About The Team:

We’re looking for a Senior Demand Planning Analyst who is as comfortable writing SQL as they are explaining a forecast miss to a Procurement Director. This is a hybrid role: part data engineer, part forecaster, part cross-functional operator.

You’ll own the demand signal that drives every operational decision at HelloFresh, from how much food we buy to how many staff we schedule and how many trucks we book. Your forecasts directly determine food waste, labour costs, and customer experience for millions of meals across Europe.

Our Demand Planning team is transitioning from a legacy operating model to a unified, automated, data-driven global function. You will bridge that gap — building the next-generation forecasting capabilities while keeping daily supply chain execution accurate and agile.

What You’ll Do

Build & Automate Forecasting Systems

• Write and maintain SQL queries daily to extract, validate, and transform demand data across cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Develop and refine forecasting models in Python, applying statistical and machine learning techniques — from simple trend and seasonality models through to more advanced approaches as the function matures.
• Design dashboards and automated reporting using visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) that give stakeholders self-service access to demand insights.

Own the Demand Plan

• Generate and validate daily and weekly demand plans for European markets. You are the guardian of the Decision-Time forecast — the plan must be accurate at the exact moment Procurement and Production need to act.
• Monitor trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts. Proactively flag when the plan needs adjusting and communicate changes before they surprise the supply chain.
• Implement data validation and QA checks to ensure forecast reliability, with alerting for anomalies.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment (S&OP)

• Drive cross-functional alignment and play a key role in the weekly S&OP planning cycle with Market Leadership, Logistics, Production, and Procurement — ensuring the forecast is shaped by stakeholder inputs and shifting the conversation from error reporting to risk management and strategic alignment.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure growth campaigns and promotions are reflected in the demand view before they hit the supply chain.
• When deviations occur, go beyond surface metrics: diagnose root causes, quantify impact, and deliver actionable insights that prevent recurrence.

What We Need

Required Technical Skills

• SQL: Fluent. You write complex queries daily — joins, window functions, CTEs — and are comfortable working in cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Python: Good working knowledge. You can write and maintain scripts for data manipulation, forecasting, and analysis. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you’re confident using Python to solve analytical problems.
• Visualisation: Experience building dashboards in tools such as Tableau or Power BI to make data accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced. Still essential for ad-hoc analysis and stakeholder communication, but not your primary tool.

Required Domain Experience

• 4+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics. E-commerce, food retail, or FMCG experience is strongly preferred — perishable/short shelf-life experience is a significant plus.
• Strong grasp of forecasting techniques: you understand bias, accuracy metrics (MAPE, WMAPE), trend decomposition, and how to evaluate model performance holistically.
• Experience forecasting in environments with limited historical data (newer markets, product launches) using proxy data and trend smoothing.

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the DSEC (Data & AI Security) team at Orca Security, you’ll be part of a core group responsible for protecting customer data and AI assets at scale. The team scans and analyzes a broad set of data stores and AI services - from managed databases and container images to object storage buckets and VMs - to find sensitive data, keys, PII, and misconfigurations. You’ll also map, model, and assess cloud AI services to give customers clear visibility and security insights across their data and AI footprint.

Role Summary and Impact   

The Manager, Client Analytics reports to the Director of Analytics, working to design, customize and maintain platforms for business analytics and measurement. You would have excellent oral and written communication skills, be client obsessed, self-motivated and able to operate both as a team and independently with limited guidance and direction

The Manager, Client Analytics is following the direction of Director of Analytics and is responsible for data manipulation and visualization, performing quantitative data analysis, problem solving, statistical modeling, and developing/analysing business cases.

WHAT YOU WILL DO   

• Apply deep knowledge of basic statistics (significance testing, correlation analysis, confidence intervals, descriptive statistics) to support analytical solutions.
• Use statistical modeling techniques (regression, classification) to extract business value from campaign data.
• Utilize programming languages (Python, R, SQL), statistical packages (SciPy), and Google tools (BigQuery, Tensorflow, Datalab) to prototype and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Recommend and develop technical solutions with guidance from senior leadership.
• Define project scope, setup, and effort estimation in collaboration with the account Analytics lead.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Analytics leads and gain a deep understanding of client challenges.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to assess project needs and ensure delivery of best-in-class analytics work.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on process development, improvement, and compliance.
• Support campaign measurement, determine incremental lift from marketing activities, and manage reporting and data needs (ingestion, cleaning, delivery).
• Code in SQL and Python to create reports and build dashboards; automate recurring workloads to improve efficiency.
• Generate meaningful insights using advanced analytics/statistical techniques; create dashboards and presentations for wider teams.
• Ensure continuous collaboration and progression across bands, disciplines, and offices.

Skills and Experience  

• Relevant industry experience in analytics-focused roles.
• Degree in an applied quantitative field (data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, business management, computer science, or related).
• Understanding of marketing campaigns, objectives, and measurement techniques; prior experience in digital agency or consulting preferred.
• Proficient coding skills in statistical software (R, Python, SciPy), programming languages (SQL, Python), and MS Office tools (especially advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
• Experience in owning and delivering analytics projects, including correlation, regression, significance testing, A/B tests, and supervised machine learning.
• Practical understanding of data science techniques, statistical analysis, and modeling.
• Passion for data analysis, troubleshooting data anomalies, integrating data from multiple sources to create repositories for data science models.
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable business insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adherence to quality standards and ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Experience using or building reports with business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Experience in applying big data, statistics, and analytical techniques to solve client problems is preferred.
• Business acumen to provide actionable strategic recommendations is preferred

About the role: 

At OLIVER (part of The Brandtech Group, the world’s leading GenAI-powered marketing company), we’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on analytics leader to build and deliver best-in-class, next generation data capabilities. As Head of Analytics, you’ll be at the centre of architecting and delivering new SME-driven capabilities – across social and audience analytics, creative optimisation, and marketing effectiveness – working side-by-side with our central hub of specialists. 

You’ll combine building and deploying the analytics roadmap with finding and piloting new opportunities to put these capabilities into action for clients. What you will be doing: 

• Hands-On Technical Leadership
