As the CTO of Overstory, you will lead and scale a world-class engineering team that reduces the risk of wildfires and power outages around the world. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned engineering leader to help guide a commercially successful climate-tech company through its next stage of growth.
Following our Series B, we’re entering a phase of rapid expansion. You will define a compelling technical strategy and build the team to deliver it. This role requires someone who can zoom in and out seamlessly — rolling up your sleeves to solve complex technical problems while also communicating effectively with the board.
Our product sits at the intersection of AI and remote sensing — fields evolving at light speed. The work is exciting, mission-driven, and core to transforming the electric utility industry and creating a more resilient grid. But it comes with ambiguity. We’re looking for someone energized by the unknown, eager to build products customers love through bold, creative approaches. THE ROLE
As the Nordic Country Manager, you will be the strategic catalyst for Everpure's "lightspeed" growth across the region. You will lead a high-performing multi-functional team, serving as a talent magnet and culture carrier to embed our values into every local operation. Reporting to the EMEA Leadership team, your mission is to transform our regional market presence through executive-level engagement and a sophisticated channel ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Scale and Inspire: Architect a world-class sales organization by recruiting top-tier talent and fostering a high-performance culture that reflects Everpure's authentic values.
Drive Strategic Growth: Deliver predictable business results, including annual bookings goals and new logo production, while maintaining a rigorous 4X pipeline to ensure long-term territory health.
Lead the Ecosystem: Orchestrate the "extended" Everpure team—including SEs, Channel Managers, and Inside Sales—to execute complex on-premise and cloud sales strategies.
Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain high-impact relationships with channel partner principals and leadership teams to expand our market reach and influence.

As a Pre-sales and Solution Engineering (Value Engineering) Manager, you will lead a team of Value Engineers and drive end-to-end customer value journeys, landing and expanding existing customers (ACV growth) and renewals (renewal rate). You will work closely with the Celonis GTM Leadership Teams and be responsible for the end-to-end value journey for all customers within your region/vertical, supporting customers to achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You are a trusted advisor to the Celonis Executive Team, supporting their engagements with strategic customers and senior stakeholders.

Your team is also significantly responsible for the operational and security strategy for internal AI usage, agentic workloads, and general automation at Grafana. You will guide your team building and delivering internal platforms that automate typical IT work and enable our employees to do their best work seamlessly. You must have significant engineering acumen as this is a highly technology-driven role.
This is a high-impact opportunity to define what IT and corporate systems looks like in the AI age at a technical, everything-as-code company. You will have a fully staffed team and significant autonomy to achieve objectives. Compensation & Rewards:
In the United States, the Base compensation range for this role is USD 208,000 - USD 260,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed here.

Overview of the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to operate with a high degree of autonomy within one of Upshop’s core product teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor position focused on owning and driving complex initiatives, shaping technical decisions at the project level, and delivering high-quality systems in an evolving platform environment.
Our platform powers real-time retail operations at global scale, spanning mobile applications, barcode scanning workflows, multi-tenant SaaS APIs, enterprise integrations, and data-driven decision systems. You will work across cloud-native infrastructure in Azure and GCP, building and operating services in languages such as C# and PHP, alongside modern frontend technologies like React and TypeScript. The platform leverages a variety of frameworks, containerized deployments with Kubernetes, and data systems including SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis, and analytics pipelines.
AI is core to how we build at Upshop. From drafting specifications to generating code, expanding test coverage, refactoring legacy modules, and improving observability, we expect engineers to actively explore and leverage AI tools throughout their workflow. Curiosity and disciplined AI usage are part of the role.
