The Role
The Accountant is part of the Finance Department and focuses on high-volume transactional processes, including (but not limited to) accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and general ledger activities. The team consists of Accounting Managers, Senior Accountants, and Accountants.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager (or Senior Accountant), this role is an integral part of the global accounting team. The Accountant is responsible for month-end close activities, financial analysis, reconciliations, and support during financial audits. Key Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Prepare monthly journal entries related to bank activities, prepaid expenses, property, plant and equipment, accrued expenses, payroll accounting, and intercompany accounting, in line with close timelines
Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations, addressing questions from reviewers and management in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including international accounting teams, FP&A, Legal, and external consultants, particularly in relation to flux analysis and ad-hoc support

The Accounting Payroll Specialist will execute department activities and ensure the seamless flow of our global financial operations. Must have qualifications

Understanding of DevOps principles
Experience working in an international and multicultural context with offshored teams
Excellent command of English (C2 level)

The Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Database Platform Engineer to join a team of highly skilled Engineers and DBAs who are responsible for managing the Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and SQL Server database estate.
The team are responsible for the day-to-day support and administration of the Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server and PostgreSQL database estate including engineering and all database related projects. The role involves working closely with other Infrastructure teams as well as developers and end users.
This role also offers the opportunity to work on exciting technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and exposure to other DevOps aligned methods of automation, real time monitoring and metrics collections using latest Open-Source toolsets; Grafana and InfluxDB etc.
Role Responsibilities
Administer and manage the Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and SQL Server database estate.
Collaborate with other technology teams to identify and implement optimal solutions for Man Group.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies in this area.
Ensure the rollout of a standards-based estate using relevant configuration management tools.
Plan capacity for physical and virtual database servers.
Ensuring high availability of the infrastructure and minimising the duration and impact of any outages.
Maintain a consistently high level of service delivery for incidents, requests, and changes.
Provide database support and advice to Infrastructure teams, developers, and end users.
Uphold database security standards across the database estate.
Participate in an on-call support rota.
Key Competencies
Required
Deep knowledge of Oracle or PostgreSQL RDBMS.
Foundational knowledge of MongoDB or SQL Server.
Familiarity with infrastructure automation and configuration management tooling such as Terraform and Ansible.
Experience of designing, building, configuring Data-Guard, RMAN.
Ability to diagnose and tune performance across the entire stack (Database internals, OS, Storage, Networks).
Proven ability to automate builds and repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to broaden and develop skills in any area as required.

The Team
The team is currently undergoing significant investment in order to rationalise the trading capability across AHL, Numeric and the Discretionary teams. The engineering team works exceptionally closely with both the Trading Desk and the Execution Research team in order to design, build and maintain a world-class trading capability. We have trading floors in London, Hong Kong, Boston and New York and are responsible for trading in excess of 8 trillion dollars annually.
We are continually expanding the markets, asset classes and regions in which we trade as well as the styles in which we trade them. The team is responsible for designing imaginative and flexible software and tools to keep pace with this change.
Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Java Engineer you will be building the tools, platforms and algorithms that enable Man’s investment engines to drive forward their centralised global trading operation.
Your challenges will be varied and might involve building new execution algorithms, the platforms on which they run, simulation environments, intelligent order routing, connectivity to execution venues and brokers, tools for high touch and quant traders, monitoring capability, post-trade performance analysis and software to optimise all aspects of the trading lifecycle.
We are looking to hire talented software engineers across the experience spectrum, and previous experience with almost any asset class will be an advantage. You should have the enthusiasm for leveraging AI development tools to accelerate delivery and driving their adoption across the team.
Financial knowledge is not essential - we are looking for highly skilled, motivated engineers who are excellent communicators and keen to learn.
Our Technology
Our systems are almost all running on Linux and most of our code is in Java, with some Python and TypeScript.
We use Kafka as the backbone of our platform, Aeron, Git for source control, Jenkins for continuous integration, Grafana + Prometheus for metrics collection, Docker for containerisation, Ansible for architecture automation, and Slack for internal communication. But our technology list is never static, we constantly evaluate new tools and libraries.
Technology and Business Skills
You will be an expert software developer and ideally have an understanding of the financial markets with relevant electronic trading experience in at least one of the asset classes that we trade. You’ll be a member of a highly-focused team with an exceptionally broad responsibility, so great communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team are a must. The Role
Join our high-performing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of the technology powering Man Group’s hedge funds. As an SRE, you’ll take ownership of service reliability and deliver solutions that make a real impact. Your initial focus will include leveraging AI to accelerate incident diagnosis and resolution, improving observability, capacity planning, and automation. Over time, you’ll work across our entire infrastructure stack, operating at scale and driving continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities
Ensure reliability and performance of critical systems across global infrastructure through proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.
Design and implement observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Loki to provide deep insights into system health.
Automate operational tasks and build self-service capabilities to eliminate toil and improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to guide reliability improvements and inform engineering priorities.
Participate in incident response efforts, blameless post-mortems, and implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence.

