Position Summary:

The Associate Manager, Originations (Review) is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Origination Specialist (Review) agents who handle the review and processing of SoFi’s Personal loans, Student loans, and Private School loan products.  In addition to supervising our loan review agents to success metrics, you will also help us identify and implement improvement opportunities to help our SoFi members, improve our employee experience with the Originations Review team, and help our review agents develop and grow their careers.

What you’ll do: 

• Independently manage teams of 15+ loan reviewers, monitoring their workload to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources is in place to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Mentor, coach and develop the Review  team members both in loan processing and in member interactions via phone and email
• Hire, train, motivate, monitor, and coach new Origination Specialist (Review) agents Serve as a second tier for escalated customer issues and questions
• Handle special member circumstances and problems as they arise
• Ensure that the team is following procedures to stay compliant while providing a “Best in Class” loan experience for our SoFi members
• Performance manage team members through scorecard metrics

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Occupational Health Nurse oversees employee health case management and coordinates care with providers to support recovery and return to work after injury or illness. Reporting to EHS, this role collaborates with HR, Worker’s Comp, and site leadership. Responsibilities include administering first aid, assessing the need for further care or medical assessment, case management, audiometric scheduling, reviewing respirator medical questionnaire evaluations,  fit-for-duty evaluations, ergonomic assessments, and health education initiatives. The nurse will follow defined occupational health programs and policies. Prior experience in occupational health within manufacturing or field operations is required. Being part of CAD team that will own the AutoCAD library, drives standardization across the organization, and ensures CAD tools enable engineering efficiency, accuracy, and innovation. Response to any AutoCAD users request for help and deliver help in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Part of team that will Manage IEM’s CAD library, including development of standardized symbols, design blocks, templates, and drawing tools to support engineering productivity.
• Able to create and edit documentation, and enforcement of IEM-wide CAD standards, consolidating best practices from all locations into a unified, well-documented system.
• Partner with engineering, mechanical design, and production teams to develop and maintain libraries of standard layouts for repeatable IEM products, panel arrangements, and wiring diagrams.

The Role:

The Quality Assurance Analyst works with our Operations Partners to ensure we are in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, and SoFi's policies and procedures. The QA Analyst serves as a Subject Matter Expert and will proactively support SoFi’s Loan and Banking Operation divisions in its QA function by sharing evaluation results, performance trends and gaps. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Manage the Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) analysis and process for assigned SoFi Operations business units

• Maintain forms, documents, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

PURPOSE OF POSITION: 

This role leads daily testing and inspection operations, ensures product conformance to UL standards and customer requirements, and supports quality, safety, delivery, and cost goals across all test areas. The supervisor manages test technicians, coordinates priorities with production, and drives consistent process execution across the value stream.

The Quality Control Supervisor is a fully onsite role based out of our Jacksonville location and will report into our Test & Inspection Manager.

First shift hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead daily activities of Test Technicians and Inspectors supporting various product lines within the site.
• Align testing and inspection tasks with the production schedule and communicated priorities.
• Ensure adherence to UL standards, customer specifications, electrical testing requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee testing processes including hipot, megger, torque checks, functional testing, continuity inspections, and other required verifications.
• Verify all testing logs, data sheets, inspection forms, and digital entries are accurate and complete.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective or preventative actions for test or quality issues.
• Train and mentor team members on test procedures, safety practices, documentation, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Project Management, and Materials teams to resolve test failures, part shortages, or missing documentation.
• Maintain test equipment readiness including calibration, safety checks, and proper storage.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: 

This role leads daily testing and inspection operations, ensures product conformance to UL standards and customer requirements, and supports quality, safety, delivery, and cost goals across all test areas. The supervisor manages test technicians, coordinates priorities with production, and drives consistent process execution across the value stream.

The Quality Control Supervisor is a fully onsite role based out of our Jacksonville location and will report into our Test & Inspection Manager.

