THE ROLE
Women's Activewear - Sourcing Manager, Bangladesh
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sourcing Manager to build and lead our Apparel, Women's activewear function. This person will be tasked with identifying and onboarding new vendor partners from scratch. The role will focus primarily on the Women's Activewear category with potential expansion into other categories.
This is a rare opportunity to own and build a sourcing operation in a high-impact category. ● You know how to work with dielines and different types of vendor specs for print projects.
● Although you work under the supervision of a lead who guarantees the quality of the work, you must also have the ability to work independently if the project requires it.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end BI and analytics solutions in the Google Cloud environment, primarily using BigQuery, dbt, and Looker, across the full lifecycle: data transformation, modeling, testing, and production deployment.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including defining data models, establishing relationships between data entities, and incorporating business logic into the analytical layer.
Lead complex BI initiatives end-to-end, including breaking down work into manageable tasks, driving execution, and collaborating closely with other developers and stakeholders.
Provide ongoing BI support to the Finance department, including preparation of monthly reports, ad hoc analyses, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Role:
