About the team

In this role, you’d be joining the GTM Issuing and Treasury for Platforms team. Our team is responsible for addressing the technical and architectural nuances of the Issuing, Issuer Processing, and Treasury for Platform Products. We help Stripe increase the GDP of the internet by enabling our EMEA users to launch and scale card programs in an efficient and repeatable manner.

What you’ll do

As a Program Manager, you will bring operational leverage to the team by working directly with users to onboard and manage their Issuing programs. You will partner with sales and support teams to scale Issuing while collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to action user feedback and improve our product. Success in this role means providing significant operational leverage across the entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding to growing large-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee regional activation, providing regular reporting on inflight activations, launch dates, and blockers
• Act as the primary escalation point and strategic lead for complex Issuing implementations, ensuring we always put "Users First"
• Partner with Product, Field Deployment Engineers, and Professional Services to build dedicated Issuing squads
• Translate complex user requirements into actionable product and implementation roadmaps
• Audit deal architectures to provide architectural guardrails, specifically around platform and product interoperability
• Codify the "Issuing Playbook" in partnership with Product Management to support new card and account use cases
• Raise clear escalations and provide transparent reporting to leadership on milestone risks and ecosystem health

Minimum requirements

• 10+ years of experience in card issuing program or project management within technical and regulatory domains
• Deep knowledge and expertise in the card ecosystem, value chain, and requirements of Visa and MasterCard
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working directly with customers ranging from ambitious startups to large enterprises
• Proven ability to align a broad set of stakeholders via strong written and verbal communication

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in Stablecoin card issuing
• Hands-on experience with embedded bank accounts and non-card payment rails

Role Overview:

This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position focused on the strategic product rollout, FX distribution, and business development across the United Kingdom. The role is specifically designed to bridge the gap between traditional finance (TradFi) and the digital asset ecosystem. You will play a critical role in scaling FX and on/off-ramp capabilities, supporting go-to-market efforts, and driving adoption and revenue growth through close collaboration with internal teams.

Given the focus on multi-currency FX, stablecoins, and fiat rails, this position requires a highly specific, hybrid skillset. The successful candidate must possess deep expertise in traditional cross-border remittances while navigating the nuances of cryptocurrency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Take full ownership of sales and business development for FX and related offerings throughout the UK region.
• Strategic Partnerships: Engage with key regional ecosystem participants, including banks, fintechs, payment providers, and crypto-native firms, to drive growth and partnerships.

The Problem and the Role

OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions.

We are seeking a Developer Experience Lead, who will report to the head of Product Growth, to own the entire developer-facing surface of our platform, from documentation to integration support to API governance. We have built a world-class financial engine, but how external developers experience that engine has no owner. This role fills that gap.

This is a foundational role. You will be the first hire in this function. You will architect the documentation ecosystem from the ground up, define the processes that keep it accurate as the platform evolves, and directly support the clients who integrate with our APIs. Over time, you will shape how Developer Experience operates as a discipline at OpenFX, influencing product decisions, integration strategy, and the developer journey end-to-end.

You will set the bar higher than industry standards, building a knowledge system that turns complex FX liquidity and cross-border payment flows into a Hello World integration in under 15 minutes.

