Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
Southeast Asia is one of the most dynamic payments markets in the world. Across Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, and beyond, hundreds of millions of people are coming online as economic participants for the first time and the infrastructure they use to transact is being built right now.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Stripe's product strategy and execution for Southeast Asia. You'll work directly with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams across Stripe to localize our core products and build net-new capabilities for the region.
The right person for this role has deep roots in SEA — you understand how payments actually work across these markets, you know the regulatory landscape, and you have genuine intuition for how businesses and consumers here behave differently from anywhere else in the world. You move fast, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and have a track record of shipping things in ambiguous environments.
Stripe is still early in its presence across Southeast Asia, which means the person in this role will have genuine influence over how we show up in one of the world's most important emerging markets. You'll have the scope of a startup with the resources of a company that processes hundreds of billions of dollars a year.

As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer at GitLab, you will work at the intersection of customer outcomes, product direction, and hands-on engineering. This role is focused on strategic accounts in the APJ region, where you will help customers adopt GitLab and the GitLab Duo Agent Platform in complex enterprise environments, including self-managed, regulated, and constrained deployments. You will guide deep technical discovery, design practical adoption paths, and build reusable solutions that help customers move from early platform use into broader CI/CD, security, compliance, and AI-enabled workflows.
This is not a traditional consulting role centered on one-off delivery. Instead, you will use customer issues to create durable technical assets, shape architecture patterns, and influence upstream product and engineering decisions when field needs point to a broader solution. Your work will help reduce time to value for strategic customers while improving how GitLab scales adoption across similar environments.
Some examples of our projects:
The Staff Forward Deployed Engineer works closely with teams across Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, product, and engineering to solve hard adoption problems in enterprise customer environments. We focus on high-leverage technical work for strategic customers, especially when standard approaches do not fully fit the environment or the adoption challenge.
We are especially valuable in situations where self-managed deployment models, security and compliance requirements, migration complexity, or AI platform adoption create barriers that standard approaches do not fully address. Success on our team comes from strong technical judgment, a bias for reuse, and the ability to balance immediate customer needs with long-term platform impact.
Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification. If you're excited about this role, please apply and allow our recruiters to assess your application.

Founded in 2014 by Harshil Mathur and Shashank Kumar with a simple vision - to simplify payments for Indian businesses - we’ve since grown into a fintech powerhouse driving India’s digital payment revolution.
Razorpay powers millions of businesses with a smarter, scalable stack that goes beyond transactions to help them truly build and grow.
From building AI-native agentic payments, to AI-assisted fraud detection and real-time risk intelligence to automated reconciliation, smart payouts, and predictive financial insights, we are embedding intelligence across our stack to make money movement faster, safer, and more efficient. In close collaboration with ecosystem partners - including banks, networks, regulators - we are pioneering industry-first solutions that are shaping the next era of fintech
Across India, Singapore and Malaysia, our products span everything from seamless checkouts to payroll automation - powering a fintech ecosystem that’s redefining how money moves across Asia.
Today, that ecosystem supports everyone from early-stage startups to some of India’s largest enterprises, enabling them to accept, process, and disburse payments at scale while expanding into new ways of managing money more efficiently.
Our scale speaks volumes: Razorpay processes $180+ billion in annualized transactions, powering leading businesses like Airbnb, Facebook, WhatsApp, Airtel, CRED, BookmyShow, Zomato, Swiggy, Lenskart, Mirae Asset Capital markets, Indian Oil, National Pension Scheme - and over 100 of India’s unicorns. Strategic acquisitions - including Ezetap (POS and offline payments), Curlec (Malaysia expansion), BillMe (digital invoicing), and POP (rewards-first UPI) - along with earlier moves in fraud prevention, payroll, and lending, have further strengthened our platform and widened our footprint across Asia.
But what truly sets Razorpay apart is our culture. At Razorpay, ownership is our oxygen - you own what you build, with no micromanagement or red tape, just the runway to make your ideas fly. Learning is a lifestyle - if you’re curious, you’ll feel at home here. People > Pedigree - we hire for attitude, hustle, and hunger more than degrees. Transparency thrives over titles - this is where interns question CXOs and CXOs say “thank you.” Guided by our values of Customer First, Autonomy & Ownership, Agility with Integrity, Transparency, Challenging the status quo and a strong belief that Razorpay grows with Razors, you’ll be part of a 3000+ strong team building not just products, but the financial infrastructure of the future.

ABOUT RAZORPAY
Razorpay is India’s leading payments and financial services platform, powering over 10 million businesses — from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. We process >$200B annually across payment gateway, payroll, lending, and banking products, built on a relentless product-first culture.
Having established strong foundations in India, we are now expanding aggressively into Southeast Asia. This is not an incremental move — it is a full-scale, zero-to-one market entry with a mandate to build, sell, and win across the region’s most exciting payments markets.
We are already live in Malaysia and Singapore, rapidly growing within each country and also expanding to neighbouring countries in SEA. We are also expanding in the USA.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Southeast Asia is one of the fastest-growing digital payments markets in the world — fragmented, underserved, and ripe for a product-led challenger. We are looking for a Senior PM who thinks and acts like a founder: someone who can roll up their sleeves, earn merchant trust from scratch, shape the product roadmap, and drive GTM — all at the same time.
This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a running playbook or looking for rules to operate. You will write the playbook. You will be equal parts product builder, market strategist, merchant evangelist, and growth hacker. If that excites rather than intimidates you, read on.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Go-to-Market Ownership
Merchant Intelligence & Insight Generation
Scalable, Principled Systems Thinking
