Minimum Qualifications  

EDUCATION

About the Role 

The Senior Consultant (QSA) works both independently and collaboratively to execute PCI engagements, with primary responsibility for leading PCI DSS assessments. In this role, you will own end-to-end project execution, drive high-quality client service, and serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our customers. You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects, working with high-profile clients across a wide range of industries. Senior Consultants also have the opportunity to progress into a Mentor role, where they will coach, develop, and support Associate QSAs. Associate QSAs are paired with and guided by a Senior QSA on all assigned engagements, ensuring strong collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent delivery quality.

• Lead and execute PCI DSS assessments in coordination with the project's manager   
• Create agendas   
• Lead client meetings and maintain client relationships   
• Perform audit testing and mentor Associate QSA's (AQSA's) performing assigned audit review tasks  
• Communicate effectively to the client, prior to, during, and post on-site visit  
• Review manager’s planning notes, and prepare as appropriate for meetings  
• Prepare fieldwork notes throughout the project  
• Gather evidence and review  
• Provide draft reports to management, within defined timelines  
• Provide detailed project status reports weekly to management  
• Organize client information on A-LIGN’s OneDrive folder 
• Provide feedback to junior consultants and management team  
• Travel occasionally to clients’ offices   

Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION 

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or other relevant field required 

EXPERIENCE 

• At least 3 years of experience working in a lead QSA role. 
• Prior hands-on Information Technology and/or Information Security experience  

CERTIFICATIONS 

• Currently possesses QSA or is willing to renew expired QSA certificate 
• Must hold both CISSP and CISA certification within one year of hire date

• Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities across targeted industries and regions
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive net new pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, revenue operations, and delivery to align on client needs and ensure a seamless sales process
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through Salesforce and other sales tools
• Represent A-LIGN at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and relationships

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION

•  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other relevant field 

EXPERIENCE 

• Work experience in cybersecurity, software (SaaS), or professional services sales
• Experience closing new business, preferable prior president club or full annual quota attainment
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and long sales cycles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

As a PCI Senior Consultant (QSA), your responsibilities will include leading project execution and client service activities, focused primarily on PCI DSS assessments. You will lead the client engagement and be the face of A-LIGN with our customers.

About the Role 

The Account Executive, Expansion - Enterprise is responsible for maintaining present client accounts and upselling existing business through the internet, phone communications, client site visits, and industry trade shows. In this role, you will work closely with A-LIGN’s partner group and the service delivery team to ensure strong relationships are built with the client base. As an Expansion Account Executive, you will be responsible for exemplary communication between the client and A-LIGN to assist with furthering existing business. You will also exhibit strong performance and use best practices to create strong client relationships.

• Re-sign assigned book of business annually or as required
• Generate additional revenue from assigned book of business through increased fees and additional services

• Complete daily Salesforce tasks on time
• Communicate needs of the client to the service delivery team
• Build a strong partner relationship with current clients
