As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and stability of CoreWeave’s cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with the Production Engineer Team Lead and other engineers to support incident response, platform reliability, and operational improvements. The Fleet Reliability Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day provisioning, management, and uptime of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of server nodes. Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team is on the front line for configuration, updates, and remote troubleshooting of our highest-tier supercomputing clusters and their networking, delivery platforms, and tool dependencies. You will be in a daily battle with the forces of entropy to maximize the number of nodes CoreWeave can deliver to customers.
About the role:
You will help drive batches of server nodes through our provisioning and validation processes while efficiently and effectively troubleshooting node or cluster problems as they arise. This role involves configuring and maintaining large-scale, high-performance supercomputing clusters running state-of-the-art GPUs. You will work two shifts from 7 am to 9 pm and participate in on-call rotations, which include after-hours and weekend work. Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our US Headquarters for up to 2 weeks within their first month of employment.

The base salary range for this role is £71,000 - £95,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Advanced Sourcing & Talent Mapping:

As our Staff Security Engineer, you will partner with high-impact engineering team in Warsaw focused on scaling security and using AI for security across our platform and product stack.
You’ll projects for security automation, software supply chain integrity, SDLC guardrails, and advanced techniques like fuzzing and agent-based security. This role is an opportunity to impact vision and deliver measurable outcomes that protect millions of users.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Contribute to a roadmap that scales Box’s security capabilities across platform and product surfaces.
Ship MVPs and iterate on security automation, including supply chain security, SDLC agents/controls, and developer-first guardrails.
Partner with Assurance & Architecture Team and cross-functional teams (Product, Platform, Cloud, SRE, Developer Experience) to embed security into workflows and tooling.
Drive a breaker–builder approach: identify attack paths, validate with experimentation and feedback, and operationalize secure product development at scale.
Establish clear team operating mechanisms: prioritization, sprint/quarterly planning, metrics, and post-launch learning.
Define and track KPIs and KRIs that show risk reduction, coverage, and developer experience improvements.
