About the Role:

The Quality Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Department at our manufacturing facility in Brea, CA. This passionate individual will be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, from incoming materials to finished goods. Ensure that the production of finished goods follows all company SOPs and the regulating agencies' guidelines. The Quality Production Supervisor will also lead and direct Quality Assurance and Control Inspectors/Technicians. About the Role:

The Senior Product Manager will be a core member of Dr. Squatch's Digital Product team with direct ownership over some of our most critical ecommerce growth levers, specifically subscription growth, retention, and the customer account experience.

This is a role with real scope. You'll lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives independently and are expected to shape strategy, not just execute against it. You'll be the connective tissue between Digital Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, Lifecycle, and Customer Experience, and you'll be expected to drive alignment across all of them.

Deep hands-on experience with Recharge (or a comparable subscription platform) is required. You should know subscription acquisition funnels, active subscriber UX, churn recovery flows, and account management surfaces well enough to make fast, confident product decisions.

You'll be working across our full tech stack, including Shopify, Recharge, Pack Digital CMS, Heap Analytics, Kameleoon, Klaviyo, Postscript, and other Shopify applications, to deliver product experiences that move the business.

Subscription and Retention

About You:

• 5 to 8 years of product management experience in ecommerce, DTC, or subscription digital products, with real ownership of outcomes
• Hands-on experience with Recharge or a comparable subscription platform, you know how subscription logic, portal architecture, and cancellation flows actually work under the hood
• A track record in retention and customer account product work, meaning you've owned subscriber portals, account dashboards, or lifecycle-adjacent surfaces and have numbers to show for it
• Solid Shopify experience, ideally in a headless or Hydrogen environment

• Coordinate changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and product transitions with minimal downtime and maximum adherence to standards.
• Lead real-time decision making on labor allocation, line balancing, bottleneck removal, rework disposition, and escalation.
• Ensure shift communication is tight: passdowns, shift notes, downtime logs, abnormality reporting, and escalation protocols.

3) Quality & GMP Compliance

• Ensure product is manufactured and packed to specification: weights, fill levels, appearance standards, labeling accuracy, lot traceability, and packaging integrity.
• Enforce GMP and sanitation standards: line clearance, fragrance controls (as applicable), tool control, and contamination prevention.
• Partner with Quality to ensure in-process checks are completed on time and documented correctly (SPC checks where applicable).
• Respond to quality holds, deviations, and nonconformances; support investigations, containment, and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Drive “Quality at the Source” culture—operators own checks, stop-and-fix mindset, and proactive defect prevention.

4) People Leadership, Coaching & Performance Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly associates and leads; set expectations for behavior, output, and standards.

6) Materials, Inventory, and Flow

• Coordinate with Warehouse/Materials on raw material staging, component availability, WIP control, and finished goods flow.
• Ensure accurate material transactions if applicable (NetSuite or site ERP): consumption, scrap recording, lot tracking, and production reporting.
• Prevent line starvation and overproduction through strong communication with Planning and Materials.

7) Equipment Care & Maintenance Partnership

• Enforce basic equipment care and operator PMs (clean, inspect, lubricate, tighten where applicable).

This role will help develop direct response ad creative for regions like the UK, media channels like AppLovin, and new audiences like Gen-Z.

Candidates must be thoroughly versed in paid creative strategy in a Direct To Consumer environment (either experience working at a DTC brand OR performance marketing agency). This role requires a strong knowledge of performance creative practices and a track record of making winning ads with consistency and urgency. Candidates must also have a strong creative background, as this role requires a great deal of ideation and execution through our creative team.

This role will report to the Director of Performance Creative.
