About the Role: 

The Business Development Representative is an essential part of the Sales team at IVX Health, dedicated to broadening our impact within the healthcare sector. This role centers on engaging daily with healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and staff at partner hospitals and clinics. The primary aim is to introduce these providers to our ambulatory infusion services, cultivating relationships that facilitate patient referrals.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Growth & Referral Development
  • Identify and engage potential referral sources to increase new patient encounters.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and health systems to drive referral volume.
  • Participate in community events and local engagements to increase brand awareness and referral opportunities.
• Provider Engagement & Education
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations and educational sessions with healthcare providers and office staff.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding IVX Health services, referral processes, and patient experience.
  • Act as a liaison between referring practices and IVX operations teams to ensure a positive experience for both providers and patients.
• Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and territory performance, providing insights to leadership.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of activities, leads, expenses, and reporting within CRM and internal systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Regional Operations, Prior Authorization, Intake, and other internal teams to support smooth patient onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote local events and territory initiatives, including social media engagement.
  • Build relationships with pharmaceutical representatives and other industry stakeholders.
• Professional Development & Compliance
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to strengthen skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain current knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a critical part of the IVX Health team, serving as the face of our organization. This is a Monday through Friday, road warrior role, focused on traveling within the assigned territory to visit referring providers at their brick-and-mortar locations. The BDM will work directly with referral coordinators, physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to educate them on our services, build meaningful relationships, and drive referrals for infusion therapy patients.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

The Home Furnishings Advisor is responsible for delivering a unique and personalized guest experience. You will act as a representative of our brand, guiding customers through their home furnishing journey. Sales and Customer Experience
• Sell a wide range of Ashley home furnishings, accessories, and warranties using the Ashley Sales Approach
• Welcome and engage with every guest professionally and attentively
• Deliver compelling product presentations and offer complete solutions including protection plans and financing
• Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication during and after the sales process

Post-Sales Administration
• Accurately complete post-sale documentation and ensure order details meet customer expectations

• Enter accurate customer information into the UPs system, including contact details for future follow-up
• Record advertising efforts and maintain a lead database using customer information forms

Showroom Presentation
• Support store appearance through regular floor recovery and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards

Professional Development

Additional Duties:

• Assist with cashiering or merchandise tasks as needed
• Participate in inventory and other operational processes
• Travel to other store locations for training or meetings as required

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends
• Additional hours may be required during holiday or peak seasons
• Regular attendance at the assigned store is required
• Two days off per week are scheduled except during holiday periods

•    Lead in the formulation of clinical trial protocols with sufficient feasibility and high probability of success, based on significant expertise in new drug development
•    Lead in the development of written material for clinical sections of key regulatory submissions; work closely with Regulatory in the process of preparing these submissions and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and standards throughout the course of clinical trials.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Marketing, and Quality to support clinical trial design and execution, regulatory submissions, and launch-related activities.
•    Provide input from the clinical perspective to the formulation of Target Product Profiles.
•    Analyze safety and efficacy findings from clinical studies; participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings, as required
•    Support required safety evaluations for clinical studies, e.g. AE assessment, as needed.
•    Create and maintain good relationships with clinical investigators and relevant Key Opinion Leaders; identify physicians with potential to serve as strong investigators for clinical studies
•    Attend relevant scientific meetings to strengthen competency in assigned field(s) and to gain awareness of research activities underway and activities of competitors
•    Serve as an author and lead in the preparation of review articles and conference presentations, relating to assigned clinical trial(s)
•    Support business development, as needed, in due diligence efforts of new in-licensing opportunities (or other topics).
•    Foster and contribute to collaborative environment that seeks to encourage innovation, strengthen scientific understanding among team members, and enhance professional development for all.
•    Perform other duties, as required.

Requirements:

Education
MD (or equivalent), PharmD, PhD in life sciences or related field; applicable R&D experience may also be considered.

Experience
•    Minimum 10 years of relevant clinical research experience with at least 5 years in clinical development role
•    Authorship and review of clinical development plans, clinical study protocols, briefing books, IBs, SAPs, and CSRs
•    Significant experience and ability to work effectively with external partners, including physicians and vendors
•    Preferred experience: leadership role in large, late-stage, global outcomes trials; background in Bone & Mineral or Rare Disease trials

Technical Skills
•    Strong scientific background with good understanding of drug development process
•    Good leadership skills, highly motivated, great attention to detail, ability to work in complex and changing situations, excellent problem-solving skills
•    Broad level of interpersonal skills and flexibility; cultural sensitivity and ability to develop consensus within matrix structure of a multinational organization
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Good project management skills; able to organize and prioritize multiple activities
•    Proficient in MS Office Suite, relevant software applications, using templates, and other electronic formats
•    Ability to think analytically (in terms of both strategy and tactics) and simultaneously consider scientific, medical, and business aspects of projects

Working Conditions:

Requires up to 15% domestic and international travel

The anticipated salary for this position will be $225,000 to $285,000.  The actual salary offered for this role at commencement of employment may vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, education (including applicable licenses and certifications, job-based knowledge, location, and other business and organizational needs.

Regional Sales Manager – Air Solutions (Northeast Region)

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic Air Solutions team, responsible for driving growth across the greater Northeastern United States. In this role, you will serve as the applied channel lead for the region, focused on expanding LG’s Commercial Air Conditioning business throughout Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

As a key leader within the organization, you will develop strategy, lead talent, and build strong external partnerships to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, channel partners, engineering firms, contractors, and owners to identify market needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of regional sales engineers to drive performance across the applied representative channel and achieve regional sales and margin objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party channel partners, strengthening long-term strategic relationships.
• Develop and execute regional commercial account strategies and action plans to meet business plan objectives for the process cooling segment.
• Qualify channel opportunities and manage the sales pipeline providing accurate monthly forecasts for awards and revenue.
• Communicate regularly with Air Solutions leadership regarding pipeline status, market dynamics, and business performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer support by coordinating efforts across the sales team, customer call center, and field support teams.
• Provide voice-of-customer and market insights to optimize LG’s regional offerings and overall value proposition.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert and customer advocate, influencing product development and process roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate LG’s value proposition and differentiation.
• Represent LG at industry events, strengthening brand visibility while deepening existing relationships and cultivating new ones.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, sales leadership, applied representative management, and/or large account management, with a proven record of driving growth and managing complex commercial projects.
• Strong technical expertise within the Commercial Air Conditioning industry; VRF experience preferred.
• Experience with process cooling systems including scroll chiller products preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio, and standard Windows applications.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L management.
