Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Business Operations to drive high-impact initiatives across the business. This is a true generalist role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to operate at the center of a fast-growing company. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to tackle high-stakes questions and turn analysis into execution.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and applied AI. We’re looking for someone who has built and deployed tools, automations, or AI-driven solutions that drive real business outcomes. You’ll move between deep analytical work and hands-on building — using data, systems, and automation to scale your impact.
You will identify opportunities, analyze trade-offs, and execute initiatives that grow revenue, improve margins, and increase operational efficiency. This includes getting under the hood of the business to understand key drivers and building the systems, tools, or workflows needed to improve them. Projects may span growth strategy, pricing, unit economics, vendor performance, customer experience, and new market expansion.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or high-growth environments who wants to move from advising to building — owning initiatives from insight through implementation.
This role combines analytical rigor with real ownership. You will not simply present recommendations — you will help implement them.
At Home Solutions, we’re on a mission to build a more innovative future for home services. Since 2017, we’ve been transforming how homeowners and service providers connect—replacing outdated lead-generation models with a smarter, outcome-driven approach.
We combine proprietary media, AI, and deep data insights to reach 50M+ homeowners and match them with high-quality providers through seamless, high-intent experiences. Home Solutions has become a trusted growth engine for leading brands, helping generate over $1B in annual partner revenue while continuously innovating across channels, products, and customer experiences.
Backed by Three Ships, a growth equity firm that builds and scales digital businesses, Home Solutions is powered by a high-performance, high-ownership culture. We value people who act with urgency, challenge the status quo, and are motivated to build something enduring in one of the largest, most under-digitized categories.
We offer a competitive base salary based on experience. As a full-time team member at Home Solutions, you'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, medical, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, short-term disability coverage, and a cell phone reimbursement. Additionally, we support your well-being and growth with flexible time off, a bi-annual $500 Relax & Recharge bonus, a learning and development stipend, and a Charity Match program to give back to causes you care about.
All applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, gender identity, or any other discriminatory factors. Please note that we do not provide immigration sponsorship for this role. All offers are subject to a background check.

We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own end-to-end execution across assigned lifecycle channels — driving measurable performance through smart automation, rigorous experimentation, and data-backed creative strategy. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who is equally comfortable designing a multi-step journey and presenting their channel results to senior leadership. You'll work closely with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to execute on the roadmap — but you'll own your channels, bring your own hypotheses, and be accountable for results. This isn't a coordinator role. You'll be expected to diagnose complex problems, move quickly, and raise the bar for how Bankrate communicates with its users.

For nearly five decades, we’ve empowered tens of millions of consumers to make smarter financial choices and helped hundreds of leading financial institutions grow. Today, we’re evolving from a marketplace into a next-generation technology platform—underpinned by proprietary data, AI-driven innovation, and deep enterprise integrations. This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.

Red Ventures Growth Team (RVGT) is a specialized client services business that builds and operates digital acquisition programs for major financial institutions. We sit at the intersection of performance marketing, AI-native operations, and financial services compliance. We're looking for a Delivery & Controls Senior Associate who is ready to own a meaningful piece of how we keep those programs running cleanly.
This role sits at the core of delivery and compliance operations for an RVGT client partnership. You'll own a defined set of workflows — compliance submission tracking, controls calendar management, audit documentation, and day-to-day PMO coordination — and be expected to run them independently with limited oversight.
This is not a support role. You'll own your workstreams end-to-end, serve as a direct counterpart to the client's PMO team, and be expected to proactively flag risks, identify gaps, and surface ideas for how to make the work faster or smarter. Over time, the expectation is that you'll increasingly take on ownership — building toward the Delivery & Controls Manager role as you demonstrate the ability to run the full function.
If you're someone who takes compliance seriously, hates manual processes that exist for no good reason, and wants to be part of building something at the intersection of financial services rigor and AI-native operations — this role was built for you.
What You'll Do:
What We're Looking For:
What Makes RVGT Different:
We're a small team doing consequential work at scale. Our acquisition programs touch millions of customers across major financial institution partners. We operate with the speed of a startup and the compliance rigor of a bank vendor.
This role is a real entry point into the RVGT delivery and controls function — not a stepping stone to somewhere else. The Delivery & Controls Manager role this position supports is one of four core seats on the partnership team. Strong performers here have a clear path to owning that function themselves.
We're building the operating model for AI-native financial services partnerships. The Controls function is central to that build — not as a gatekeeper, but as a driver. If you want to define what modern compliance operations looks like in an AI-first environment, start here.
Compensation:
This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

