O2C & Settlement Operations

• End-to-End O2C process: 고객의 주문부터 수익 인식, 정산까지의 O2C(Order to Cash) 전 과정의 정책 수립 및 운영
• O2C process 표준화 및 중앙화: 신규 비즈니스 확장 및 변경에 따른 거래를 면밀히 점검하고, 그룹 가이드라인에 부합하는 회계 처리 통일 및 프로세스 중앙화를 주도함

What you will do

• Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&L
• Establishes ambitious goals for the team and oneself, implementing concrete plans to achieve them, even in ambiguous or complex situation
• Track the metrics and analyze their trends & results to provide business/financial visibilities to stakeholders

Role Overview

This role is responsible for financial reporting and planning & analysis for Global operation Packaging costs. It is recommended for the candidate who has intermediate accounting knowledge and experience to work with multiple stakeholders. The candidate must possess grit and be detailed oriented. The role is focused on financial modelling, budget control, and reporting with a key emphasis on supporting cross functional business partners.

Key Responsibilities

The role is in Packaging Finance team who supports Coupang's overall Packaging cost agenda.

1. Financial reporting, planning and analysis

• Rolling forecast, weekly/monthly/quarterly/monthly view update.
• Actual performance vs target variance analysis with bridge
• Official communication with group central finance and accounting and facilitating the discussion in a central.
• Provide business visibility to leadership and business partners

2. Budget Cost Control

• Consolidating PL overview from multi stakeholders over the entities
• Budget review
• ROI analysis on investment

3. Ensure correct accounting

• Intercompany transactions, and settlement correctness

4. Ensure compliance to SOX controls, and improve existing systems - PowerBI, SAP, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years+ of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology oriented organization.
• Experience in leading and developing new financial processes, models and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with non-finance leaders.
• Strong MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking. Be able to start with problem statement, ask 5 Whys and arrive at data backed solutions

Position : Senior Financial Planning & Analyst (Capex Finance)

What will you do?

• Own and manage the capital expenditure budget, ensuring alignment with financial capacity and strategic goals
• Monitor and control project costs, recommending solutions to avoid cost overruns
• Evaluate investment opportunities using financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, and payback period
• Conduct cost-benefit and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making
• Support the annual Capex investment planning process across business units

Role Overview

The Accounting Manager, will be a key member of the US finance organization at Coupang. The Accounting Manager will report to the Corporate Controller and will manage all day to day accounting functions including, but not limited to, accounts payable, asset accounting, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. The Accounting Manager will also collaborate with Korea Finance members to ensure timely submission of company financials.

What You Will Do

• Manage accounting staff and all related accounting transactions
• Work closely with Accounts Payable Manager for accurate and timely processing of EFT and vendor transactions
• Maintain weekly (cash plan) budget
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close process
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial information

• Validate data between Warehouse ERP and Accounting ERP, reconcile, and communicate with other departments regarding the accounting impact

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work and management experience in finance and accounting, experience in e-commerce is a plus
• Three to five years supervisory experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Intermediate experience with ERP solutions, ideally having experience with Netsuite and SAP

Position Summary 

Coupang is seeking an experienced and highly self-sufficient Principal, Treasury Operations to support and execute treasury activities across Asia, with primary responsibility for Singapore and India entities. This role is strongly execution‑focused and requires a hands‑on treasury operator with deep knowledge of regional banking, payments, cash management, and regulatory requirements. 

The role will serve as Coupang’s sole treasury specialist in Singapore, requiring strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with the global Treasury team. 

Key Responsibilities 

Treasury Operations & Execution 

• Execute day-to-day treasury operations for Singapore and India, including payments, cash positioning, liquidity management, and short‑term forecasting.
• Manage local and cross border banking activities, including account openings/closures, mandates, KYC documentation, and ongoing bank relationship management.
• Oversee funding execution, intercompany movements, and FX settlements in line with global treasury policies.
• Support cash flow forecasting in coordination with regional Treasury and Finance teams. 

Controls, Compliance & Risk Management 

• Ensure compliance with internal treasury controls, approval frameworks, and regulatory requirements across Singapore and India.
• Maintain strong governance around banking access, entitlements, and payment controls.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Compliance teams on regulatory, audit, and documentation matters. 

