Salary Range: $119,000 USD – $155,000 USD

What you’ll do 

• Apply legal, industry, and brand knowledge to counsel internal and external partners on IP enforcement matters, including proactive IP protection strategies, with a deep understanding of the Pokémon brand, products, business objectives and operations, and stakeholder needs.

What you’ll bring

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $141,000.00 - $187,000.00 per year. The full range is $141,000.00 - $254,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, Compliance Manager to enhance our government, commercial, and international compliance program. We seek a scrappy, start-up minded operator who embeds compliance into daily workflows. Someone who's in the weeds on contracts everyday, translating compliance into execution quickly, and has the natural drive to be the operational glue between executive team, legal counsel, contracts, and the business/sales — embedding compliance into real deals under pressure. 

Reporting to the General Counsel and partnering closely with our Contracts Manager, this is a contract-heavy compliance role that's embedded in revenue flow and deal closing, with the longer term goal of informing a fully built-out compliance function. This role will drive corporate compliance initiatives — including data privacy, export controls, anti-bribery regulations, and international trade compliance — while supporting scalable, audit-ready business operations across multiple jurisdictions. 

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate and International Compliance Frameworks: Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance programs that align with domestic and international regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
• Monitor and Assess Compliance Risks: Identify areas of potential legal or regulatory exposure across commercial and international operations; develop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.
• Support Contracting and Procurement Compliance: Partner with the Contracts Manager to ensure that agreements align with compliance requirements (e.g. data protection clauses, export restrictions, conflict of interest certifications) and reflect applicable risk-management principles.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of key compliance domains: anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, data privacy, and corporate ethics.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate risk in global operations, with experience supporting international subsidiaries or vendor ecosystems.
• Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams, including contracts, legal, HR, and operations.
• Experience developing policies, conducting investigations, and managing compliance training programs.

Description

Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space. We are seeking an experienced government contracts attorney to serve as Director of Government Contracts at Stoke. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end government contracting process, including advising on federal contract proposal and contract terms and conditions, leading negotiations, and overseeing contract administration. You will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining a robust government contracts compliance program, drafting and implementing practical company-wide policies and procedures as needed, ensuring adherence to legal requirements, regulatory obligations, and customer contract provisions.

You will also help support broader aspects of the legal function including reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including software license agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, etc. As part of a small, well-supported team, you will be integral to program success and future growth opportunities. POSITION SUMMARY

Greenpeace lawyers help change the world for the better by ensuring that Greenpeace organizations are internally strong and well-defended, as well as through proactive litigation and other strategic legal initiatives.

The Assistant General Counsel is charged with supporting the General Counsel and Legal Team in identifying and advising on organizational legal risks and opportunities. This includes working to protect the organization by, among other things, ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying and helping to mitigate risks and legally vetting publications, contracts and other documents.

The Assistant General Counsel may also work with outside counsel to assist in managing litigation to defend activists. Additionally, this role provides legal guidance and training to staff on a wide range of issues with emphasis on non-profit corporate, tax, employment, labor, contract, campaign finance, intellectual property and environmental matters. The Assistant General Counsel may also collaborate with attorneys in the global Greenpeace network to optimize movement lawyering principles, mitigate and reduce cross-organizational liability issues, especially related to global campaign activities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Legal Guidance:

• Provide legal guidance and advice to various stakeholders, including leadership and staff, on a variety of in-house legal issues, such as nonprofit corporate, tax, employment, labor, campaign finance, publication review, contracts and intellectual property, as directed by the General Counsel and/or Deputy General Counsel
• Provide legal guidance on array of issues that may arise for one or more Greenpeace Inc. campaigns, which may include development and application of international treaties, domestic laws, legal threats, and opportunities to advance campaigns through legal strategies, as directed by the General Counsel and/or Deputy General Counsel,

Legal Compliance:

• Support fundraising work to ensure timely charitable fundraising registrations and compliance with fundraising regulations

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Reporting to the President & CEO and as a key member of the SPLC executive team, the Chief Legal Officer will be a thought partner and collaborative visionary responsible for shaping, leading and managing a strategic, innovative litigation docket at the federal, state, and regional level.

