The base hourly rate for this full-time position is $28 to $33 per hour + commission eligibility + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay ranges for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for K-12 education, account management, and customer success. In this role, you will be developing relationships with school administrators across the US to ensure satisfaction throughout the customer life cycle. You will handle subscription renewals, upselling, customer retention efforts, and engagement activities in your assigned territory focusing on smaller customer accounts.
To be successful in this role, you are proactive, extremely well organized, efficient and very personable with strong communication skills, especially written/email communication. As an Account Manager you must have the ability to handle multiple transactions effectively and efficiently with a customer-service mindset. This position is about efficiency and execution. We are looking for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is self-motivated with outstanding people skills and integrity. You must have internal collaboration skills to work with your account management colleagues, lead, and field/inside sales teams. It is also important to work effectively with marketing to run ongoing engagement campaigns.
