From our talented tech teams to our standout clinical expertise, we are bringing great minds together to build more accessible services.
We are looking for a mid-level software engineer–someone who is growing into ownership. They are a full-stack generalist who wants to own features end-to-end, is comfortable with ambiguity and seeking out their own answers, and naturally wants to keep their team in the loop without being chased.
They would rather ship something imperfect than debate the perfect approach. They write things down, ask good questions, hold opinions loosely, and stay out of trivial debates. They are curious about AI not just for moving faster, but for producing better work, and they think in terms of user outcomes, not just code.