The Chief of Staff to the CEO is the operational foundation of Voyager’s executive office, acting as strategic advisor, executive team leader, and organizational architect. • Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Engineering, MPA, or equivalent)

Job Summary 

The Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) provides executive-level administrative support to the Chief Compliance and Legal Officer (CCLO) and other senior executives with primary responsibilities in the Washington, D.C. area. The EAA must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skills, along with strong initiative to manage a broad range of activities and projects. This position delivers proactive administrative, project management, and organizational support in a fast-paced environment, working with minimal supervision. It requires professionalism, flexibility, resourcefulness, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. The Senior Supervising Attorney (SSA) in the Inclusion and Anti-Extremism (IAE) Advocacy and Litigation Impact Team (ALIT) develops, litigate, and supervises cases against hate groups and other actors perpetrating hateful and extremist activity. The position provides opportunities to work on cases and campaigns vindicating and advancing the rights of individuals and communities, including among others, people of color, religious minorities, LGBTQ people, and immigrants, targeted by extremists and hate groups. 

Who You Are

Experienced. Demonstrated experience leading and litigating complex and/or class action cases and campaigns involving constitutional and civil rights, ideally including any of the following: First Amendment, due process, and equal protection rights, the Ku Klux Klan Act and other anti-discrimination statutes, public and private torts, and/or digital and cyber law.

What You'll Do

Lead the implementation of SPLC’s inclusion and anti-extremism legal advocacy strategies, especially in the Deep South.

Develop, lead, supervise, consult, and advise on complex civil rights impact cases in federal and state courts and administrative entities.

Supervise and manage litigation teams within the ALIT and the Legal Department that include SPLC attorneys, paralegals, analysts and investigators, fellows, legal interns, and others from within SPLC, providing mentoring and coaching.

Collaborate with the Deputy Legal Director and the Policy Department to identify and support the advancement of SPLC’s state, local, and federal policy priorities; and the Communications Department to develop communication strategies around cases and campaigns.

Collaborate with team members of other ALITs in the Legal Department as well as all other members of other SPLC Departments to advance the impact goals and campaigns of SPLC.

Serve as a public thought leader on issues confronting the communities the SPLC serves, and represent SPLC in the media, at conferences, and in other public venues.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $202,000 to $265,000. The Immigrant Justice ALIT pursues impact litigation and systemic reform related to immigration and immigrant rights by (1) fighting against state practices that funnel people into the deportation machine; (2) freeing immigrants from detention through impactful individual representation and systemic reform; (3) changing immigration and enforcement systems so they operate fairly and sensibly; (4) enforcing laws protecting migrants from mistreatment by governments or employers; (5) supporting immigrant communities as they demand respect for their dignity and humanity; and (6) ending all forms of discrimination against immigrants, including discrimination based on immigration status or national origin.

Experienced. Demonstrated experience leading and litigating complex individual, multi-plaintiff, and/or class action cases in federal, state, and administrative courts. What You'll Do

Lead the implementation of SPLC’s immigrant justice legal advocacy strategies, especially in the South.

Develop, lead, supervise, consult, and advise on complex civil rights impact cases in federal and state courts and administrative entities.

Supervise and manage litigation teams within the ALIT and the Legal Department that include SPLC attorneys, paralegals, analysts and investigators, fellows, legal interns, and others from within SPLC, providing mentoring and coaching.

Collaborate with the Deputy Legal Director and the Policy Department to identify and support the advancement of SPLC’s state, local, and federal policy priorities; and the Communications Department to develop communication strategies around cases and campaigns.

Collaborate with team members of other ALITs in the Legal Department as well as all other members of other SPLC Departments to advance the impact goals and campaigns of SPLC.

Serve as a public thought leader on issues confronting the communities the SPLC serves, and represent SPLC in the media, at conferences, and in other public venues as assigned and/or approved.

Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, coalition members, and legal allies to maintain open communication and collaboration with directly impacted people and communities.

Hire, mentor, train, and monitor staff performance and development, and conduct performance reviews.

Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

The Role 

We’re hiring an Associate General Counsel, Product Privacy & AI Counsel to serve as a strategic legal partner to Peregrine’s Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams. 

This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and blends traditional product counseling with deep expertise in AI governance, privacy frameworks, and emerging regulatory regimes. You will embed directly into the product development lifecycle, advising on AI-enabled features, data governance decisions, model development considerations, and regulatory exposure in public sector environments. 

You will help guide Peregrine’s AI governance strategy, monitor evolving legal and privacy standards, and design controls that allow the business to innovate responsibly. 

What You’ll Do 

• Serve as embedded legal advisor to Product and Engineering, providing timely guidance during product development cycles. 
• Help shape and implement Peregrine’s AI governance framework, including use-case risk evaluation standards, platform disclosures and documentation practices. 
• Monitor and interpret evolving AI regulations and global privacy frameworks (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR), translating requirements into practical product guidance. 
• Advise on regulatory regimes relevant to public sector customers, including data protection obligations, public records exposure, audit rights, and retention requirements.
