The Client Services team is responsible for managing and growing Roku’s partnerships with Advertisers and ultimately enabling our clients to reach their business objectives.
The Account Manager role is a strategic partner to Roku’s Clients and the Roku Ad Sales team. This position plays a key role in ensuring end-to-end success for advertising partners from pre-sale to post-sale via ownership over campaign success and execution within the Political, Advocacy & Government Ads vertical. This individual is integral in maintaining and growing key partnerships while upselling and maximizing revenue for Roku’s advertising business. This individual will have a passion for data, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating closely with internal Ad Support departments. This position requires strong communication skills and a high-level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced sales environment.
The expectations placed on the Account Manger role within the Political Ad Sales team are largely similar to the broader Client Services team but will have a few key differences. During peak season when political campaigns are in full swing and advertising heavily, there may be times when an adjusted schedule is required in order to meet the unique needs of political advertisers. Timeliness, with respect to both response time and communication of core campaign needs such as inventory availability and campaign adjustments, is an area of greater importance for this role, and candidates should be prepared to adopt an accommodating approach to client needs. Roku, and particularly the Political Ad Sales Team, is non-partisan, works with the full spectrum of political advertisers, and promises the same end-to-end client experience to all political advertisers; the Account Manager should prepare to be apolitical and show no evidence of personal bias or political affinity. The account manager may also work with an array of different clients in the advocacy and government spheres as they are included in the larger P.A.G. team’s account portfolio.
As an Account Manager you will work to support the Ad Sales team and adopt a consultative approach to supporting Roku’s Ad Sales clients. Account Managers at Roku are involved in each step of the campaign lifecycle from pitch, pre-sale, launch, execution, optimization, post-sale campaign readouts, billing, and client engagement. The role is directly responsible for campaign execution, performance, and Roku ROI.

The world is cutting the cord and streaming its TV online, a shift that has dramatically changed how advocacy and political advertisers target, reach and measure their preferred audiences in ways that broadcast TV and cable never could. In this new world, Roku has re-written the rules of modern advertising, and we are looking for an Account Executive who can partner with republican political and advocacy agencies and campaigns to show them how to best leverage our unique position in the streaming ecosystem.
This position is on the front lines of generating media ad sales, and custom content sponsorship revenue on the Roku platform. The ideal candidate will be evangelizing our advertising offering to republican/conservative agencies and clients. A strong background in republican politics and knowledge and contacts in the political and advocacy sectors are required, as well as a strong understanding of digital video advertising, executed via managed service and programmatically. Must be driven to work independently and utilize resourceful qualities to manage many duties in this fast-paced vertical, including relationship building, media strategy, presentations, marketing materials, and ideation of custom solutions.
Ability to develop a sales strategy and business plan to help drive new revenue streams for this ad business. Ideally you have worked in a digital start-up environment and are familiar with the required dedication for a fast paced/multi-tasking environment that requires open arms to uncertainty. With the landscape constantly changing, this candidate must persevere amidst change, and always strategically thinking of how to bring additional solutions to create seamless workflows within the vertical. This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate looking to excel on a growing team with a market leader in an exploding category.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $95,000 – 117,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

• Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Collects project data and compares to CMS’s capabilities.

• Responsible for the preparation and review of the proposal. Determines price and selling strategy.
• Reviews and compares contract terms and conditions with CMS contract standards.
• Presents the proposal and negotiates price, terms, and conditions with customer.
• Determines customer needs, develops and executes an account specific business plan.
• Assists in the development of CMS sales and marketing plans and strategies. Aids in the implementation of these strategies and action plans. Provides total account business activity reports and annual forecasts.
• Coordinates with consulting engineers in writing project specifications.
• Authorizes replacement, credit, or refund as necessary to facilitate the refund/exchange process including negotiation of back charges and customer disputes.
• Positively and credibly influences system design and construction with contractors and consultants. Frequently creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Effectively writes, presents and communicates bids. Negotiates value, addresses resistance when demonstrated and closes the sale.
• Assists customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, CMS products, system application alternatives, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required.
• Maintains memberships with ASHRAE, USGBC and other industry organizations. Actively attends meetings.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature control equipment preferred. The Account Manager works in a typical office environment with occasional visits to project sites, which includes outdoor work and work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
Account Managers must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Candidate must demonstrate the ability and willingness to communicate in a clear, concise, and diplomatic manner. Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are critical, as are honesty and the ability to develop and maintain deep customer relationships based on trust. Candidate must be passionate about helping our customers to be successful, and must continually strive to improve their understanding of our customers in order to provide first-class customer service.