Regional Support & Collaboration 

• Act as regional backup support for other Asia-based treasury operations as required.
• Collaborate with global treasury colleagues across Korea, China, the U.S., and other regions on standardization and best practices.
• Contribute regional insights on banking, payments, and regulatory developments across Asia. 

Systems & Process Improvement 

• Experience operating and maintaining ERP integrations, and online banking platforms.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, automation, and reporting within treasury processes.
• Support implementation of new banking structures, payment solutions, or system enhancements as the business scales. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on treasury operations experience, preferably in a multinational, technology, ecommerce, retail, or complex global organization.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore and Indian banking systems, payment rails, FX practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience across payments, cash management, forecasting, bank account management, FX settlements, funding, and treasury controls.
• Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), cash-pooling structures, and ERP integrated treasury environments (including implementation or ongoing management) strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus but not required.

Role Overview

Coupang is seeking an experienced and execution-focused Treasury Operations Specialist to support day-to-day treasury operations for our U.S. entities. This role is hands-on and operational in nature, requiring strong knowledge of U.S. banking, payments, cash management, and SOX-compliant controls. The role will partner closely with the Head of U.S. Treasury and the Global Treasury team, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and reliable liquidity management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

Treasury Operations & Execution

• Execute daily treasury operations for U.S. entities, including payments, cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term cash forecasting.

• Manage U.S. banking activities, including account openings and closures, bank mandates, KYC documentation, and ongoing relationship management.

• Support funding activities, intercompany cash movements, and FX settlements in line with global treasury policies.

Pay & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation. The base pay for this position ranges from $89K/year in our lowest geographic market to $153K/year in our  highest geographic market. Role Overview  

A hands-on Financial Accountant to own central accounting activities, including general ledger management, group consolidation, intercompany transactions and system integrations. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across entities, and will work closely with local finance teams, auditors, and headquarter team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation from public accounting (audit) combined with industry experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

What You Will Do 

• Central Accounting & General Ledger

  • Own and manage central accounting processes, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of general ledger entries in accordance with local/US GAAP

  • Review and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations and handle complex accounting treatments

  • Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

  Consolidation & Group Reporting

  • Prepare group consolidation and financial reporting packages

  • Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial packages

  • Manage intercompany transactions, balances, and reconciliations across entities

  • Support management reporting and analysis on company/group-level results

  Audit & Compliance

  • Act as a key contact for external auditors and internal stakeholders

  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting requirements

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and local statutory requirements

  Process Improvement & Projects

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes

  • Support system enhancements, ERP implementations, or finance transformation initiatives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, tax, treasury, and legal teams

Basic Qualifications  

• Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred

  • 5–8 years of experience in accounting operations or general ledger management

  • US SOX Controls experience is a plus

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

  Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS (or equivalent accounting standards)

  • Solid understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and audit processes

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent)

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with consolidation tools is a plus

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Senior Accountant in Audit, Tax, and Financial Compliance. This role is critical in supporting the company’s statutory audit and tax compliance processes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory alignment.

What You Will Do 

Audit & Financial Reporting:

• Coordinate annual financial statement audits with external auditors.
• Review financial statement packages and accompanying notes to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP).
• Work closely with internal departments to gather and validate supporting documentation for audit purposes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and support impact analysis and implementation as needed.
• Assist in preparation and quality review of financial disclosures and other filings as required.

Tax Compliance & Planning:

• Review tax filings, tax provision calculations, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Oversee processes related to withholding tax, VAT, corporate income tax, and other applicable taxes.

• Big 4 Accounting firm experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and related disclosures.
• Solid knowledge of local tax regulations and international tax concepts.
• Prior experience with PCAOB audits or working in a public company environment is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and with external parties.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

You will transform massive datasets into actionable strategies that reduce return defects, fraud, optimize customer service efficiency, and identify opportunities to improve return customer experience. You will lead a team of analysts to bridge the gap between "what happened" and "what we should do next."

• Strategic Insights: Lead the end-to-end analytics for the Returns and CS lifecycle. Identify root causes for high return rates (e.g., sizing issues, logistical damage, or fraud) and propose data-backed solutions.

• Predictive Modeling: Develop and oversee models to predict return propensity and customer lifetime value (CLV), helping the business proactively manage risk.

• Performance Measurement: Define and own the "North Star" metrics for the Taiwan CS organization, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Cost per Contact.
