Job Summary
As a service desk engineer you will be responsible for fulfilling service requests, including hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades. Identifying and resolving root causes of technical issues, implementing permanent fixes to prevent recurrence. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Skills :
A-Levels/Diploma/Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in service/help desk, technical support or customer service for institutional customers within financial services or payment industry
Good understanding of basic computer hardware, software and network concepts
Possess strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Rotational shifts.

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced CMOD Administrator to manage our Content Manager OnDemand infrastructure, support report offloading and mainframe onboarding, and drive automation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CMOD hardware, software, reports, and users
- Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe onboarding
- Automate repeated tasks using scripts (Shell, Python)
- Manage hardware and software infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain CMOD and related software
- Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, and archive storage
- Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities
- Define report indexing, storage sets, and workflows
- Create and maintain application groups, applications, and folders
- Manage backup, recovery, and tuning of CMOD systems
- Resolve CMOD issues and handle SRs and production incidents
- Perform system analysis and recommend process improvements
Technical Competencies:
- CMOD, ODF, ERM, ODWEK, CMOD indexing
- Shell, Java, PowerShell, NodeJS, Python
- Databases: Oracle, DB2, MariaDB, MySQL
- RESTful APIs
- Tools: GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, SonarQube, Bitbucket
Requirements:
- Strong CMOD administration experience
- Experience with scripting and automation
- Knowledge of databases and RESTful APIs
- Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins, etc.)
