We are hiring a Senior Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. This role is designed for a practitioner who has built, operated, and scaled personalization programs in production, and who also brings the hands-on technical skills required to implement those programs in modern, composable architectures.
This is not a generalist Solution Architect role with light exposure to personalization. Success in this role requires strong opinions and real-world experience across audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement—paired with the ability to design and deliver high-quality technical implementations using Contentful Personalization.
You will work directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams to design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions, while also serving as a customer-facing extension of Contentful’s Product and Engineering teams. Your work will help reduce implementation risk, accelerate time to value, and create tighter feedback loops into product development—specifically for complex personalization use cases.

Washington D.C. Salary Range: $153,000 - $207,000 (80/20 split)

In this role, you will:
Orchestrate the Deployment of Anduril Products.
Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Through collaboration with our engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams, Mission Operators are in charge of deploying our products to the field, training end users, and ensuring the high performance of our products. Rhombus Power is seeking a Director of Federal Sector, Resourcing to manage the delivery of complex enterprise AI software deployments. Candidates are expected to bring a strong track record of driving tangible business value and outcomes for DoD customers, with expertise in application development, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and with data integration.
The Director of Federal Sector, Resourcing will have multiple responsibilities including the following: growing and managing an on-site team, working with reach-back developers and leadership, providing software deliverables to clients including program management during the period of performance, and capturing new business opportunities.
We’re seeking someone in leadership experience of small to medium sized teams, with subject matter expertise in PPBE, Resource Planning, and POM cycles. Headquarters Air Force (HAF) experience is highly preferred.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with senior executives and leaders of our multiple clients, working with these stakeholders to fully understand their needs, and then fully executing these partnerships from proposal through project implementation. You must be willing to lead projects to completion and not wait for detailed instruction from company leadership.
This position requires technical aptitude and a combination of skills: strategy consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, project management, process optimization, analytics, and AI methods - a person who loves fixing problems and always brings their best to work.
This role requires U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence. Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or higher) is highly preferred.

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The ACLU seeks applicants for the full-time position of Staff Writer in the Communications and Marketing Department of the ACLU’s National office in New York, NY, Washington, D.C., or San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role that has in-office requirements of two (2) days per week or eight (8) days per month. This is a 2-year term-limited position.
The ACLU Communications & Marketing department creates, maintains, and expands message narratives to engage our supporters and other target audiences, to help protect and expand civil liberties and civil rights, and illustrate the value and impact of the ACLU’s transformational work. Through our messaging, engagement with newsmakers, our written content, creative branding, and visual identity, we encourage support for the ACLU and help to build a more perfect union.
This position is part of a collective bargaining unit. It is represented by ACLU Staff United (ASU).
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Channels, the Staff Writer will take the lead in scripting long-form video content and all related adaptations for social media, including but not limited to video essays, scripted adaptations of ACLU reports, and partnership appearances; long-form editorial assets, including but not limited to op-eds or brand proposals; and related ad copy as needed.

The starting base annual pay for this role is between $141,000.00 - $188,000.00 excluding commission, bonuses, and more annually, depending on your geographic market.
