The Sales Manager leads a team of Account Executives responsible for expanding existing customer relationships and driving new business growth. This role combines strategic leadership, data-driven performance management, and hands-on coaching to ensure the team meets and exceeds revenue goals.

Qualifications:
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $72,000-$115,000 annually + commission depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