What You'll Actually Do & Own

• Drive API Product Adoption: You own API adoption as a measurable outcome. You instrument the funnel from API key activation to first API call to first transaction to expanded endpoint usage. You set the baseline, define the targets, and drive the cross-functional work to move the number. Every quarter, more developers are activated, more endpoints are used, and integrations go deeper. This is what you are accountable for, not pages shipped.
• Architect the Documentation System: Documentation is the primary adoption surface. You own the information architecture and the words. You design the taxonomy that scales from a simple Quickstart guide to complex Treasury Operations references. You determine how we version, layer, and present information so it does not collapse under its own weight as the platform grows. You build it on docs-as-code infrastructure that engineers can contribute to. You measure documentation by whether it moves adoption, not by completeness for its own sake.
• Own the OpenAPI Workflow: Your first technical priority is aligning the OpenAPI spec to production reality. Then you implement and enforce a contract-first governance model where the spec is treated as a product contract, not a generated afterthought. Spec linters run in CI as merge blockers. OpenAPI updates are part of engineering's Definition of Done. Breaking changes are detected automatically and routed through a defined deprecation process. You sit in Product and Engineering reviews as the First User: if an API is too hard to explain in writing, it is too hard to use, and you have the authority to push back before code ships.
• Drive Developer Advocacy: You are the external voice of OpenFX inside the developer community and the internal voice of the developer inside OpenFX. You write technical content that earns developer trust: deep-dive blog posts on idempotency under retries, sample apps that demonstrate real cross-border payment flows, integration pattern guides for PSP, neo-bank, and treasury use cases. You build feedback loops that turn integration friction into product changes. As volume justifies, you represent OpenFX at developer-focused events, conferences, and partner enablement sessions. You are the reason developers choose OpenFX over a competitor whose docs they could not understand.
• Own Integration Triage: You are the technical front door for client integration questions during US business hours. You triage whether each issue is a documentation gap, an API design problem, or a code bug. You fix documentation gaps directly and route the rest to engineering with structured context. You build the repeatable onboarding playbook that turns one-off Slack threads into a scalable process. You partner with GTM, who owns the client relationship; you own the developer experience surface that surfaces during integration.

What Success Looks Like

• API Product Adoption: You own the adoption funnel from API key activation to first API call to first transaction to expanded endpoint usage. You instrument it, set the baseline, define the target, and drive the cross-functional work to move the number. This is the metric you are accountable for.
• Time to First API Call: Drops from around 3 days to under 15 minutes within 90 days. You own the Quickstart, code snippets, and onboarding tutorials that make this speed possible, and you advocate for the product changes needed to remove the rest of the friction.
• Instructional support tickets: reduced 40% within 90 days, with 42% of onboarding support requests as the baseline.
• Spec drift: no spec drift incidents that reach production. The OpenAPI spec stays aligned to production as the platform evolves.
• V1 Developer Portal: a public API doc portal (References, Guides, Changelog, sample apps) is live, searchable, and built on docs-as-code infrastructure. 100% of public endpoints have accurate request and response examples.
• Developer advocacy presence: a published cadence of technical content (deep-dive guides, sample apps, integration patterns) that builds developer trust and drives inbound adoption. Establish the baseline, grow it quarterly.
• DX roadmap: a written plan for SDK strategy, portal evolution, adoption analytics, and Agent Experience foundations and expansion (CLI, MCP)

Requirements

• 5+ years owning a developer-facing API product or platform. B2B or infrastructure. You drove a measurable adoption outcome, not just shipped pages. You can point to the integration experience you built, the funnel you owned, and the metric you moved.
• Direct client integration work. You have sat on integration calls with B2B or institutional clients, diagnosed friction live, and fed it back into product changes (not just documentation updates). You know what breaks during real integrations, not what should break in theory.
• Product instinct for API design. You have opinions on endpoint design, parameter naming, authentication UX, error response formats, idempotency keys, and SDK ergonomics. You have opinions on these calls and get changes shipped before code hits production.
• Engineering fluency. You read code well enough to extract logic independently. You understand distributed system concepts (latency, rate limiting, idempotency, eventual consistency, async patterns). You can sit in a code review and have something useful to say.
• Contract-first governance experience. You have implemented or enforced OpenAPI workflows where the spec is treated as a product contract, not a generated artifact.
• Financial services or fintech context. You know the difference between authorized and settled. You have worked on payments, trading, or banking APIs.
• Agent Experience instinct. You have shipped or experimented with MCP servers, agent-native SDKs, llms.txt, evaluation suites for LLM-driven API consumption, or other agent-readable API patterns. You have a point of view on what Developer Experience looks like when AI agents are first-class consumers.