Second shift hours are 3pm - 11:30pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead daily activities of Test Technicians and Inspectors supporting various product lines within the site.
• Align testing and inspection tasks with the production schedule and communicated priorities.
• Ensure adherence to UL standards, customer specifications, electrical testing requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee testing processes including hipot, megger, torque checks, functional testing, continuity inspections, and other required verifications.
• Verify all testing logs, data sheets, inspection forms, and digital entries are accurate and complete.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective or preventative actions for test or quality issues.
• Train and mentor team members on test procedures, safety practices, documentation, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Project Management, and Materials teams to resolve test failures, part shortages, or missing documentation.
• Maintain test equipment readiness including calibration, safety checks, and proper storage.
• Monitor daily performance indicators including first-time quality, test throughput, retest rates, and downtime.
• Communicate risk conditions, schedule conflicts, and equipment concerns to the Test and Inspection Manager.

Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for performing basic accounting functions which require knowledge of accounts payable to print, review, reconcile and to allocate to job costs and vouchers into the accounting system expense reports and UPS weekly voucher billings, LTL freight invoices in a multi-site system. In this role you will also help with various audits, month-end and year-end close (as needed).

Key Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices, match to purchase orders and packing slips, research and resolve discrepancies, and voucher into the accounting system.
• Reconcile and post accounts payable batches in accounting system.
• Print, review, reconcile, allocate to job costs, and voucher into the accounting system expense reports for field service jobs.
• Reconcile and voucher weekly UPS billings into the accounting system.
• Review and voucher LTL freight invoices, both internal and intercompany, into the accounting system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of administrative support experience in an accounting-related role within a manufacturing, industrial, or site-based environment.

Location

• The position is a 100% on-site role in our Jacksonville, Florida facility, but may require up to 10% travel to IEM facilities, supplier sites, compliance audits, team off-sites or conferences. This position is not available for California residents.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

IEM is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager for our Jacksonville, FL.  This role will lead site-based continuous improvement activities, focusing on kaizen event facilitation, lean training, and driving implementation of standard work. The CI Manager will partner closely with operations and engineering to improve productivity, quality, and flow using lean tools.

IEM is currently seeking an EHS Specialist for our Jacksonville, FL, specifically for our second shift, and will report to the EHS Manager. The EHS Specialist is responsible for supporting and advancing environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standards while proactively identifying opportunities to improve workplace safety and environmental performance.

The EHS Specialist partners with operations, quality, and leadership teams to implement effective safety initiatives, conduct investigations, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Occasional travel (<10%) may be required.

This role is responsible in bridging design and manufacturing, ensuring that engineering outputs—primarily dual-purpose customer submittal and production drawings—meet the needs of our local manufacturing facilities.

IEM is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Metal Fabrication (E2) to support the commissioning, implementation, and optimization of metal fabrication manufacturing processes within our rapidly expanding switchgear operations. This intermediate-level role involves independent execution of equipment launches, training development, and process optimization activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for managing work center inventory efficiently to ensure a smooth production flow in the designated work center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Oversee the receipt of incoming parts (bin items, job issue from materials team and manufactured parts from fabrication team), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and the condition of materials upon delivery to the work center.
• Monitor stock levels for kanban-managed and bin-managed inventories, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy between physical and system inventories.
• Receive manufactured parts from fabrication teams and store them appropriately to support production schedules.
• Issue manufactured parts to specific jobs within the ERP system as required.
• Coordinate with materials teams to ensure issued materials are received on job start dates and staged for production use.
• Manage work center Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) in coordination with the RMA coordinator and materials team to streamline material demand signals.
• Review daily fabricated parts reports and collaborate with the fabrication scheduler and supervisor to address any potential schedule risks.

The Materials Planning Specialist will play a key role in establishing and refining the material replenishment strategies that support IEM Jacksonville’s lean production system. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing material flow processes aligned with principles such as Kanban, PFEP, JIT, and FIFO. This role will also serve as a cross-functional liaison among Production, Supply Chain, and Fabrication to ensure successful adoption and execution of these new systems. 

This position offers the opportunity to lead the foundational buildout of lean materials processes and develop broad operational knowledge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lean Material Replenishment System Development 

• Design, pilot, and implement lean material replenishment systems including Kanban, PFEP, JIT, and visual replenishment strategies.
