About the Role:
We are building AI-powered, agentic workflows to transform how service operations scale, resolve customer needs, and maintain quality in high-stakes environments. At Gusto, that means designing systems that can earn the trust of small business owners — where a wrong answer or a missed escalation has real consequences.
As an AI Solutions Architect, you will own the end-to-end design and performance of these workflows in production — where models, tools, data, and human judgment come together to deliver outcomes. This is not a traditional architecture role. You will design, prototype, deploy, and continuously improve AI-driven systems that directly impact customer experience and operational efficiency. All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.
AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.
About the Role:
Gusto is searching for a builder. Not a manager of an existing PEO sales team — a founder-minded sales leader who will design the motion, write the playbook, hire the team, and carry a personal book of business in the early months. This is a 0→1 opportunity to establish Gusto's PEO sales org from the ground up, and we're looking for someone who is energized by that challenge.
You will drive new PEO revenue by selling Gusto's co-employment solution to both prospects and our existing base of 400,000+ customers — Gusto's single biggest competitive advantage over legacy PEOs. The pace is fast, the market opportunity is real, and we're looking for someone who will bring experience, creativity, and a genuine passion for building to the table every single day. You align with our company values and have a knack for building for the long haul. If you're excited to roll up your sleeves, lead by example, and architect something from scratch, let's talk.
About the Team:
You will be the founding leader of Gusto's PEO sales function. In the first 6–12 months, you'll operate as a true player-coach — personally closing deals while simultaneously building the team, tooling, and infrastructure around you. You'll define the ideal customer profile, build out the sales stages and pipeline architecture in Salesforce, and establish the channel strategy (including broker and accountant referral partnerships) that will drive scalable new business over time.
This team will serve as Subject Matter Experts on PEO, guiding prospects through complex buying decisions and partnering closely with HR, benefits, and payroll counterparts to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your biggest unfair advantage: Gusto's existing install base. Like the best scaled PEOs, a meaningful share of your pipeline will come from converting existing payroll customers — and you'll be the one to design and build that on-ramp.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Here’s what we're looking for:
Our target on-target earnings (OTE) compensation for this role is $270,000/yr to $280,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $295,000/yr to $318,000/yr for San Francisco, & New York. This OTE is structured with a target 60% base pay and 40% commission pay with an uncapped commission structure. Final offer amounts and the exact base/commission split are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience, and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.
Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.
Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Gusto is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. We want to see our candidates perform to the best of their ability. If you require a medical or religious accommodation at any time throughout your candidate journey, please fill out this form and a member of our team will get in touch with you.

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking an Insights & Integrations Consultancy Data Scientist who will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, business-impactful insights that drive portfolio expansion, retention, and real-world outcomes for fleet operators around the world. This role sits at the intersection of data science, customer consultancy, and sustainability — where your ability to communicate the why behind the data matters as much as the analysis itself. If you love turning data into decisions and have a passion for sustainability and clean transportation — we would love to hear from you!
As an Insights & Integrations Consultancy Data Scientist, your key area of responsibility will be partnering with strategic accounts to drive ecosystem expansion and retention — not just through technical analysis, but by translating that analysis into business impact that resonates with fleet managers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders. You will develop and maintain deep expertise across the Geotab platform, engaging directly with partners and end-users to optimize their use of Geotab's technology, presenting data-driven insights in ways that clearly demonstrate ROI, cost savings, and efficiency gains. Day-to-day, you will design and deliver Big Data dashboards and analytics tools, maintain Airflow pipelines for continual data analysis using SQL and Python, develop proof of concepts, and solve complex business problems through customer-tailored algorithms and predictive models. You will also represent Geotab as a thought leader at industry events and trade shows — particularly in the areas of fleet electrification and sustainability — and travel quarterly to Canada for team meetings, with additional on-sites at key strategic accounts.
You will work closely with Account and Engagement Managers within Geotab's Sales Channels, the Signature Accounts Team, Product Management, and Solutions Engineering — relationships that are essential to identifying growth opportunities and translating customer feedback into product improvements. To thrive in this role, you will bring an exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, a consultative mindset focused on business outcomes over technical jargon, and a genuine passion for sustainability and the electrification of commercial fleets.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to empower end-users and partners and enhance their understanding of Geotab solutions.
Engage and collaborate with partners and end-users to optimize their utilization of Geotab's technology, products, and solutions, tailoring the approach to meet their specific needs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's offerings by providing partner and end-user feedback, providing opportunities to collaborate with Product Management teams.
