We are looking for a Senior Technical Rigger to join us for our next big game at Housemarque.
As a Senior Technical Rigger, you will take ownership of complex rigging systems and contribute to the evolution of our pipelines and tooling. You will work closely with Technical Directors and a highly skilled, cross-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, performant solutions that support production at scale.
You will maintain a holistic view of rigging systems, support the needs of animation and gameplay teams, and contribute to both current production and future pipeline initiatives.
A typical day begins as you arrive at our downtown Helsinki studio. Maybe you start with a workout in the in-house gym and grab a healthy breakfast before settling in with a good coffee. After catching up with teammates, you review priorities across rigging, tooling, or pipeline improvements.
You might spend your morning building or refining complex rigs, debugging challenging deformation issues, or collaborating with engineers on tool development. You could also review a colleague’s work or send out a request for feedback on a system you’ve been developing.
Later, you join the team’s daily sync before heading out to lunch. In the afternoon, you might collaborate with other disciplines to solve a production challenge or jump on a call with a co-development partner to align on workflows.
You wrap up your day by documenting systems or planning the next steps for features you own.

Our focus has been also on building Consumer Fintech, introducing brand-new products and bringing innovations that elevate the financial experience for all our users.
We currently have multiple roles in our Fintech Teams, and depending on your experience, we will make sure to find the right team for you during the interview process. If you are always open to learning new things, find motivation in working with skilled and nice colleagues, and don't shy away from highly challenging engineering topics, you'll fit right in! 💡👩💻
📍This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Helsinki, Stockholm, or our newest additions, Timisoara & Bucharest in Romania. Read more about our hybrid and remote setup here. If you live outside of these countries, don't worry! We provide relocation support to help you make your way to Finland or Sweden.
We'd love to see experience with either Golang or Kotlin. We appreciate previous experience in handling the whole development cycle all the way to production. However, what truly sets you apart is your ability to tackle big challenges together, envision scalability and availability, and dare to question conventional decisions. You’ll be successful in our teams if you quickly grasp new concepts and thrive in an environment of continuous learning.🌟
We put a lot of focus on the ability to collaborate well with others. We work closely with our teammates and having a good connection with team members is essential. We understand that everyone has their own unique way of communicating with others. We expect you to be yourself, express your opinions, and work together with the rest of the team.

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to neighborhoods of the world. As part of that mission, we’re building a unified platform designed to power DoorDash, Wolt, Deliveroo, and future growth. The primary computing platform is mainly a code execution framework that lets product teams compose business logic into graphs, while the team owns the platform, runtime, and operational experience.
We’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our EU-based Computing Platform team. This is a team of 5 engineers working on a foundational, mission-critical platform that helps simplify backend development at scale by reducing operational overhead for product teams and making cross-team changes easier to build, test, and ship. In this role, you’ll grow the team, shape the roadmap, and work closely with product and platform partners and your manager to make the Computing Platform more reliable, performant, and easier to adopt across Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash.
This is a high-impact engineering leadership role at the intersection of platform strategy, people leadership, and execution. You’ll lead a team building core capabilities that help engineers ship business logic without owning the burden of running services themselves. Success in this role means growing a strong team, driving clear priorities, and delivering platform improvements that make the Computing Platform easier for developers, and safer, faster and more reliable to use at massive scale.
This is an opportunity to lead a foundational platform team working on one of the most important backend building blocks. The Computing Platform is designed to simplify how engineers build and operate business logic at scale, and the work of this team has the potential to influence developer productivity, system reliability, and platform adoption across Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash.
You’ll get to work on meaningful engineering leadership challenges with broad scope: growing a strong team, shaping technical direction, and helping define how mission-critical compute platform evolves as more domains onboard. If you’re excited by high-leverage platform work, complex distributed systems problems, and the chance to have impact far beyond a single product surface, this is a rare role to step into.
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

We believe great UX is not just about usability, it’s about deeply understanding our customers’ workflows and building experiences that feel tailored, intelligent, and indispensable to how they work.
As AlphaSense evolves into an AI-native platform, Design plays a critical role in defining how AI shows up in real workflows, from search to synthesis to decision-making. We partner closely with Product and Engineering to turn complex data and advanced AI capabilities into cohesive, intuitive, and high-quality experiences.
Our team is a global group of craftspeople, systems thinkers, and innovators who care deeply about quality, velocity, and impact. We operate with a strong sense of ownership, a bias toward action, and a commitment to raising the bar for what great product design looks like in an AI-first world.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Design Engineer to play a key role in shaping the future of AlphaSense’s product experience. This is a senior individual contributor role, where you’ll lead through craft, systems thinking, and technical excellence, building AI-powered experiences that feel tailored, intelligent, and essential to our customers’ workflows.
You will operate at the intersection of design, engineering, and product strategy, translating complex, data-rich problems into high-quality, production-ready experiences. You won’t just prototype ideas; you’ll define how they are built, scaled, and experienced in the product.
As a senior member of the Design team, you’ll act as a multiplier—mentoring others, guiding technical and design decisions, and strengthening the connection between user needs, business goals, and engineering realities.
Why this role matters
At AlphaSense, design is a core driver of how we win. As we build an AI-native platform, the quality of our user experience will define how effectively customers can navigate complexity, build conviction, and make decisions.
In this role, you will help define that standard—through the systems you build, the experiences you ship, and the team you help elevate.
