About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll work with small and medium-sized business owners to help grow their businesses with financing options made with SMBs in mind. You will own the full sales cycle, from onboarding to closing, for warm leads interested in Bluevine’s line of credit product. This individual should be willing to hustle, open to learning, passionate about selling, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Technical Writer to spearhead a critical documentation overhaul for our Account Risk and Transaction Risk teams. This role is not just about recording processes; it is about building a foundation for the future of our operations. You will be responsible for auditing existing procedures, bridging documentation gaps, and—most importantly—structuring our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ingestion by LLMs and other AI tools.

At Bluevine, we’re building the financial operating system for small and mid-sized businesses. From business banking to lending and payments, we help companies manage cash flow, access capital, and scale with confidence.
We’re expanding into a more upmarket segment ($1M–$10M revenue businesses) and hiring an Account Executive to help build this motion from the ground up. This is a highly autonomous, experimental role focused on outbound prospecting, founder engagement, and shaping how Bluevine sells into more complex businesses.
This is not a traditional AE role. You’ll operate like a mini–GM: identifying target segments, testing messaging, leveraging AI tools for prospecting, and helping define the playbook as we go upmarket.
New Hire Base Salary Range: $78,240 - $95,820

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Bluevine grows its Lending business through a combination of direct acquisition and strategic partnerships. In this role, you will own and scale Bluevine’s partnerships channel for Lending, standing up new strategic partnerships, expanding existing relationships, and driving partner-originated revenue to its full potential.
You will lead relationships with strategic partners, with a clear mandate to maximize high-quality applications and funded originations. You will own channel performance, from partner onboarding through ongoing optimization and revenue delivery, translating strategy into day-to-day execution.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for Bluevine’s largest and most strategic partners. In parallel, you will directly manage the commercial operations team supporting Bluevine’s sales teams, ensuring strong execution, clear accountability, and continuous improvement in sales performance.
This role carries full responsibility for outcomes. Success will be measured by sustained growth in partner-driven originations, efficient unit economics, and the ability to build durable, high-impact partnerships. Strong performance in this role naturally sets the foundation for expanded scope and long-term growth within Bluevine.