Create and optimize data-driven dashboards for cross-functional use, facilitating informed decision-making and efficient collaboration with a focus on expansion and retention of existing customers.
Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt and accurate service, bolstering internal team support by providing additional insights and know-how.
Collaborate with the Geotab revenue generating teams to identify and deliver effective solutions for customer challenges, by working closely with them and their partners, contributing to sales growth, ecosystem expansion and customer retention.
Support Geotab's partner upskilling, driving them towards excellence to support customers across unique channels, using best practices, and leveraging a deep understanding of industry verticals.
May be involved in developing and implementing proof of concepts. This involves creating a small-scale version of the solution to demonstrate its feasibility and effectiveness in the customer's environment.
Staying updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands is crucial. Need to understand the broader landscape in which Geotab operates to position their solutions effectively.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, solution designs, and outcomes is important. This helps in creating case studies, improving processes, and maintaining a repository of successful solutions for reference.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to customers. They showcase the features and benefits of the product or service, highlighting how it solves the customer's problems.

Based on customer requirements, design customized solutions or configurations using the company's products. They create proposals and presentations that outline how the solution meets the customer's needs, often through demonstrations or prototypes.
Even before a sale is made, may assist with technical inquiries from potential customers. This could involve explaining technical details, providing documentation, or guiding customers on how to integrate the solution into their existing systems when expertise beyond the general area is required.
Solve complex business problems by providing analytics or analytics-based consulting, including customer-tailored algorithms and predictive models, under guidance or mentorship.
Maintain airflow pipelines for continual data analysis combining SQL queries and python scripts.
Design, maintain and deliver Big Data dashboards and tools; document stakeholder requirements, resolve issues, and fulfill change requests.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be substituted.

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking an Enablement Lead who will be responsible for defining and driving sales and partner readiness strategy across a specific product, platform, or segment domain — equipping the field with the positioning, sales plays, and execution frameworks needed to sell and scale solutions globally. If you love translating complex capabilities into compelling field strategies and thrive at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and revenue execution, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!
As an Enablement Lead, your key area of responsibility will be owning and defining the end-to-end enablement strategy for a specific product, platform, or segment domain, ensuring all solutions are grounded in deep domain expertise and directly tied to field execution. You will be responsible for translating product and solution capabilities into domain-specific value propositions, sales plays, deal strategies, and scalable execution frameworks that span the full revenue lifecycle — from prospecting and discovery through proposal and expansion. You will also need to define and own a suite of enablement assets including sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning guides, objection handling frameworks, demo strategies, and discovery guides, all built to reflect real-world customer scenarios and sales motions within your domain.
You will need to work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, Revenue Delivery, and Revenue Operations to ensure enablement is tightly aligned to roadmap, GTM priorities, and field performance outcomes, while also collaborating with central teams including Learning Design, Content, and Demo Excellence to operationalize and deliver programs at scale. In addition, the successful candidate will have deep understanding of solution selling, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate complex domain concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own and define the enablement strategy for a specific product, platform, or segment domain, ensuring all enablement solutions are grounded in deep expertise within that specific area
• Act as the primary enablement partner to Sales leadership, aligning on priorities, pipeline needs, and performance outcomes
• Ensure readiness across the full revenue lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, and expansion
• Identify domain-specific readiness gaps and define targeted enablement strategies to improve execution and results
• Translate capabilities within their specific product, platform, or segment domain, into clear, domain-specific value propositions, use cases, and customer outcomes
• Define how solutions should be positioned across segments, personas, and sales motions
• Ensure messaging reflects the unique needs, challenges, and buying behaviors associated with their specific product, platform, or segment domain
• Establish competitive positioning and differentiation specific to the domain
• Develop domain-specific sales plays, discovery approaches, and deal strategies aligned to their specific product, platform, or segment domain
• Translate product or segment solutions into role-specific execution across SDR, BDR, Account Executives, Partners, and Solution Engineering
• Ensure all sales motions and execution frameworks are tailored to the realities of their specific product, platform, or segment domain, including customer use cases and deal dynamics