Preferred

• Interactive docs experience: code playgrounds, Try It Now, in-browser sandbox.
• Multimedia documentation skills: video tutorials, sequence diagrams, architecture diagrams that complement written documentation.
• Developer advocacy or DevRel experience: you have written technical content for an external developer audience, shipped sample apps, or represented a product at developer events.

Few companies have a clear owner for what Agent Experience means at the API layer. You define this discipline at OpenFX, and you do it from a foundation of human Developer Experience that already works.

An overview of this role

As a Backend Engineer on the Secret Detection team, you'll help protect sensitive data by building the services, scanning workflows, and remediation paths that prevent leaked secrets from reaching production. Your work will contribute to the full secret management lifecycle, from push protection to pipeline-based scanning, validation, and auditability, so developers can move quickly without taking on avoidable security risk. This is a strong opportunity if you want to work on security features with clear customer impact, improve detection quality, and help teams act when credentials, API keys, or other secrets are exposed.

You'll focus on backend systems that power Secret Detection across GitLab's DevSecOps platform, working closely with product management and engineering peers in an async-first environment. In your first year, you'll contribute to core product capabilities, improve performance and result quality, and help shape technical direction through code reviews, RFCs, and proof of concepts.

The Secret Detection team owns GitLab's Secret Detection category, and we build the backend systems and related user workflows that help developers identify and mitigate exposed secrets as code is contributed. We work with the broader security product suite while maintaining focused investment in secret scanning quality, validation, remediation, and developer experience. Our work spans Rails and Go services, and we work primarily asynchronously across time zones as a globally distributed team. About the team

The Secrets Management team sits within the Pipeline Security group in GitLab's Software Supply Chain Security stage. We own GitLab Secrets Manager, an OpenBao-powered capability that helps teams securely store, distribute, and manage the lifecycle of secrets used across continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. The team works closely with Authentication, Authorization, Compliance, and Platform counterparts to deliver secure defaults, reliable operations for GitLab.com, and product-grade integration between GitLab and OpenBao (including namespaces, authentication, and policy management). Our core challenge is building multi-tenant secrets management at scale while balancing upstream open source collaboration with the needs of GitLab customers.

An overview of this role

As a Staff Engineer on GitLab's Software Composition Analysis team, you'll drive hands-on implementation of security features that help customers understand and manage risks in their software supply chain. Your focus will be on enhancing GitLab's SCA capabilities in dependency scanning and container scanning. You'll work directly on architecture and technical implementation and help the team push forward on three core goals: Gather (introducing data points that help customers understand the urgency of issues, like reachability analysis and supply chain poisoning detection), Integrate (providing other teams with innovative collection techniques for better workflows), and Optimize (solving data correlation at massive scale). You'll contribute hands-on code, help solve novel technical challenges, and establish patterns that improve how the distributed team works together across multiple time zones.

The Software Composition Analysis team is part of GitLab's Sec Engineering group, and we focus on building capabilities that help customers identify and manage risks in their software supply chain. We work across areas including dependency scanning, container scanning, and license scanning, and we work closely with product, UX, security, and adjacent engineering teams to close important feature gaps in GitLab's platform. An overview of this role

As a Staff Backend Engineer (Python) on the Duo Chat team in AI Engineering, you'll lead the backend architecture that powers GitLab Duo Chat across the GitLab DevSecOps platform. You'll solve hard problems in building reliable, secure, and scalable AI-powered chat workflows so customers can plan, write, review, and secure code faster, with confidence. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll set direction for how we integrate and evolve large language model providers (including Google Vertex AI) across Ruby on Rails and Python services, raise the bar on observability and testing, and guide the team through ambiguous, high-impact technical decisions. About the team

The Duo Chat team sits within GitLab's AI Engineering organization and is responsible for building and evolving GitLab Duo Chat, the AI-powered chat experience embedded across the GitLab DevSecOps platform. You'll work with a small, cross-functional group of backend, frontend, and AI specialists who collaborate asynchronously across time zones, using GitLab issues, merge requests, and documentation as the primary way of working. The team focuses on integrating and scaling generative AI capabilities (including providers like Google Vertex AI), improving reliability and performance, and strengthening debugging, observability, and testing workflows so customers can safely use AI to plan, write, review, and secure their code across GitLab.

