The Product Outcomes team translates product → jobs to be done → workflows → outcomes. We partner across Product, the Customer Office, and CS to ensure every new capability becomes a lever for customer impact, not just a feature launch.
As the Sr. Manager, Product Outcomes, you will lead the team responsible for bridging the gap between product innovation and customer value realization. You will define the strategy, operating model, and cross-functional partnerships that ensure Gong’s most strategic product investments translate into measurable business outcomes for customers. This role requires a highly autonomous leader who can operate effectively in ambiguity, proactively identify opportunities, build structure where it does not yet exist, and influence senior stakeholders across Product and GTM teams.
The annual salary hiring range for this position is $138,000-$210,000

What you will do:
Project Leadership & Management:
Lead the development of construction plans, contract documents, and technical reports. Define project scopes, prepare fee proposals, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. Oversee project schedules and deliver monthly invoicing and detailed Project Status Reports (PSRs) to clients.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, the FAA, and other key stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and schedules, and document outcomes to ensure alignment and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Compliance:
Review client-provided documents, including as-builts and design reports, and coordinate subconsultants for surveys, geotechnical investigations, and other technical requirements. Ensure all projects comply with federal, state, and local grant application processes, as well as environmental regulations.
Bidding & Construction Support:
Manage the bidding process by organizing pre-bid meetings, preparing addenda, and reviewing bid proposals. Oversee change orders, conduct site visits during construction, and ensure quality standards are met.
Project Close-Out:
Review and approve final engineering drawings, summarize project costs, and conduct final inspections with the FAA and sponsors to ensure successful project completion.
Client & Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project development. Build and maintain client relationships by identifying growth opportunities during the proposal and RFP/RFQ process. Collaborate with management on client satisfaction, risk management, and financial performance, while providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

We are a computational group that spans precision oncology, I&I (immunology and inflammation), and neuroscience and focuses on advancing novel, targeted therapies for these disease areas. We partner closely with our biologists and medicinal chemists to design and execute impactful and decisional data analysis for multiple programs. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Coast employees. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Coast to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.
Salary range: $90,000 – $105,000 annually
