Your Impact
The Canadian Sales Specialist for CEW & VR is responsible for selling TASER and Virtual Reality training products and services to Municipal, Provincial and Federal agencies. This is a quota carrying, external field position. Your ability to articulate life-saving solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships within the government, navigate across customer needs for training and implementations, are critical factors in success in this role.

The Associate Director, Digital Content & Insights acts as the connective tissue between creative storytelling, digital execution, and performance measurement bridging content, analytics, and technology to ensure that all digital channels work together to deliver measurable, compliant, and high-performing marketing outcomes. The role connects the dots between brand, creative, and media to deliver content that builds awareness, credibility, and engagement across NLG’s digital ecosystem. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle and marketing automation programs that drive engagement, conversion, and retention across the customer journey. Lead SFMC optimization and platform ownership: Serve as the enterprise owner and SME for SFMC (plus Mailchimp and Snappy Kraken). Own unsubscribe management and Unsub Central, ensuring accurate suppression and compliance.
Create and optimize audience segmentation and personalization: Partner with the Director-Digital Marketing and Digital Content& Insights Lead as well as business unit clients to define audience strategies, segmentation frameworks, and personalization logic that drive engagement and conversion. Leverage CRM and first-party data to deliver relevant, compliant, and journey-aligned communications.
Build and deploy creative, responsive communications: Develop and QA dynamic, modular, and responsive email templates using HTML, AMPscript for personalization and SQL for data segmentation and automation. Monitor performance and optimize through testing: Track and analyze campaign and journey performance across KPIs such as deliverability, engagement, conversion, and retention. This role is remote and open to candidates based on the East Coast (Boston to DC) or in the Los Angeles area. What The Role Is
We're looking for a Director of Social and Influencer Marketing. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and content — responsible for upleveling how Babylist shows up across social channels, how we build and sustain creator relationships at scale, and how we translate social attention into trust, advocacy, and measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Brand and Media, you will expand on our current social and influencer strategy and manage our social team. This role will lead creator strategy, strengthen community engagement, and continue elevating the quality and impact of our content.
We’re looking for a leader who can sharpen strategic focus, deepen community connection, and raise the bar creatively. You must have strong creative instinct and editorial judgment, paired with the analytical rigor to understand what’s working and scale it. We expect you to be deeply culturally fluent, ahead of trends, and actively using the latest AI tools to sharpen workflows, fuel creative experimentation, and strengthen analysis.

What the Role Is
Babylist is at an inflection point. We've built a category-defining brand with over $500M in revenue, and we're now expanding into entirely new verticals, which means we need to build the leadership team that will take us there. This is where you come in.
As our Principal Executive Recruiter, you'll own the most consequential searches at Babylist. Director through C-suite roles across Product, Marketing, Operations, and new business lines we're standing up from scratch. You'll work directly with our executive team, not as a support function but as a true thought partner, helping them think clearly about what they actually need, shaping role narratives before they go to market, and closing leaders who will define our next chapter.
This is not a role for someone who executes against a clean spec. Many of the searches you'll run will start with ambiguity: undefined scope, no comp benchmark, shifting organizational context. You'll be the one who brings clarity. You'll write the spec, build the market map, lead the intake, and manage the process end-to-end with the kind of executive presence that makes senior leaders trust you completely.

What the Role Is
As VP, Talent Strategy & Employer Brand, you own how Babylist hires, end to end, and how we show up to the talent market. This role sits at the center of how we build the company. You’re responsible for delivering against current hiring needs while evolving how we operate across process, tooling, evaluation, and employer brand to support where Babylist is going.
You’ll operate as a core member of the People leadership team, partnering closely with the SVP, People and senior leaders to shape hiring plans, challenge assumptions, and drive better outcomes. This is both strategic and hands-on work. You’ll step into critical or complex searches, guide leaders through high-stakes hiring decisions, and set the standard for how we assess talent across the company. In parallel, you’ll define and activate our employer brand and EVP with Marketing, ensuring what we communicate externally is clear, differentiated, and grounded in reality. You’ll also own how we evolve our TA tech stack, with a clear point of view on where AI improves speed, signal, and candidate experience.
This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a well-oiled recruiting machine or operate within clearly defined boundaries. You’re building while operating. If your experience has relied on strong inbound pipelines, established brand pull, or large, specialized recruiting teams, this will feel like a different kind of environment. If you prefer to stay at the strategy layer or focus on a narrow slice of talent acquisition, this won’t be the right fit. This role requires someone who sets direction, stays close to the work, and is accountable for whether hiring outcomes improve. If you need fully defined systems or clear playbooks before moving forward, this will feel uncomfortable.