You will partner closely with RevOps Partners, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to stay ahead of evolving business needs and you're actively exploring how AI is transforming analytics to push the boundaries of what our data can tell us.
What you'll do:
Dashboard & Reporting Ownership
• Own the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of all Sales and Marketing dashboards across BI platforms serving as the single point of accountability for GTM analytics delivery
• Build and optimize complex data models, calculated fields, and cross-source joins powering GTM reporting — ensuring scalability as data volumes and business complexity grow
• Support executive-ready reporting for Board meetings, operating reviews by distilling complexity into clear strategic narratives
Insights & Business Partnership
• Partner with RevOps Partners, Sales, and Marketing leadership to translate business questions into precise reporting requirements — ensuring dashboards drive decisions, not just display data
• Track and report on the full revenue funnel — from lead creation and MQL/SQL conversion through opportunity stages to closed won — identifying where volume, velocity, or conversion breaks down
• Support the recurring forecast cadence by maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, sales activity metrics, and providing data that helps sales leadership pressure-test and validate the number
• Deliver ad hoc analysis in response to strategic business questions — campaign performance, product launches, segment deep dives, or anything else the GTM team needs to move faster with better data
• Proactively monitor data freshness and pipeline integrity, surfacing issues and forward-looking recommendations before stakeholders ask
QA, Documentation & Data Governance
• Build and maintain a rigorous QA process including automated validation checks, data reconciliation protocols, and regression testing before anything reaches a stakeholder
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reporting assets — data dictionaries, calculation logic, source-to-dashboard lineage, and refresh schedules
• Partner with Revenue Systems and Data Engineering to define data architecture requirements and advocate for upstream data quality from Salesforce, marketing automation, and other GTM sources
AI & Innovation
• Champion adoption of AI-powered analytics tools — AI-assisted data exploration, automated insight generation, natural language querying — to accelerate how the GTM org discovers and acts on insights
• Evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging BI and AI capabilities to enhance visualization quality, automate repetitive tasks, and surface patterns traditional analysis might miss
Who you are:
• 4–7 years in analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
• Fluency in Sales and Marketing KPIs — pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, CAC, LTV, MQL-to-SQL conversion, attribution, and funnel mechanics
• Advanced proficiency in at least one major BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) with demonstrated ability to build complex, production-grade dashboards from scratch
• Strong SQL skills: complex queries, data modeling, and troubleshooting across multiple source systems
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture and experience building analytics on top of CRM data
• Strong QA discipline with experience building validation frameworks and reconciliation checks to ensure data accuracy at scale
• Meticulous documentation habits — data dictionaries, calculation logic, and source lineage are non-negotiable parts of your build process
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — able to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
• Excellent communication skills: can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate vague business questions into precise analytical requirements
Preferred
• Experience integrating data from marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) into unified reporting views
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for ad hoc analysis
• Active engagement with AI analytics tools — AI copilots, automated insight engines, natural language BI, predictive analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree or BI certifications a plus

Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Strategy & Business Operations to own and drive high-impact initiatives across our customer acquisition business. This is a senior, cross-functional operator role at the center of the company. You will partner directly with leadership to identify where we should invest, what we should fix, and how we scale profitably. You will not just analyze the business — you will help run it.
As a Director of Strategy & Business Operations, you will lead large initiatives that materially impact revenue, margin, and long-term enterprise value. Projects may span growth strategy, pricing, unit economics, vendor performance, customer experience, new market expansion, cost optimization, process design, and capital allocation. You’ll be expected to move seamlessly between strategy and execution — from diagnosing P&L performance to implementing structural improvements that stick.
Within your first year, you will have taken ownership of a meaningful portion of the business — leading multiple high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive sustained P&L improvement across revenue, margin, and marketplace performance. You will serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, shaping strategic priorities and making high-quality trade-off decisions in complex, high-stakes situations. You will have built durable systems, elevated operating standards, and developed team capabilities that increase the company’s long-term leverage — demonstrating smart judgment, leadership, and accountability required to run major components of the business at scale.
This role combines strategic thinking, financial rigor, and hands-on execution. You will be accountable for outcomes — not presentations.
