We are seeking a technically-minded, client-facing Pre-Sales to join our regional/global go to market team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our enterprise clients and Xendit's product/engineering teams
You will partner directly with our Account Executives and Account Managers to drive the technical win in complex sales cycles. You will listen to client needs, architect payment solutions across Xendit's 7-market licensed infrastructure, and guide clients from initial technical discovery through to successful integration and launch. This is a presales advisory role focused on deal velocity and technical credibility

The Product Manager, Accounts Lifecycle, will be the strategic owner of the entire merchant journey, from initial sign-up and onboarding (Activation) through ongoing engagement and retention. A core focus of this role is to skillfully balance the necessity for a world-class Merchant Experience (MX) with stringent Compliance and Risk requirements (e.g., KYC/AML). This individual must be highly adept at navigating complex trade-offs and driving alignment across multiple, interdependent product and risk teams.

As the Head of Treasury at Xendit, you will be the primary architect of our treasury engine. You will sit at the intersection of finance, product, and strategy, taking full ownership of our Treasury P&L and ensuring that every dollar—and every local currency—is working as profitably as possible.
We are looking for a strategic leader who thinks like an owner. You will navigate complex cross-border liquidity challenges, negotiate high-stakes FX spreads, and optimize yield on Xendit’s held funds. Whether it’s designing sophisticated liquidity strategies or integrating cutting-edge financial instruments (like stablecoins) into our flow, you will be responsible for balancing risk with aggressive growth. You will be leading Xendit Group’s Finance and Accounting department, overseeing several areas such as Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit and Tax. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who is able to support both high-level complex accounting and finance responsibilities as well as not being afraid to dive into the details on a day-to-day basis.
You will be working closely with the CEO and COO as part of the executive team, as well as manage the current team of +40 in the finance org in different countries from junior to senior level. In addition, as part of the business partnering responsibilities, you will work closely with the Corporate Development (M&A), Finance Operations, Sales and Marketing senior management as well as the Engineering team to drive efficiency and potential cost savings plus other business leaders.
This includes, but is not limited to, functions such as: accounting, audits, tax compliance, managing an ERP implementation and automation initiatives, month-end closing processes, monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, business partnering, modeling, return on investment analysis and other value added financial analysis.