Due to the nature of this role, we expect someone to be onsite at our SoHo, New York City Showroom 3–5 days per week. This is a hands-on, IRL-first role, and your physical presence in the showroom is essential to delivering excellent partner experiences.
What The Role Is
We are looking for a Showroom Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team at the Babylist NYC SoHo Showroom — our second flagship experiential space, set to open in Q3 2026 New York City. Building on the success and learnings from our Beverly Hills Showroom, the NYC Showroom is designed to deepen trust with families, drive registry conversion, and showcase Babylist’s leadership in the baby category in one of the most dynamic retail and media markets in the world. Building on the success of our Beverly Hills showroom, the NYC location is designed to build trust with families, increase registry conversions, and highlight Babylist’s leadership in the baby category in a key retail and media market.
In this role, you will be the primary executional partner contact for brands activating in the NYC Showroom, owning the day-to-day operations that bring our brand experiences to life. You will work with partners on their on-site product placement, partner showcases and brand pop-up activations. You will also engage with partners and guests during Registry Weekends, brand events and influencer showers, to ensure every partner execution is seamless, on-brand, and measurably impactful.
You will operate as both an external-facing brand partner and an internal cross-functional connector — collaborating closely with our Brand, Showroom Ops, Sales, Legal, Finance and Creative teams to keep every campaign on track and every partner relationship strong. This is an ideal role for an organized, client-obsessed self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, experiential environment and is excited to help build something truly new from the ground up.

Responds to customers RFP/RFI Requests in a timely and professional manner to facilitate success. Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Create or reviews analysis of such tasks as: sales proposals, work-order cost estimates/proposal completion; ROI Studies, RFP Responses, etc.
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Establish and maintain strong relationships, with both internal and external customers. Develop a network in person and via phone with key decision makers in an assigned/designated territory. Network and develop relationships with C-level executives.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities and setting qualified meetings for Sales Representatives. POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Admissions Representative is responsible for overseeing the patient/client admissions lifecycle and consistently driving the census at each facility. This person will be managing a large amount of inbound and outbound lead generation activities including telephone calls, email communications, and online chats to prospect and develop leads. The Admissions Representative will work with multiple departments and outside vendors to ensure all goals are accomplished. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Coverage of Admissions phone line, online chats, and emails
• Obtain, or oversee, the acquisition of complete and accurate patient/client information pertinent for their admission into a Northpoint facility
• Explain insurance benefits to potential patients/clients and their families
• Consult with Admissions Supervisor, Program Director, and Clinical Team about potential admissions
• Discuss payment options with potential patients/clients and/or family members or fiduciaries
• Verify the acquisition of records for pending patients/clients from transferring and/or previous facilities and completion of other necessary documentation; ensure timely receipt of all necessary patient/client records
• Provide the Program Director with information on new patients/clients to aid in schedule development
• Alert Clinical Team about new patients/clients and ensure a gender specific client pickup is scheduled
• Interact with the patient/client and family and prepare them for the transition; communicate with the Clinical Team, as necessary
• Verify that the family, Admissions personnel at the referring facility, marketing representative, and any others involved in a patient’s/client’s admission have been contacted and provide all pertinent information about the admission to them
• Maintain contact with referral sources in cooperation with marketers
• Ensure accurate referral sources are entered into the electronic medical records system
• Maintain cleanliness of the Admissions office
• Drive Company vehicle for official and approved and business; ensure safe transport
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care

As a Senior Process Engineer on the Eyepiece Process R&D team, you will lead the development and optimization of nanoimprint lithography (JFIL) processes critical to next-generation augmented reality displays. You will own process development from early-stage experimentation through transfer into manufacturing, ensuring scalability, repeatability, and yield performance.
This role is highly hands-on and sits at the intersection of R&D and production. You will work with advanced lithography equipment, develop and qualify new processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring cutting-edge light-field technology into production. Success in this role requires deep process expertise, strong experimental rigor, and the ability to translate R&D breakthroughs into robust manufacturing solutions.
Location: This position requires being fully on-site at our Austin, TX facility, to ensure seamless collaboration and hands-on support for daily operations. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.
