This role focuses on designing, operating, and evolving observability platforms with a strong emphasis on metrics, logging, and alerting. The primary tooling is Grafana and Prometheus, with responsibility for ensuring production systems are observable, reliable, and operable at scale. The role works closely with platform, infrastructure, and application teams.

 

Key responsibilities:
• Design, build, and operate observability platforms based on Grafana and Prometheus
• Define and maintain metrics standards, dashboards, alerts, and SLOs
• Improve signal quality: reduce alert noise, tune thresholds, and improve runbooks
• Support incident response by providing actionable telemetry and post-incident analysis
• Integrate metrics, logs, and traces across distributed systems

We’re looking for an accomplished Staff DevOps Engineer to help shape and evolve our cloud, DevOps, and SRE platforms. In this role, you will design and implement the tools, automation, and infrastructure that support reliable, secure, and scalable service delivery across our environments. We're looking for an accomplished Staff Software Engineer (DevX) to drive the development of tools and platforms that enhance our developers’ experience. In this role, you'll build and integrate software solutions that streamline coding, testing, and deployment processes, making our engineering teams more effective and efficient. About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer (Observability & Developer Experience) to take ownership of two key areas within our engineering operations. • Support both recurring and ad hoc reporting across key sales metrics, including pipeline, bookings, forecasting, productivity, and overall performance
• Maintain and validate sales data within CRM and associated systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Assist in the administration and optimisation of core sales processes, including territory alignment, account assignment, quota tracking, and pipeline management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational workflows, system enhancements, and process documentation
• Analyze sales data trends and generate actionable insights to inform business planning and strategic decision-making
• Contribute to the development of dashboards, presentations, and performance reports for leadership review
• Support system upgrades, testing, and user acceptance processes related to sales tools and reporting platforms
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring adherence to established processes and controls
• Provide additional operational support and take on responsibilities as required to meet evolving business needs

 

 What You'll Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in related field
• Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail 
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Basic experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., dashboards) is advantageous but not required