Manage multiple ELK clusters hosting hundreds of terabytes of logs, telemetry, and APM data.
Key competencies
Required
Strong understanding of SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability best practices.
Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or similar).
Proficiency with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting/programming languages (Python, Go, PowerShell).
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across distributed systems, with the ability to diagnose complex production issues under pressure.

The Team
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our End User Engineering team. You’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining the automation frameworks that underpin our End User infrastructure operations. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies at scale, supporting our End User platforms.

Role Responsibilities
As an System Engineer, you’ll design, implement, and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions, configuration management, monitoring systems, whilst also supporting business-as-usual activities.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Partner Success department as the first regional hire in EMEA. Initially we will hire one role in the region, with a plan to scale the department over time. This person will bring strong Services and/or Partner experience, and will operate at a high level very quickly. This role will report to the Director & Global Head of Partner Success.
This person will own a portfolio of Partners from a Services/delivery perspective and act as their strategic advisor. They will drive scale and maturity to help their Partners deliver high-quality results for our customers while expanding their Workato practice.

Own a portfolio of Workato partners and drive them to achieve two primary goals:
Scale & mature your partners’ Workato practice - specifically, you will guide many of Workato’s highest priority partners (GSIs, large SIs, and priority boutique SIs)

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the creation and optimisation of one of our global cross-functional GTM Pods strategy— small, agile squads focused on growing a specific product area. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be key to accelerating our commercial growth and building our product-lead brand. You will work closely with product leadership and strategically lead a team of marketing experts.
To excel in this role you need to be data-driven, a great collaborator, have a high attention to detail, and a passion for both the commercial and technical sides of a SaaS business. You need to be able to collect and synthesize information to create compelling go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Become an expert and centralize understanding of our buying audience (customers & personas)
Become a market expert for our product, e.g. competitor strengths/weaknesses, target audience pain points, tech ecosystem
Provide clarity to Sales and Marketing teams on why Payhawk is valuable to our buying audience
Oversee the process for creating impactful product positioning, value propositions and messaging. Ensuring this is rolled out consistently and iterated on
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to produce impactful campaigns and content for the entire customer lifecycle
Partner with Product to define the product strategy and roadmap based on market and sales insights
Partner with Product on product Design Sprints to research and plan the go-to-market proposition of new features
Lead the creation and maintenance of competitive enablement for Sales and Product teams
Oversee goals, strategy and execution for new product and feature launches
Become a conduit between the Product and Commercial teams to ensure shared understanding and strategic alignment
Track, measure, and continuously iterate across win rate, deal velocity, pipeline, adoption, and expansion
Qualifications:
2+ years B2B product marketing or equivalent experience. Ideally, this includes experience in B2B SaaS and/or a high-growth startup environment
A highly skilled communicator with deep expertise in writing, storytelling, and live enablement. You possess a strong track record of transforming complicated concepts into easily digestible and engaging content, including white papers, web pages, videos, ROI calculators, and presentations
Proven ability to leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate marketing results, specifically across content generation, rapid messaging optimization, and market intelligence analysis
You are an analytical, data-driven and customer-obsessed decision-maker
You are humble but ambitious and eager to make an impact
