About this position

As the Regional Account Executive for our Utah territory, you will aggressively hunt for new opportunities within a wide variety of commercial and industrial verticals. This is a true “hunter” sale position! Your day-to-day objectives will consist of cold-calling, site visits, product presentations (in-person & virtual) and cultivating relationships with your internal & external customers.

This is a base salary plus commission position. Expected first year income, $185K with a potential to earn more. The base salary ranges between $80K-$90K depending on the confirmed job related skills and experience. Commissions are uncapped for this opportunity. Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $18 - $20.50 per hour and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered. About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan
• Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics and quota, with a strong emphasis on generating net new business sales. This includes prospecting and outreach, providing product demos and trials, and engaging in strategic negotiations with customers and channel partners
• Meet or exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall team and the company. This includes proactively penetrating greenfield accounts and achieving a quarterly quota of at least 2-3 qualified net new logos

• Gain an in-depth and detailed understanding of Verkada’s business and products, as well as the physical security market, and sell to C-level executives within Enterprise organizations
• Create effective presentations and proposals; create urgency to drive deal closure, negotiate pricing, and contractual agreements
• Provide account analysis, conduct quarterly business reviews, and generate accurate revenue forecasts
• This role requires regular travel, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including both domestic and international destinations as needed. The successful candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel to support business operations, customer and partner engagements, and team collaboration. 

What You Bring

• 5-10+ years quota carrying B2B software/hardware technology sales with a focus on building a greenfield territory and landing new business within an Enterprise organization; 3+ years of Enterprise sales is highly preferred
• Proven track record of success in a sales-driven organization selling a highly complex technical solution (with the awards and references to prove it)
• Possess a hunter sales mentality with a strong desire to be successful, and have a proven track record of prospecting, closing new logos, and landing major accounts against incumbents
• Willingness to have a strong field presence multiple days per week; Must live in the territory & be willing to travel up to 50%
• A demonstrable track record of success managing longer, complex sales cycles and engaging with all levels from end users to business champions to C-level executives (Experience selling to CIO/CTO/CISO/CFO leaders at Fortune 1000 companies is highly preferred)
• Experience collaborating with internal and external channel partner teams to sell through and with channel partners is a plus
• Proven experience running a process-driven sales cycle 
• Relevant software or hardware industry experience in any of the following domains: security software, physical security, or hardware, computer networking, and “how the internet works”, subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software is a plus

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a DevOps Database Engineer to join the Platform Infrastructure team. This role is responsible for owning the performance, reliability, security, and operation of the company’s SQL and NoSQL database platforms.  The role operates within a database team who partners with application engineering, platform, and security teams to ensure databases are scalable, resilient, secure, and observable across all environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end performance of SQL and NoSQL databases across environments, including query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and tuning of database runtime parameters (i.e. PostgreSQL query plans, MongoDB indexes, DynamoDB access patterns).
• Prevent performance regressions proactively through representative load testing, performance analysis tooling, and CI or CD validation gates.
• Partner with application teams on schema design, data modeling, and workload driven performance improvements, including relational schemas, document models, and NoSQL access patterns.
• Design, operate, and harden production grade SQL, NoSQL, and document database systems with strong replication, failover, backup or restore, and security controls.
• Define, implement, and validate backup and disaster recovery strategies, including routine restore testing and compliance with RPO and RTO objectives.
• Establish SLIs and SLOs for database health, including latency, error rates, contention, replication lag, storage growth, and cache efficiency across SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Deliver actionable dashboards and alerts and maintain operational runbooks alongside up to date documentation.
• Lead or participate in production incident response and post incident reviews related to database platforms.
• Enforce database security best practices in partnership with InfoSec, including least privilege access, RBAC, auditing, encryption, secure secret handling, access reviews, and secure service to database authentication across SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Codify database infrastructure and operations using Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform and CI or CD pipelines.
• Standardize baseline configurations, schema migration practices, and operational guardrails across relational, document, and NoSQL databases.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience operating production‑scale SQL and NoSQL databases, with strong troubleshooting skills under pressure
• Experience with managed cloud database services, including SQL and NoSQL databases (i.e. AWS RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL, MongoDB Atlas, DocumentDB, DynamoDB)
• Deep expertise across the following areas like performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, vacuum/auto vacuum, bloat management, data modeling, backup/restore, capacity planning, scalability design, and cost and performance tradeoffs
• Experience with observability, alerting, and operational metrics for data platforms
• Automation‑first mindset with hands‑on experience in Infrastructure as Code, Gitlab CI/CD pipelines, and repeatable operational runbooks

As a Hardware Technician on the Sensor Integration team, you will provide critical technical support for the development and validation of advanced hardware solutions. ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead the hardware evolution of LVT’s products into new form factors and market segments. You are responsible for the entire mechanical lifecycle: from helping determine product direction, performing rapid R&D, delivering through development stage gates and supporting sustaining efforts. You will lead a high-performing team of engineers to solve complex thermal, structural, and power challenges in extreme environments. This role is a critical bridge between visionary product design and operational excellence, ensuring our "scrappy" innovation scales into world-class reliability.

This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, although some days will need to be spent with the team and inhouse manufacturing based in Spanish Fork. There will also be approximately 5-10% travel required to our partners overseas facilities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership: Own the mechanical engineering roadmap, balancing the speed of New Product Introduction (NPI) with the stability of sustaining engineering.

