We are seeking a Technology Transactions/Commercial Counsel to support our client, a large life sciences technology company, on an acquisition-related initiative involving assets that are primarily Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), along with related documentation, validation materials, and, in some cases, limited enabling software. This role is focused on the transaction side of the work, including structured asset acquisitions, commercial and technology agreements, and coordination with legal, clinical, technical, and business teams. 

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a versatile Commercial Contracts Lawyer to support our client, a major insurance company, across a broad range of commercial contracting and cross-functional legal matters. In this role, you will act as a flexible, generalist resource, providing practical legal support on vendor, SaaS, and general commercial agreements, while assisting with real estate and other business-facing needs. This position is designed to address a current team bandwidth gap, with a focus on managing overflow work, supporting project-based initiatives, and collaborating across multiple stakeholders and business units. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