The Success Insights Manager role is an exciting opportunity to help execute a scaled success strategy with the goal of providing exceptional data-driven content at scale that maximizes value for customers post-sale. You will execute digital success programs that involve designing and developing visually engaging and informative data-driven content tailored to our customers’ unique use cases but also scale effectively to meet the needs of our expanding customer base. This content will serve as powerful tools for our post-sales teams, including customer QBRs, automated delivery plans, and more, helping them demonstrate the value of Okta and drive product adoption among our largest customers. Your primary targets will include driving adoption and retention as well as the future growth of our Digital customer base while saving time for customer-facing teams, including those who manage our largest book of accounts. You will be deep in the data, monitoring and optimizing your programs along the way.
You will partner with many cross-functional groups within Okta, including Product, Business Technology, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, and outside vendors. Success in this role will require both a strong ability to understand the needs of large Enterprise customers and develop solutions that scale. You will obtain in-depth knowledge of Okta products, how they are adopted, and understand our customers and why they stay with Okta while leveraging underlying data to inform new programs and opportunities. The Head of Defense Growth is the senior leader responsible for translating that ambition into real-world impact. This role sits at the intersection of venture creation, mission problem‑solving, and federal scale‑up. You will define how Red Cell and the companies it builds identify opportunities, shape demand, win programs, and grow into long‑term solutions for the American warfighter.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants to build the system, not inherit one.
About This Role
This is not a conventional “VP of Sales” or “Head of BD” position. You are not being hired to sell a single product, manage a catalog, or inherit a stale pipeline. You are being hired to rewrite the playbook: to creatively combine capabilities across the Red Cell portfolio, uncover non‑obvious paths to adoption, and solve complex mission problems that do not fit neatly into existing acquisition models.
We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments with limited oversight. Someone who can look at an operational gap, a fragmented funding landscape, and an early stage capability and find a way through.
You will have broad ownership over Red Cell’s public sector growth strategy, with initial focus on Department of War, shaping where we play, how we play, and how we win. That means using the full suite of capabilities across the Red Cell portfolio to deliver next-generation solutions to the warfighter.

We are seeking a Senior Director, Quantum Platform Product Marketing to lead cross-platform narrative development and alignment, launch coherence, GTM playbook development, as well as industry- and region-specific narrative adaptation for our full-stack quantum platform and growing technology portfolio.
In this role, you will align executive leadership, product, and go-to-market teams around a unified platform narrative, ensuring consistent framing, language, and claims across customer, partner, analyst, and investor engagements. You will lead the work to establish and maintain a unified, credible market story that positions the company as a long-term platform leader while enabling each product family within the platform to maintain differentiated technical authority.
The Senior Director will work closely across product lines to lead launches and major product and technology milestones into market – ensuring every release reinforces platform and category momentum and market leadership. In parallel, this leader will support the development of materials that tune the platform narrative for key industries and geographies, enabling relevant, high-quality executive conversations globally.
This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product strategy, GTM execution, technical storytelling, and market education – and is ideal for a tech-forward, commercially-minded product marketing leader who thrives in emerging technologies and wants to play a key role in shaping how we define and lead a category.

The Global Forward Deployments (GFD) organization operates as a critical horizontal layer across Scale, sitting at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Design (EPD), Delivery, and GTM.
