What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Engineer for Network Observability to join our Network Observability team. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining the monitoring, telemetry, and observability systems that keep CoreWeave’s GPU cloud network operating reliably and at scale. You’ll focus on building solutions that provide real-time insights into network performance, ensuring that issues are detected proactively and resolved quickly.
Your mission? To empower CoreWeave’s network with advanced observability: robust metrics, powerful analytics, and automated alerting—so well-tuned that any anomalies become clear before they ever impact our customers.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain network observability platforms. Use your skills in Python and Golang to create and automate collectors, exporters, and dashboards that provide deep visibility into network health and performance.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering and Platform teams to ingest and unify logs, metrics, and events from a variety of platforms (Arista EOS, NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, Nokia SR OS, SR Linux, etc.) into a single observability pipeline.
- Design and implement scalable telemetry solutions using protocols like gNMI, SNMP, and streaming analytics. Ensure advanced alerting and anomaly detection with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
- Work closely with network developers, site reliability engineers, and security teams to integrate observability solutions across the broader infrastructure. Participate in design discussions, RFCs, and architectural decisions.
- Join a rotating on-call schedule to troubleshoot and resolve observability-related issues. Provide timely support to operations teams, quickly isolating and fixing problems when they arise.
- Guide junior team members, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the observability domain.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, gNMI, and SNMP. Experience writing or extending custom metric collectors/exporters is a plus.
- Experience as a Network Engineer, SRE, Software Developer, or Systems Administrator in large-scale environments. A track record of building and operating robust telemetry and monitoring solutions is a plus.
- Passion for automating tasks and processes. You find satisfaction in creating workflows that handle repetitive tasks and reduce human error to near zero.
- Comfortable containerizing solutions in Kubernetes, designing, building, and deploying container-based workloads efficiently.
- Proficient with Python, Go, and Bash, plus familiarity with configuration management and templating tools (e.g., Ansible, Jinja2). .
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems and IP networking concepts, with hands-on experience in routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge with a variety of platforms, including Arista EOS, NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, Nokia SR OS, and SR Linux.
- Collaborative, humble, and always ready to help others while staying open to learning from more senior colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- College Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Machine Learning for Anomaly Detection: Hands-on experience applying ML techniques or tools (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn) to proactively detect performance or security anomalies in network traffic.
- Network Certifications: Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or similar.
- Advanced Metrics & Analytics: Hands-on experience with data pipelines, event correlation, or anomaly detection in large-scale environments.
- Distributed Tracing: Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or Zipkin for end-to-end tracing across microservices and network components.

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. What You'll Do:
IT Operations at CoreWeave is responsible for delivering a secure, reliable, and scalable technology experience for employees across the company. The team partners closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity.
About the role:
As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling CoreWeave’s internal IT environment. This role blends hands-on end-user and systems support with automation, platform ownership, and process improvement. You will work daily across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure while contributing to repeatable, scalable solutions that support a growing, distributed workforce. This role requires strong technical depth, sound operational judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
Who You Are:
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations roles, preferably in cloud-native or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience administering identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent), including lifecycle automation and group management.
- Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune.
- Experience administering ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar), including ticketing workflows, asset tracking, and automation.
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and device provisioning.
- Experience deploying and supporting VDI environments and end-user workstations.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals, MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for systems and operational procedures.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide occasional after-hours support.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Kubernetes-based or containerized environments.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs or automation tooling.
- Knowledge of office network topology, hardware, and physical infrastructure.
- Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a Senior Storage Engineer, Control Plane to play a key role in designing, building, and operating the control plane for our high-performance AI storage platform. You’ll help evolve CoreWeave’s storage systems by building reliable, scalable, and high-throughput solutions that power some of the largest and innovative AI workloads in the world. This role involves close collaboration with teams across infrastructure, compute, and platform to ensure our storage services scale automatically and seamlessly while maximizing performance and reliability.
About the role:
Design and implement a highly scalable multi-tenant control plane that supports CoreWeave’s growing AI storage and cloud infrastructure needs.
- Contribute to the development of exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage, distributed file system and integrate dedicated storage clusters into diverse customer environments.
- Work with technologies such as RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, RoCE, InfiniBand, SPDK, and distributed filesystems to optimize storage performance and efficiency.
- Participate in efforts to improve the reliability, durability, and observability of our storage stack.
- Collaborate with operations teams to monitor, analyze, and optimize storage systems using telemetry, metrics, and dashboards to improve performance, latency, and resilience.
- Work cross-functionally with platform, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless storage capabilities across the stack.

Who You Are:
