts effective routine conversations and presentations for clients.
• Engage in the Implementation process as needed– attend kick off builds, create the Journey
Map, stay abreast of the project health, and attend the go-live call.
• Responsible for ensuring first-order health for new clients and/or programs.
• Works closely with the Client Success Specialist and Client Service to ensure that tasks that
are done to support the client's health are done timely and accurately (i.e., order processing,
payments, service inquiries, etc.).
• Knows when to properly escalate existing client issues to ensure accurate resolution and
cross-functional prioritization.
• Responsible for healthy CSAT and NPS scores (measured annually) – and creating an account
plan based on the CSAT results.
• Attend internal and external client meetings.
• Assist Sales with the Account Plan and Situational Analysis (annual exercise).
• Assist the Director of Client Success in mentoring and coaching Client Success Specialists on
strengths you'll need to grow in your own career.
• Works on internal development projects as assigned and proactively created from their own
identified business needs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience OR experience in building & managing client
relationships preferred.

Summary: As the Implementations Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our clients' journeys with Onbe. This person will be responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped with the requirements, tools, and training needed to perform optimally in their day-to-day related to organizational initiatives, that enable our Implementations Operations to drive speed and accuracy while evolving to support product development and enhancement, operational efficiencies, and regulatory adherence. Summary: Onbe seeks an impactful Sales Executive Senior Director to establish new, high potential partnerships with channel partners in the financial services space. Leveraging our global reach and proprietary technology, this role will help establish partnerships and partner models that deliver scaled distribution to Onbe and value to our partners in their efforts to retain, grow and expand their customer base. Our solutions focus on payments to consumers, workforces, and service providers, including refunds, rewards, and payroll delivered digitally and physically. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, excel in relationship building, strategic thinking, and negotiation. This position is remote, but it's essential that candidates reside within 30 miles of the Metro Boston area. The role may occasionally require in-person meetups and travel.
Responsibilities:
Develop a target list of high fit/high potential new partnerships; manage a diverse pipeline and secure new partners in support of Onbe’s channel distribution strategy.

Our Sales team is focused on cultivating new client partnerships and driving revenue. This group includes Sales Executives, Revenue Operations (streamlining performance and reporting across teams), and Vertical Solutions, which aligns client needs with Onbe’s product offerings and pricing strategies.
The Operations team ensures a smooth and secure client experience by managing critical processes and building strong internal and external partnerships. They are agile problem-solvers who adapt to business changes while maintaining a strong focus on protection, efficiency, and service excellence.
Our Finance team is made up of Accounting, FP&A, and Cash & Treasury. Together, they manage financial records, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and procurement. Their work drives Onbe’s financial planning and supports key strategic decisions across the organization.