An overview of this role

As a Senior Backend Engineer (AI) in the Verify stage at GitLab, you'll help shape and scale the core infrastructure behind GitLab CI. You'll play a key role in how we integrate AI into CI/CD workflows, working on features that improve performance, reliability, and usability for people running millions of CI jobs, from small teams to the largest enterprises.

AI is a top priority in the year ahead. In this role, you'll go beyond using AI tools — you’ll design, build, and iterate on AI-assisted and agentic CI experiences. You’ll help define and implement patterns for how we measure success, how we instrument behavior in production, and how we account for large language model limitations in real-world environments. You’ll also help integrate GitLab's Duo Agent Platform into CI workflows at scale, on a foundation that's fast, reliable, secure, and observable.

An overview of this role

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Pipeline Security team, you'll take technical ownership of GitLab's native Secrets Manager, a production system built on OpenBao that helps secure sensitive credentials across GitLab CI/CD pipelines. You'll work at the intersection of backend engineering and infrastructure, shaping architecture in Ruby on Rails and Go, guiding decisions around role-based access control (RBAC), GraphQL APIs, and Kubernetes deployment configuration. In your first year, you'll help move Secrets Manager toward general availability, establish technical patterns the team can build on, and represent the team's point of view in cross-functional discussions. You'll have end-to-end ownership, from design through production operations, with room to identify what should be built next and improve how the team delivers secure, reliable features.

• Build and maintain secure, readable backend code primarily in Ruby on Rails, with some development in Go for targeted components.

About the team

The Pipeline Security team builds features that make GitLab CI pipelines more secure and trustworthy for teams running sensitive workloads. We own key parts of pipeline security within GitLab's CI/CD experience, with our current focus on native secrets management for CI pipelines and Supply-chain Levels for Software Artifacts (SLSA) Level 3 capabilities to strengthen software supply chain security. We work asynchronously across regions and collaborate closely with Product and security partners, using clear design discussions, documented decisions, and iterative delivery across Ruby on Rails and Go.

We are looking for a General Manager to lead Fireblocks Payment Services, our licensed payments entity, from early-stage buildout into a scaled stablecoin and crypto-payments business.

We are seeking a high impact leader that will help drive our vision to become a leading payments provider. Combination of strategy and execution is critical, with a passion for working closely with clients. You will own the P&L, drive the product roadmap, and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, legal, partnerships). The Role

We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the Payment Screening product area within our Risk Applications tribe. This is a senior individual contributor role with genuine commercial accountability: you are responsible for business outcomes in your domain, not just delivery.

Payment screening is a core compliance capability: financial and other institutions are required to screen payments for regulatory and compliance risk in real time before processing. The market is mature, the requirements are well understood, and the competitive landscape is established. ComplyAdvantage has an existing customer base for screening and has recently released a new version of its payment screening product, running on its highly scalable, resilient and AI-native Mesh platform. The PPM will likely pick up this latest version just as it hits the market, with pent-up demand for additional features from the commercial organisation and a migration path to manage for customers currently on the legacy screening platform.

This is a growth and scaling role, not a greenfield build. A modern and highly capable version of the product is already out. The job is to figure out what comes next: which features unlock the most commercial value, how to manage the migration of existing screening customers onto the new platform, and how to make the product competitive against established vendors while demand from the field is immediate and specific. If you have experience taking a product from its first release through rapid iteration into a market-competitive position, this role will make sense to you.

You will work within a dedicated squad alongside an engineering manager and engineers. As PPM, you are the senior partner on product decisions in that squad: you own the customer requirements, the competitive context and the commercial logic. Your engineering counterpart owns architecture, sizing and implementation. You work as peers, but in Risk Apps the PPM sets the product specification.