The team

The Data Engineering team (DAENGR) is the backbone of Route's data ecosystem. We are primarily responsible for the data infrastructure, quality, standards, frameworks, and architecture that power enterprise data, reporting, and analytics across the entire organization. What you’ll do

• Build and maintain ELT pipelines that ingest data from systems.
• Co-own the mapping and migration of source data into the new 3NF EDW, ensuring data integrity, reducing redundancy, and maintaining automated unit and data tests.
• Develop data observability processes and monitoring dashboards to track pipeline health, freshness, and data quality across Databricks.
• Build new data and AI-powered tooling to improve the productivity of the data engineering team and broaden self-service data access for Route employees and external partners.

• Champion data democratization, help establish a company-wide data retention policy, and expand the foundation for a self-service Silver layer (EDW) that serves as a single source of truth.

What we’re looking for

The Core Infrastructure Engineering Team is responsible for managing all of the infrastructure and databases at BILL. We utilize DataDog (for Logging, Metrics, and APM), Splunk, and CloudWatch (through Datadog integration) for real-time alerts via Slack and PagerDuty. We are seeking a Staff Cloud Network Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our AWS network platform. This role is for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in AWS networking and infrastructure as code who will set standards, influence architecture, and drive scalable, secure networking solutions across the BILL application ecosystem. You will act as the go to expert for cloud networking, partnering closely with infrastructure, security, and product engineering teams to ensure our network enables performance, reliability, and growth.

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans $20.50 - $21.64 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. ABOUT THIS ROLE

LVT is seeking a strategic, systems-thinking Senior Product Manager to own LVT's flagship product: the Mobile Security Unit (MSU). The MSU is the industry-defining platform that put LVT on the map — a ruggedized, AI-powered mobile surveillance system deployed across thousands of customer sites nationwide. As Senior PM of the MSU, you are the product visionary and operator for this business-critical platform. You will drive both its ongoing evolution through a forward-looking enhancement roadmap and its long-term health through disciplined fleet lifecycle management.

You will sit at the intersection of Hardware Engineering, Software, Service Operations, and Data Analytics — translating field intelligence, customer needs, and technical capability into a product roadmap that keeps the MSU the undisputed leader in mobile security.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the MSU product roadmap end-to-end, balancing new capability development, hardware enhancements, and fleet sustainment in a cohesive multi-year plan aligned to LVT's software and AI strategy.
• Identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities — new sensors, AI/ML integrations, connectivity upgrades, power innovations — that extend MSU's competitive differentiation and open new market segments.
• Define and communicate the MSU product vision to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

• Proactively manage component lifecycles (modems, sensors, power systems), leading make/buy validation for drop-in replacements to ensure zero supply chain or field downtime.
• Lead development of modular hardware refresh kits that enable older MSU units to support modern AI/ML capabilities through cost-effective field upgrades rather than full replacements.
• Use fleet telemetry and health dashboards to drive predictive maintenance cycles and engineering changes that measurably improve uptime and MTBF.

Stakeholder Partnership & Unit Economics

• Act as the primary product interface for Hardware Engineering, Service Operations, and Field Teams — ensuring the MSU is designed for both performance and serviceability, with field technician feedback informing every development cycle.
• Build and defend business cases for fleet investments, balancing enhancement capital against retrofit and TCO reduction initiatives.
• Drive unit economics improvements through durability gains, power consumption reductions, and lower field service costs; travel up to 15% for customer visits, field operations, and supplier engagements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning a complex hardware or hardware/software product — including both roadmap development and in-field lifecycle management.

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $70,000 - $75,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. ABOUT THIS ROLE 

LVT is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst (GRC) to join our growing Information Security team. This role will report directly to the Information Security Manager (GRC). This position is designed for an individual eager to delve deeply into the operational aspects of Governance, Risk, and Compliance, directly supporting LVT’s steadfast commitment to security excellence and regulatory adherence as the business continues its innovative scaling.

LVT values managing risk in alignment with our customer’s and stakeholder’s expected levels. We design, implement, and monitor controls that reduce real risk. The Information Security Analyst (GRC) will work with Management to operate key GRC processes. The primary focus of this hands-on position will be answering customer security questionnaires, performing risk assessments and internal audits, developing and maintaining policies, being a liaison for our external auditors, and helping to identify, manage, and reduce risk across our environment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support LVT’s annual SOC 2 audit.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination with internal SOC 2 control owners. 
• Proactively assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving audit concerns or control deficiencies, proposing initial remediation steps. 
• Document audit outcomes, lessons learned, and recommended improvements post-audit. 
• Execute control testing, including evidence collection and documentation.
• Develop  LVT’s security policies, submitting them for approval, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Maintain and update the risk register to ensure accurate and timely recording of identified risks and their mitigation status.
• Maintain GRC documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, compliance with internal controls
• Execute quarterly  user access reviews.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 1-3 years of experience with Information Security, GRC or IT Audit roles.
• Highly organized and can multitask and juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with leveraging and applying AI tools and technologies to automate routine GRC tasks and improve program efficiency.
• Practical experience with SOC 2 audit processes including proficiency in control testing, evidence collection, and internal coordination.
• Familiarity with information security and risk frameworks.
• A foundational understanding of business operations and how security controls impact business functions. 
• Effective verbal and written communicator.
• Desire to work directly with key stakeholders, including customers.
• Hunger to learn and grow their abilities.
• Consistently demonstrates high integrity and transparency.
• Willing to take on tasks with a positive attitude, but also speaks up on concerns.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. 
• Experience working with GRC platforms (e.g., Drata, Vanta, ZenGRC) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is helpful.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISA, CC, or CRISC are a plus
