The Superintendent directly supervises the field labor force, including subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. They must also have strong client service skills and an understanding of all of the trades associated with commercial interior construction and high-end renovation projects.
