Pay Transparency

Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 markets (NYC), the base salary pay range for this role is $200,000—$220,000 USD.
For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the Tier 1 states listed above, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. Compass Development Marketing Group (CDMG) provides research, pre-development planning, marketing, sales, and leasing services to developers building new residential projects across New York City. Our team advises on everything from unit mix and pricing strategy to go-to-market execution. We are now building a technology layer to match the sophistication of the advisory work we do, and this role is central to that effort.

This is a builder role. You will design and develop the next generation of internal tools, data infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows that power CDMG’s advisory platform. You will work directly with our research analysts, project managers, and sales leadership to identify where technology can create leverage across the business and then build the systems to deliver it.
The scope is broad and the environment is entrepreneurial. You will own the full cycle from identifying a workflow problem to architecting a solution to deploying it. You will not be managing a large team or sitting in planning meetings all day. You will be writing code, designing data models, and shipping tools that people use.
A central focus of this role is scalability. CDMG produces high-value analytical work for its developer clients, including building-level performance dashboards, public records analysis, competitive market reports, and offering plan breakdowns. You will build the data pipelines, templates, and tooling that allow these deliverables to be produced faster and deployed across any building in the portfolio, giving the team leverage to take on more projects at a higher standard.
You will also serve as the technical partner to our research function, working closely with analysts to expand how research is produced, structured, and delivered. This is not a research management role. It is an infrastructure role that multiplies what the research team can do.
You are a technical generalist who builds things end to end. You are comfortable moving between data engineering, application development, and AI implementation depending on what the problem requires. You care about doing things right but you care more about doing things that work. You know when to build for scale and when to ship something scrappy that solves the problem today.
This is an opportunity to shape how one of the most active new development advisory teams in New York City operates at scale. You will have direct access to senior leadership, a clear mandate to ship, and the freedom to make real architectural decisions.
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $178,700-$200,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.

Create the bridge from LOI to executed transaction, ensuring all commercial, technical, and legal requirements are satisfied for deal closure
Serve as project manager for cross-functional stakeholder engagement, coordinating due diligence teams, internal and external legal counsel, network organization, platform engineers, and finance organization to ensure alignment prior to lease execution
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for auxiliary organizations including networks, deployments, and government relations, providing regular updates on transaction progress and leasing process status
Develop and maintain transaction timelines, tracking critical path items and proactively identifying risks that could impact deal closure
Document and refine transaction processes and playbooks to enable scalable deal execution as Anthropic expands its infrastructure footprint
Ensure all stakeholder requirements are captured and addressed in commercial agreements, translating technical and operational needs into contractual terms
Have 10+ years of experience in transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement
Possess a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution
Have strong negotiation skills with experience structuring term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements
Excel at project management and can coordinate across legal, technical, finance, and operational teams simultaneously
Have experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing for large-scale infrastructure or real estate transactions

The Head of Business Transformation (AI) is a high-visibility, cross-functional leadership role responsible for driving the company's internal AI program from strategy through execution. Acting as the operational owner of AI at the business, you will partner with functional leaders to identify where AI creates the highest leverage across revenue growth and margin improvement, design and launch pilots with functional owners, and hold the organization accountable to real business outcomes — not just tool deployments. You will translate the rapidly evolving AI landscape into a prioritized, sequenced roadmap that leadership can align behind and the business can actually execute.
This role is designed for a seasoned cross-functional operator with real authority to change workflows and systems — not just advise on them. You will be trusted and respected across GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations, with the C-suite mandate to move fast, make hard prioritization calls, and drive adoption through functions that have competing priorities. Reporting directly to the SVP of Business Operations, you will own the internal AI transformation roadmap and be accountable for the business impact it generates.
We are looking for an operator who understands the business deeply, is technically dangerous enough to evaluate and direct AI solutions, and has the change management skills and organizational credibility to get programs live and make them stick.

As a Commercial Counsel for Datacenters & Construction at Anthropic, you'll lead legal execution for Anthropic's largest physical infrastructure transactions: direct datacenter leases, construction agreements, and the financing structures that enable infrastructure investments at massive scale. This role focuses on facilities where Anthropic has direct control through ownership or long-term lease, complementing the colo & networks, and cloud compute legal teammates (facilities where Anthropic is tenant, and our hyperscaler relationships, respectively). You'll work in close partnership with specialized outside counsel on financing and real estate matters, serving as the in-house coordinator who ensures external work product aligns with Anthropic's commercial objectives and integrates with our overall compute strategy.
Role-specific policy: For this role, we expect staff to be able to work from our San Francisco or New York office at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
