As an engineering team, we believe strongly that empathy improves our solutions. Seeing how people use the product is a priority and the way we get to the right answer. Engineers will have the opportunity to work closely with our team onsite to understand the variety of use cases that Peregrine serves.
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our core engineering teams. Why Peregrine?
🚀 Technical Innovation at Scale: We're solving some of the hardest problems in data unification, analysis, and AI—processing massive, disparate datasets in real-time while maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy protection.
💡 Real Impact: You directly impact the ability to make critical decisions every day by public safety officials, emergency responders, and government agencies. When you ship a new feature, you're directly improving outcomes for millions of Americans.
🏗️ Build with the Best: Backed by tier-one investors including Sequoia Capital, we have the resources and runway to tackle ambitious technical challenges. We partner directly with our customers, giving you unprecedented insight into how your technology creates real-world impact.
Join us in building the infrastructure that helps America work better—where cutting-edge technology meets mission-critical impact.
The Role
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will be the tip of the spear for Peregrine’s expansion into new markets. You’re a product marketer who thrives in ambiguity and loves the zero-to-one challenge of taking a proven platform into entirely new frontiers.
You'll be embedded with an integrated pod - working alongside product, deployment specialists, and sales - to discover product-market fit in industries beyond our core public safety business. This means deep customer discovery, rapid positioning iteration, and building the GTM foundation for new verticals from scratch.
This isn't a traditional PMM role where you inherit established messaging and execute campaigns. You'll be the person figuring out what resonates, what doesn't, and why—then translating those insights into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that actually work.

Engineers will have the opportunity to work closely with our team onsite to understand the variety of use cases that Peregrine serves.
The Identity team consists of product-oriented engineers working at the intersection of high-scale data and thoughtfully designed UX. This team is responsible for enabling collaboration and sharing across our platform, managing data permissions, and defining user, and organization management and collaboration. In our unique space, how, when, why, and what data is shared is central to our customers’ success.
We value both ownership and collaboration—you will take full responsibility for major features and work closely with other engineers to drive them to completion. We believe that humility and empathy are essential for building the right solutions—you will collaborate directly with our deployment team and users as we iterate to solve their problems. Perseverance and creativity are crucial to executing our vision.

You’ll take on some of our most complex challenges—like designing scalable permission systems to manage access to terabytes of data across thousands of organizations. You’ll help build intuitive controls that let organizations decide what data to share, when to share it, and with whom. You’ll also architect frameworks for secure collaboration, enabling seamless partnerships while maintaining data sovereignty and compliance. And you’ll create advanced sharing mechanisms that strike the right balance between openness and security to unlock the full potential of cross-organizational collaboration.

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support our State and Local Growth team. In this role, you'll be embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of our sales organization — working cross-functionally on critical projects, analytics, and keeping the team focused on selling. The Revenue Operations team is an important connection between Go-to-Market, Finance, Analytics, and Operations, ensuring that closed deals are reflected correctly across our systems and that the right tools and processes are in place to support growth.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone comfortable handling complexity in a fast-paced environment, has high standards for data accuracy, and takes genuine pride in building sustainable internal processes. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is curious, analytical, and motivated by enabling others to do their best work.

Peregrine is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support our Strategic Growth Accounts team — the segment focused on winning and expanding complex government accounts at the local, county, and state level. This is not a traditional sales support role. It's a research, intelligence, and enablement function that requires someone who has worked inside government and understands how agencies actually operate.
You'll sit at the intersection of policy expertise and analytical rigor — translating public sector complexity into clear, actionable intelligence that helps our sales team move faster, prioritize smarter, and win deals that require deep domain credibility. If you've spent time in government and want to apply that knowledge in a high-impact commercial context, this role is built for you.

Peregrine is seeking a Vice President of Government Affairs to build and lead the company’s federal, state, and local government engagement strategy as we transition from early-stage execution to scaled programs, increased government visibility, and deeper engagement with federal, state, and international stakeholders. In this role, you will report to the Company’s Chief Legal Officer and be a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Executive Team.
You will be responsible for building a disciplined policy and engagement strategy for both our US federal business and our long-standing and growing State and Local Government business, managing relationships across the executive and legislative branches, supporting government-funded programs and contracts, and ensuring consistent alignment between public policy objectives and business priorities as the company grows in size and complexity.
This leader will skillfully balance organizational leadership and strategic judgment with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of US public safety and/or law enforcement policy and players; established relationships across key federal agencies and Capitol Hill; and the ability to translate complex business and technical issues into effective advocacy positions.
This is not a traditional policy or compliance-only role. It’s a senior, operator-minded position for someone who can build and lead a Government Affairs department that functions as a growth-aligned force multiplier across the federal landscape as well as in priority states—while managing political, regulatory, and reputational risk.
You will own Peregrine’s external federal, state and local political infrastructure (lobbyists, associations, advisors), establish clear compliance guardrails, and partner closely with federal and state strategy and growth leaders to ensure government affairs can accelerate execution.
Your North Star
Build a disciplined, outcome-driven Government Affairs function that supports Peregrine’s priority US Federal and State strategies, unlocks funding and market access, and protects the company as it scales across complex political and regulatory environments.

We value both ownership and collaboration—you will take full responsibility for major features and work closely with other engineers to drive them to completion. Our Team

We are looking for strong developers to join our small but growing team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll have vast ownership across our stacks, making decisions that will have an outsized impact for years to come.
