About The Role:
Forge Biologics is seeking a Manager to join its Technical Sales team in a highly visible, customer-facing role supporting gene therapy programs. This position serves as a technical authority for AAV-based therapeutic development and manufacturing, engaging directly with scientific and executive leadership at client organizations.
The ideal candidate is a PhD-level scientist with deep expertise across AAV therapeutic development, process development, GMP manufacturing, and associated analytics. This role functions as a technical overlay to commercial and delivery teams, leading peer-to-peer scientific discussions that shape client strategy, program design, and successful CMC pathways.

The Community Guide will work as part of an integrated model of healthcare where they partner directly with clinical therapists and prescribers to provide holistic support for members. A primary strength of the Community Guide should be excellent verbal and written communication, building strong meaningful relationships, problem solving, and a comfortability in navigating the ambiguous nature of a constantly growing and evolving startup.
This position requires significant time in the field, directly interacting with members. This role is most suitable for someone who is confident in interacting directly with many people, many of whom have experienced trauma and face barriers because of their mental, physical and chemical health.

Compensation:
At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. This also includes partial resumes, LinkedIn profiles, general candidate profiles, and/or candidate details or information. DRSQ will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.
DRSQ’s Talent Acquisition team must provide advance written approval to an Agency to submit resumes and/or profiles for a specific job-opening, and the approval must be in conjunction with a valid fully executed staffing, placement or other service agreement. DRSQ will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have a fully executed agreement in place prior to submission, receipt and placement of candidates.

The annual base salary range is $150,000 – $165,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