You will operate within a structured product operating model with clear decision rights. The CPTO sets product vision; the Product Director builds the tribe-level roadmap; you translate your product area into executable plans with trackable returns. Each squad represents a significant engineering investment, and you are expected to think about your product decisions in those terms: balancing the level of investment required against the commercial returns on specific product choices. If you have worked in organisations where product management is disciplined and commercially accountable, this will feel familiar. If you are looking for a role with full strategic autonomy and no governance framework, this is not the right fit.

What You Will Do

Own payment screening as a product area with a GM mindset. Understand the competitive landscape, know the buyer, and be accountable for whether the product is working commercially. Payment screening is a capability that every compliance platform must offer; the competitive differentiation comes from accuracy, speed, integration quality and the ability to reduce false positives using ComplyAdvantage's proprietary data. Your job is to ensure the product is competitive on all of these dimensions.

Plot the path from first release to market leadership. A modern, highly capable version of the product is in market. The immediate challenge is threefold: determine which features unlock the most commercial value and build them fast, manage the migration of existing customers from the legacy screening platform onto Mesh, and handle the pent-up demand from the commercial organisation without making commitments you cannot keep. You need to balance rapid iteration against sustainable engineering quality, and short-term commercial pressure against the medium-term product roadmap.

Understand the screening domain. Payment screening in regulated financial services has specific requirements: real-time decisioning at transaction speed, sanctions list coverage and currency, configurable matching logic, audit trails, regulatory defensibility, and integration with payment rails and core banking systems. You need enough domain depth to engage credibly with compliance buyers and to write requirements that reflect how screening actually works in production at scale.

Work directly with customers and prospects. You will be the product voice in payment screening conversations with the field, working with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success and Sales. Screening is a competitive market and buyers compare closely. You are expected to engage with enterprise compliance teams on their terms, understand their evaluation criteria, and ensure the product can win against established competitors. You will also be the product lead on migration conversations with existing screening customers moving from the legacy platform. Customer-facing commitments with dates require CPTO sign-off.

Drive requirements through a clear planning process. We work in six-week blocks. The document flow runs Plan of Record to PRD to product requirements to implementation, with quality gates at each stage. You will own PRDs for payment screening capabilities and draft requirements using AI-assisted workflows, refining them jointly with your EM.

Manage cross-tribe dependencies. Payment screening depends on capabilities in our Data tribe (sanctions data, PEP data, entity resolution, matching algorithms) and Platform tribe (real-time processing, API surface). Requirements originating in your product area cascade to those tribes as derived requirements through the formal planning process. You need enough technical understanding to write requirements that are realistic and to engage constructively with engineering in those tribes.

Use AI in your own work. We expect PPMs to use AI-assisted workflows for requirements generation, competitive analysis and document production. This is how we work, not something we aspire to.

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in senior IC roles owning complex B2B SaaS products in financial services, payments or adjacent regulated industries
• Direct experience with payment screening, sanctions screening, transaction filtering or closely related compliance products. This is a domain hire: the screening market is specific and competitive, and we need someone who understands how it works
• Proven ability to take a product from its initial release through rapid iteration to market competitiveness, managing competing demands from commercial, engineering and customers simultaneously
• Experience managing customer migrations between platform generations without losing customers or trust
• Commercial credibility with enterprise compliance buyers: you have engaged directly with customers, understood their screening requirements, and turned that into product decisions that drove revenue
• Strong technical understanding of real-time screening, matching logic, list management and API integration, sufficient to write requirements engineering can build from
• Demonstrable AI adoption in your own working practice: not "interested in AI" but already using it to work differently
• Experience operating within a structured product organisation where strategic direction was set above you, and delivering excellent outcomes within that framework

Preferred:

• Experience with sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening products specifically, including familiarity with the major vendors and competitive dynamics
• Understanding of the regulatory context for payment screening (OFAC, EU sanctions regulations, UK sanctions regime, SWIFT messaging standards)
• Experience managing legacy-to-modern platform migrations for enterprise customers, including the commercial and relationship management dimensions
• Comfortable in a distributed team environment across multiple locations

What Success Looks Like

At 60 days: You understand the payment screening product, the competitive landscape, the customer requirements, the current state of the Mesh release, the migration backlog and how the operating model works. You have built relationships with your squad, the Product Director, Solutions Consulting and key commercial stakeholders. You have a clear view of what the next release needs to contain and a credible plan for managing the migration alongside new feature delivery.

