What you will bring to the table

• BE/Tech/BCA/BS (Computers) required
• 10+ years of field experience of quota-carrying experience in Public Sector with a focus on new business
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology in Public Sector Accounts
• A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets annually
• Skilled in building business champions within Government Accounts and running a complex sales process within Government Ministries and Departments

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sourcing Manager to build and lead our Apparel, Women's activewear function. This person will be tasked with identifying and onboarding new vendor partners from scratch. The role will focus primarily on the Women's Activewear category with potential expansion into other categories.

This is a rare opportunity to own and build a sourcing operation in a high-impact category. As the Sr. Manager of Marketplace Operations, you will own the end-to-end "Order-to-Cash" (OTC) strategy for MongoDB’s most critical growth engine. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of category manufacturing, strong vendor relationships (or the ability to cultivate them), and the operational rigor to scale new supply chains that deliver on cost, quality, and lead time.

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in India who can manufacture high quality products with fast production lead time.
• Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding the supply base and improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms.
• Act as an Ambassador to our partners in all interactions, building and deepening our relationships Continuous improvement.
• Drive for higher hit-rate launches (reviews, returns, sales) through product excellence and drive for faster development times by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience: 10 year + sourcing and merchandising experience in non-apparel, accessories categories (luggage, socks, eyewear,soft accessories) with high-end national brands in United States

Overview:  The Software Development Engineer L3 will lead architecture, design, implementation and deployment of large-scale critical and complex financial applications, owning all aspects of solutions end-to-end, through full stack software development.  This position will solve unique and complex problems at a rapid pace, utilizing the latest technologies to create solutions that are highly scalable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Manage sole project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Research, create, and develop software applications to extend and improve on Inovalon’s product offering.
• Own the front-end, back-end, or full stack design and development of product features, building scale, efficiency, and differentiated customer experiences.
• Responsible to design, architect, develop, test, deploy and deliver scalable, multi-tiered software applications, systems, platforms or services using modern languages, design patterns, frameworks and technologies.
• Meet stakeholders, gather and document related information, participate design and other technical reviews, participate in strategic planning to deliver best experience for the users of the software applications, systems, platforms or services.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Knowledge of object-oriented coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git).
• Knowledge of functional programming languages.
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate).
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., C#, Objective C, JavaScript, or Go).
• Ability to select and implement an algorithm, use appropriate data structures to solve a problem, interpret algorithms, and contribute ideas to their development.
• Ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
• Strong software development experience delivering at scale solutions, and systems design skills.
• Demonstrated ability delivering within a DevOps delivery model from scoping requirements, requirement analysis, design, development, test, CI/CD, security implementation, and operational excellence with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product Managers, business stakeholders and other tech teams through the actual launch of the project.
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
