ROLE OVERVIEW
The Electrical Maintenance Planner supports mining operations by optimizing equipment reliability by planning, scheduling, and coordinating electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and managing parts inventory to minimize downtime. ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor will lead and direct their maintenance team to deliver safe, efficient, reliable and cost considered maintenance to our assets. They will be required to provide direction to the tradespeople and will be responsible for prioritising and allocating their team to the workshop of both planned and unplanned maintenance work. This includes maintaining a safe and efficient workplace, completing planned & unplanned maintenance events and ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately throughout the shift.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Maintenance Planner supports mining operations by planning and scheduling short- to medium-term maintenance for mobile and/or fixed plant equipment, infrastructure, and facilities. Working in alignment with OEM specifications, the role focuses on improving equipment availability, reducing unplanned downtime, and ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