At 4 months: The product is iterating. Priority features identified from commercial demand are in development or released. Early migration customers are moving to the new platform. Requirements are clear, your squad trusts your product judgement, and commercial stakeholders can see progress. You are managing the tension between migration work and new feature development without letting either stall.

Position overview

Xapo is looking for a proactive and highly skilled Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) & Compliance Officer to join our global team. The MLRO & Compliance Officer will work as an integral part of our global Compliance team, leveraging the broader organisation and resources to ensure that we maintain an effective compliance monitoring, anti-money laundering and advisory program and meet all of our regulatory compliance and AML obligations.

The MLRO & Compliance Officer will drive the implementation and management of compliance controls, processes and operations for Xapo’s Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Program, including its Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) and Sanctions prevention activities. 

This role will support the business in the development and implementation of a UK specific Compliance & AFC Framework which provides reasonable assurance that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, which are well understood and respected by all Staff. 

This role is UK-based (Remote), with a strong preference for London or the surrounding Home Counties, to support Xapo’s continued expansion into the UK. Xapo is in the process of securing the necessary regulatory authorisations to offer its UK-facing banking and crypto services from its new UK home.

Responsibilities

• Ability to be approved by relevant regulatory authorities in the United Kingdom to hold the official MLRO and/or Nominated Officer role(s) for Xapo’s UK future footprint.
• Monitoring the regulatory landscape and documenting at least annually a regulatory risk assessment with recommendations based on the results (i.e. Annual Risk Assessment and MLRO’s Annual Report to the Board).
• Conduct compliance reviews and analysis of new regulatory developments and maintain oversight of developments affecting business activities, and disseminating these updates to relevant parties across the business.
• Maintain and update Compliance policies and procedures to ensure the implementation of appropriate controls that reflect business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Drafting Annual and Monthly Compliance Reports, and other such compliance reports as may be required.
• Maintaining the AFC Framework and AFC policies and procedures to ensure the implementation of appropriate controls that reflect business and regulatory requirements, supported by a robust Compliance Monitoring Program.
• Facilitate risk-based Know Your Customer and Transaction Monitoring programmes to detect unusual activity and investigate and report suspicious activity in accordance to regulatory requirements, including the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and other such reports where appropriate.
• Overseeing the operations of the AFC Compliance team, including training, capacity planning, tracking team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the program.
• Planning, organization and execution of day-to-day operational Compliance and AFC compliance activities and working collaboratively with the business to remediate issues identified through testing and support.
• Independently investigating and acting on matters related to Compliance & AFC.
• Build relationships with relevant authorities, payment schemes, and regulators to ensure we operate in accordance with the latest AFC good practices.
• Supporting regulatory inquiries, filings and reporting requirements, ensuring accurate responses and reporting to the Regulator and other Authorities.
• Coordinating efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations.
• Work with Compliance and Business leads to provide strategic planning, organisational structure, focus areas, and quarterly goals and key results
• Work with all relevant partners, financial institution partners, card networks and regulatory authorities
• Conduct compliance review and analysis of new regulatory developments and maintain oversight of developments affecting business activities.
• Providing guidance, advice, and/or training and educational programs, to improve business understanding of related laws and regulatory requirements.

Skills needed

• Extensive years of experience in banks, VASPs, complex financial services firms, or related e-money/payments industry with experience to operate at an MLRO level.
• Strong operational knowledge in building and running a sound AFC compliance program, with hands-on knowledge and an understanding of regulatory requirements for  the United Kingdom in accordance with global AFC standards.
• Several years of people management experience.
• Ability to build collaborative working relations with peers, colleagues and with remote based teams with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience with AFC system implementation, configuration and management.
• Experience with data visualisation tools.
• Cryptoasset experience and blockchain analytics and monitoring tools and AFC program management.