• Enable repeatable, scalable execution models that support pipeline generation, deal progression, and expansion within the domain
• Define and own all enablement solutions for their specific product, platform, or segment domain, ensuring they are directly aligned to domain expertise and field execution needs
• Establish requirements and direction for enablement assets specific to their product, platform, or segment domain, including: Sales playbooks, Messaging frameworks, Demo strategies and flows, Competitive positioning guides, Objection handling frameworks, Discovery guides, Deal support materials
• Ensure all assets are built to reflect real-world execution within their specific product, platform, or segment domain, including customer scenarios, industry nuances, and sales motions
• Partner with Content, Learning Design, and Demo Excellence teams to operationalize and deliver these solutions
• Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Delivery and Revenue Operations to ensure enablement is aligned to roadmap, messaging, and GTM priorities
• Collaborate with other Enablement Leads to ensure consistency and alignment across product and segment domains
• Ensure horizontal and vertical alignment so that solutions are both globally consistent and locally relevant
• Gather domain-specific field insights, feedback, and performance data related to their specific product, platform, or segment domain
• Identify gaps in positioning, messaging, and execution specific to the domain and drive improvements
• Continuously refine enablement solutions to reflect evolving customer needs, market dynamics, and sales performance
• Ensure enablement remains practical, relevant, and directly tied to field success
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5-8 years of experience in sales enablement, product enablement, sales strategy, or a related field
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, IoT, or similar industries strongly preferred

About ShipMonk
ShipMonk isn't just a 3PL; we're a growth partner for merchants. We provide cutting-edge technology and a network of owned and operated fulfillment centers that empower high-growth ecommerce and DTC brands to stress less and grow more. With over 2,500 employees across five countries, we're on a mission to revolutionize fulfillment by providing everything from the fastest click-to-delivery and real-time inventory to custom solutions—all with a merchant-first mindset.
Why ShipMonk?
We believe in building for the long term, and our success is powered by five key differentiators that help us become true partners to our merchants.
● Global Fulfillment Network: Our 12+ owned and operated fulfillment centers span the US, Canada, Mexico, the U.K., and Mainland Europe. We never outsource, ensuring quality and consistency.
● Proprietary Technology: We've eliminated the need for tribal knowledge with our AI-powered platform. It provides a real-time, unified view of inventory and orders, giving our merchants the control and visibility they need to succeed.
● Unrivaled Support: We provide hands-on, "mom and pop" support with a global reach. Our dedicated teams are on-site at every fulfillment center, ready to jump into action.
● Transparent Pricing: We believe in honest, long-term partnerships. Our all- inclusive pricing means predictable costs, with no hidden fees or surprises.
● Committed to the Future: We invest over $10 million annually in research and development to ensure our technology and services continually evolve, helping merchants plant roots with a partner who is here to stay.
ShipMonk is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to serve as a senior member of our technology leadership team and own the full IT function across our global fulfillment network. This is a strategic, executive-level role with broad accountability — spanning enterprise infrastructure strategy, multi-site IT operations, cybersecurity posture, digital workplace enablement, and the IT investment roadmap. The VP, IT will partner directly with the CTO, CSCO, and other executive stakeholders to ensure that technology infrastructure is a competitive differentiator, not a constraint, as ShipMonk continues to scale.
This is not a steady-state leadership role. ShipMonk is growing rapidly and the VP, IT is expected to raise the maturity ceiling of the entire IT organization — transforming how we operate, invest, and deliver infrastructure at scale. The right candidate has already done this. They have built functions, not just managed them.
The IT function is the operational backbone of ShipMonk's fulfillment centers and corporate offices. It is accountable for network infrastructure, end-user computing, IT service delivery, cybersecurity governance, asset lifecycle management, and vendor relationships across all sites. Reporting to the CTO, the VP of IT will lead a multi-disciplinary organization including IT Infrastructure Engineers, IT Support Specialists, IT Automation Engineers, and Network Engineers. The VP will be expected to define the organizational model, set the talent strategy, and personally elevate the function from a reactive support org to a proactive, engineering-forward infrastructure team.
The ideal candidate is a builder and operator — someone who has led IT transformations in complex, multi-site environments and knows how to run both strategy and execution simultaneously.
Required
Strongly Preferred
Education
In the first 90 days, the VP of IT will have completed a thorough assessment of the current infrastructure, team, and vendor landscape — and will have presented a prioritized transformation roadmap to the CTO and executive team.
In year one, the VP of IT will have raised the maturity of IT operations measurably: network uptime will be higher, incident resolution will be faster, asset management will be accurate, and peak season will be executed more systematically than the year before.
In years two and three, the IT organization will be recognized internally as a competitive enabler — a function that accelerates ShipMonk's growth rather than reacting to it.
ShipMonk is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
